These are the recordings of the guided meditations and dharma talks from the InsightLA Long Beach sit group. Long Beach has been a satellite sangha of InsightLA. Our group meets at the Sacred Roots Holistic Healing Center on Sundays. The sangha is dedicated to deepening its spiritual practice with ongoing classes, retreats, and workshops. We also plan community events, including movie nights, summer BBQ’s, field trips, and hikes. Sits are guided by experienced InsightLA teachers: Wendy Block, Cayce Howe, Rosamaria Segura, JD Lloyd, Brad Gibson and David Le. In addition, guest teachers visit year round. Everyone is welcome!
Sunday Sit is 10:00 am - 11:30 am. The first 30 minutes will be a meditation with some guidance. Then there will be a talk and possibly a discussion. The first part of this talk is a guided meditation by teacher David Le followed by a group dharma talk continuing on the topic of mindfulness from David's previous talk on here. Enjoy and be well.
