Do you act confident on the outside, yet constantly battle a harsh inner critic on the inside? Ever wonder why your past pain still shows up in your marriage, friendships, health, or faith—even though you’ve prayed, forgiven, and “moved on”? Do you feel guilty resting… guilty saying no… guilty for not being enough—no matter how hard you try? Are you tired of being the strong one, the capable one, the one who holds it all together—while feeling deeply alone? If you’ve ever desired to be confident in who you are in Christ... You’re not broken—and you’re not alone. I’m so glad you’re here. This podcast is for Christian women who want real, biblical healing—not surface-level encouragement, not spiritual bypassing, and not “just pray harder” answers. Here, we talk about healing identity wounds, rebuilding self-worth, renewing your mind, and learning how trauma, emotions, and faith intersect—all through a biblical lens. You’ll learn how to: Heal your relationship with yourself Silence the inner critic rooted in past trauma Grow closer to God without guilt or perfectionism Build healthy, connected relationships Finally feel confident, secure, and grounded in who you are in Christ This is a space for hurting women who are ready to stop surviving—and start healing. Hey, I’m Micaiah Gray. I’m a Christian woman, wife, and mom—someone who loves God deeply and also knows what it’s like to carry childhood trauma into adulthood. For years, I tried to be “the strong one" around others, while breaking down in private. I served, achieved, stayed busy, and showed up for everyone else—while silently struggling with self-worth, anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. I loved God, read my Bible, and did all the “right things”… yet still felt disconnected from myself, my body, and sometimes even God. Everything shifted when I realized that God wasn’t asking me to perform my healing—He was inviting me into it. I began to understand how trauma shapes our identity, how the nervous system impacts faith and relationships, and how Scripture actually speaks to healing at a much deeper level than I’d ever been taught. As God healed my relationship with myself, everything else began to change—my confidence, my peace, my marriage, my parenting, and my ability to receive love and support. Now, I help other Christian women do the same—biblically, compassionately, and honestly. If you’re a Christian woman who: Struggles with identity, self-worth, or self-criticism Feels the weight of past trauma showing up in present relationships Wants biblical healing without shame or pressure Desires deeper connection with God and others Is tired of doing everything alone This podcast is for you. We’ll talk about healing from childhood trauma, renewing your mind biblically, emotional regulation, relationships, faith, and what it really looks like to see yourself the way God sees you. So grab your coffee, open your Bible, take a deep breath—and let’s walk this healing journey together. You don’t have to be strong here. You just have to be willing. 💛 [https//bio.site/MicaiahGray]
