Moms in Neurodiverse Families | Autistic Spectrum, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Parenting, ASD, Neurodivergent

** TOP 2.5% GLOBALLY RANKED PODCAST** I help women with neurodiverse husband and kids prioritize self-care to thrive Hey lovely, is your husband neurodiverse, or are you a mom of a child with autism? Are the daily demands of family life leaving you with little time for self-care? Do you feel your emotional needs are forgotten? Is your identity fading away under the weight of everyday responsibilities? Friend, I am glad you are here. This podcast will help you prioritize your self-care with simple planning solutions that empower you to rebuild your life and set healthy boundaries while still fulfilling your roles as a wife and mom. Hey, I’m Christina—married 16 years to a neurodiverse man, mom of three neurodiverse kids, emergency manager, and business owner. For years, I tried to fix our home environment, hoping to ease the sensory and communication challenges in my neurodiverse family. But no matter how much I read or how many Christian experts I listened to, nothing bridged the gap between meeting everyone else’s needs and caring for myself. I was exhausted carrying so many responsibilities while my needs were unmet. My husband was frustrated with his limitations and didn’t know what to do. My neurodiverse kids needed my help to navigate a world they didn’t always understand, but their meltdowns and challenges were overwhelming and exhausting at times. My health began to decline as I focused on making our marriage and home life optimal for my spouse and kids to prevent the cycle of problems. I reached a breaking point when I realized that prioritizing my well-being wasn’t selfish—it was essential. That’s when I turned to simple planning solutions to create space for self-care. This podcast is here to guide you on a journey of self-care and healthy boundaries without sacrificing your roles as a wife or mom. By embracing a holistic approach rooted in biblical values, I rediscovered the vibrant woman God created me to be. Now, I want to help you reclaim your identity, heal your heart, and reconnect with the life you love. If you’re ready to begin your self-care journey, grab your sanity latte and listen in as we take another small, intentional step toward a peaceful, healthier you. *** Contact -> hello@christinamariepaperie.com Learn -> https://christinamariepaperie.com Instagram -> @christinamariepaperie Facebook -> @christinamariepaperie Wanna work with me to jumpstart your self-care ? Added onto these overwhleming feelings are the holidays and the last thing your interested in is celebrating. Toxic positivity isn't the answer to this hopelessness, but what is? I have glimmers of h...

I was told ALL THE TIME to get better sleep by health providers but no one could really provide me a guide, except "go to bed earlier".  Not helpful in my situation and likely not yours either. From years of frustration, here are my tips to slowly transforming your sleep.  A shout out to Heidi and Thaddeus from Dreamwalkerz whose videos have helped tremendously.

I am a big fan of having a game plan for the unique challenges we face in neurodiverse families.  But for many years I was stuck in the middle (with no plan) between my husband's needs for a quieter home and my kids being endless energy bunnies.
