Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now this morning show in Boston.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Lillie and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 3 (00:04):
It's just a great start to my day on Kids Runaway.

Speaker 4 (00:08):
Okay, let's get the day started. A Happy Friday to everybody.
It is the Big Friday show, and we've got something
big happening on the show this morning. Okay, we're going
to be hosting our own Love is Blind episode at
seven fifteen this morning.

Speaker 5 (00:26):
You remember we.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
Were talking yesterday, Lisa about the camera crews from Love
is Blind all over Boston and New England.

Speaker 6 (00:33):
All over like Sancy at the Lenox Hotel at Loco.

Speaker 7 (00:38):
They're everywhere.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
And I found something else out yesterday last night. My
sister in law has been dealing with Love is Blind.
They're shooting at her work where she works get married there.
They're doing wedding scenes or something that's amazing. I'm not
supposed to say anything, so just shut up right now.

Speaker 8 (00:54):
He told me yesterday and told me he swore me
to secrecy, and he just blew it.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
I didn't say club.

Speaker 6 (01:00):
It was all right, Well, you know what the most
important thing is, we're doing it here on the show
with all the people that were not chosen because they
all reached out to us yesterday.

Speaker 7 (01:07):
Either they called us or they DMed us.

Speaker 6 (01:09):
Because Love is Blind cast a wide net in August
when they came here to cast.

Speaker 4 (01:14):
Yeah, and they were not only rejected by Love is Blind,
they were ghosted by Love is Blind. So what we've
got is a guy and two women looking for love
at seven fifteen this morning. It'll be kind of a
combination Love is Blind the Bachelor meets the original dating Game.

Speaker 8 (01:33):
Yes, well, because there's one guy and two girls. If
there was one girl and two guys, yeah, would be
the girl choosing. It just happens to be that way.
And that's the thing about topic time, right, we never
know what's going to happen. It's at seven forty every day. Yeah,
and during the topic time, we just helped to have
three of them call in.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
Was pretty cool.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
So I went through the whole process essentially wasn't selected,
but I kind of got like ghosted from them.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
I also applied to go on Love is Blind bossin,
and same thing that happened to me was I got it.
I applied myself and then I got a text from
a casting producer and I'm not going to say her name,
but I went through a couple of rounds, and then
I got completely ghosted.

Speaker 5 (02:14):
And then we had Matt Collin. Yeah, the same thing.
He went through the.

Speaker 8 (02:17):
Whole process, and a bunch of people reached out just
from his call wanting to go on a date with him.

Speaker 9 (02:24):
A few days before I was allowed to go on
the show, I kept asking like, when am I going
to go? Was the dates? When should I leave? And
then eventually, like a two days before I think they
started filming, someone said, oh, sorry, we've we're not going
to be able to put you.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
On the show.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Yeah, now I understand. We don't even know what any
of these people look like, so love is definitely blind
this morning.

Speaker 7 (02:44):
They don't on the show either. This is perfect.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Yeah, we have Matt. He's thirty sixties in sales. He
sounds like a good guy.

Speaker 7 (02:50):
We'll see he has a good voice.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Yeah, he does well.

Speaker 8 (02:52):
He'll talk to each one of each one of them
separately on the air. Yeah, and then our listeners will
get to weigh in on who they think should pick,
and then at eight ten will have the big reveal
on who is gonna pick and then Billy, you're gonna
set them up with dinner?

Speaker 5 (03:07):
Right?

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Sure?

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yeah, of course, yes, he's the restaurant guy.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
You'll make those calls. I'll set it up.

Speaker 5 (03:13):
Yeah, you o the food guy.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Come on, No, it's good. We're gonna set them up.

Speaker 7 (03:17):
We have so many people we can set them up.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Oh god, yeah, yeah, I'm thinking Davios. Yeah, why not.
That'll be nice right on the seaport, beautiful weather coming in.

Speaker 8 (03:26):
And hopefully if it goes good, we'll have them in.
Yeah to recap it.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 6 (03:31):
Imagine if we have a better chance at putting people
together than the actual show.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
Would have to start our own regular dating game. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (03:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (03:38):
I shout out to one of our listeners who DMed
us last night and said that we should call the
segment kiss one Oh Date.

Speaker 7 (03:44):
That's cute.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Yeah. Well, it's happening seven fifteen this morning. And after
that happens, you know, the phones are going to be
burning up. Everybody's going to want in. So we'll see
how it goes. It's the big Friday show.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
I have a question.

Speaker 8 (03:58):
Yeah, okay, what if Matt doesn't want to choose either
of the girls.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Oh what happened? He has to choose one?

Speaker 1 (04:05):
No, I don't think I don't think he has to.
I think it's autonomy.

Speaker 7 (04:09):
This organically out you know, feel itself.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Yes, we will handle it as it comes.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
What are you doing over there putting a stink bomb
on the whole thing.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
I'm just trying, just thinking ahead.

Speaker 10 (04:20):
I think the good sign is all three of them
were willing to sign up for a dating show where
you get married or get engaged out seeing the person.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
So they're probably risk takers.

Speaker 10 (04:28):
They're probably up for an adventure, which means that they
at least share that type of best zest for life.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
So that could be good. That was nicely said, a
zest for life.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Thank you. I always said best for life, that something else.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
That's when.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
Anyway, Oh look who's back.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
Good morning.

Speaker 11 (04:46):
It's the mayor of the Seuthen and I'm back from vacation.
What am I talking about? My life's vacation? And I
want to wish you guys well on your vacation. You know,
it's really hard to do with you guys do And
in the words of Donna, Summa, you work hurt for
the money.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Let's have some.

Speaker 8 (05:05):
Donna, welcome back mister mayor. Yeah, he was in the
in the Caribbean.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Good for him.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
Yeah, Oh, I wonder what was going down in the Caribbean.

Speaker 5 (05:14):
I don't know he's act why he's our Caribbean queen.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
Right, yeah, really, you know he'd be walking the beach,
right and his flip flops with a big.

Speaker 8 (05:21):
Umbrella drink talking to everybody, wearing his billy and Lisa hoodie.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
Oh man, something big happened last night. Our own Lisa
dundum and officially kicked off Quincy's four hundred celebration. And
while she was doing that, she got to be the
entertainment reporter for WBZ TV news.

Speaker 5 (05:43):
That's so cool.

Speaker 7 (05:44):
Here was fun. He just handed me the microphone. He goes,
can you just do this for me?

Speaker 4 (05:49):
Okay, and that never happens.

Speaker 5 (05:51):
Yeah, with the camera and everything.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
Oh yeah, you're on TV last night.

Speaker 12 (05:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Oh my gosh, I missed it.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
They gave her a live hit from branded lank guy.

Speaker 13 (05:59):
I know.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
Wow, you're really building your repertoire.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
Everybody wants Lisa Lisa's book Club, this is her next act.

Speaker 7 (06:07):
Well, we were with Ellen Hildebrandt, so we'll have that
in the entertainment.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
Yeah, we've got some of it. We've got Lisa's performance
on WBZ TV. And by the way, Lisa and Iron
WBZ every morning we are. We'll be doing it like
right before seven o'clock this morning.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
And don't forget Justin mentioned the hoodie.

Speaker 10 (06:21):
We do have that giveaway a ten with the billiing
Lisa a hoodie that Lisa designed and the nurse do
you want to give card for two fifty?

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Wow? All that and it's new music Friday. Just didn't
give us a tease.

Speaker 8 (06:31):
Well, Chapel Roan, how long has she's been teasing the
new country song?

Speaker 5 (06:34):
A year?

Speaker 4 (06:34):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (06:35):
I think it's been a year and it's called the Giver.
And guess what she finally gave it to us. We'll
have a tease in your entertainment. We'll play the full
song right around seven to fifteen, right before the Love
is Blind in contest.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
All of that is up next.

Speaker 7 (06:49):
It's a Fun Friday.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
It's the Big Friday Show.

Speaker 8 (06:53):
Woo from the Planet Fitness Kiss one Away Studios.

Speaker 6 (06:57):
We're back with a Villie and Lisa in the morning.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Okay, Justin, you want to get some talkbacks in?

Speaker 8 (07:03):
Oh, look who was in my neck of the woods
last night. That would be our friend Mike Rocket making
his way over the border.

Speaker 14 (07:09):
Hey you justin Mike Rocket. Thank you so much for
taking care of us lesson and Sale Media. I'm sure
what a cool.

Speaker 15 (07:15):
Little spot.

Speaker 14 (07:18):
Voice of the Sale Wonder Front Hotel.

Speaker 4 (07:21):
Awesome.

Speaker 14 (07:22):
I really appreciate it. Great little area which we could
have spent some more time. Thank Billy for not being there.
Good job, and hopefully you have a happy vacation.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
Thanks buddy.

Speaker 4 (07:41):
He threw a shot over the bow. Okay, I see that.

Speaker 5 (07:44):
Well, we missed you.

Speaker 4 (07:44):
Yeah, we missed you.

Speaker 8 (07:46):
Okay, yeah, crazy, but yeah, send you talk back soon.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
It's Friday. It's gonna be a busy show. So if
you want to join the show.

Speaker 8 (07:54):
Hey, your voice on the radio, leave us a talk
back on the iHeart app.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
Just tap that red microphone right at the top of
this when you listen to kiss one to Wait.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
All right, are we ready to go?

Speaker 5 (08:03):
I think we're ready?

Speaker 11 (08:04):
You go?

Speaker 13 (08:05):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (08:05):
The entertainment updates with the Billy Pops det.

Speaker 4 (08:08):
Well, it is new music Friday. Justin what do we
have heading into the same Patty's weekend?

Speaker 8 (08:14):
So yeah, I mean the Chapel Roone song, the new
country song. It's been teased for like a year now, right,
we've pretty much heard the whole song, but it finally
is out. We are going to play the whole song
just after seven fifteen. But the big question is is
she going country? She says she's not going country. She
still loves pop music. She just is a country fan.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
I you know, have kept country in my heart.

Speaker 16 (08:35):
And it's so incredibly nostalgic to drive in West Hollywood
and have Jason healthy.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
Or like you know, Alan Jackson chatahoochie.

Speaker 8 (08:44):
Yeah, and here she is the songs called the Giver
and you know a little behind the music here it
is a lesbian country song.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
Yes, she is a giver, the Giver get it.

Speaker 8 (09:05):
Yeah, that's all we'll say about that. Okay, okay, nothing
wrong with that. We love a giver, right exactly. Lizzo
back is back on the music scene. She dropped a
song a couple of weeks ago was We didn't really
like it. It was kind of weird sounding. Well, she
has another new single, I think you're gonna like. It's
called still Bad. See that's the Lizzo we like, right, Bops.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
We played at the top of the hour.

Speaker 5 (09:41):
It was good.

Speaker 8 (09:42):
Yeah, we'll feature it all day as well as the
Chapel Roone song too for New Music Friday, also where
one week out from the Selena Gomez Benny Blanco album.
They're dropping songs all the time. This one's called Sunset Boulevard,
which I guess is about their first date.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
That's nice, you know. I always love cruising down the
Sunset Boulevard, especially walking along Sunset Boulevard because they have
all those outdoor cafes and when you look, all of
a sudden, oh look it's someone.

Speaker 7 (10:21):
So yeah, there's nothing like it.

Speaker 8 (10:22):
It's truly new album out next Friday, so Chapel Roone
with a country song. Someone else who has a country
song that we teased a while back. Calvin Harris, who
is really just taking on the whole portrayal of a
country artist. He has long hair, now he has a
full beard and a brand new country song.

Speaker 5 (10:40):
It's called Smoke the Pain Away.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
Es I gave the Sea Street. No, I can't smoke
the Pain a way. Okay. Is she talking about ripping
butts or smoking a joint?

Speaker 5 (10:57):
I think it's probably a joint. Yeah, I would say probably, yeah,
Smoke the Pain away. Hey, you know, to each his own.

Speaker 8 (11:04):
He's so talented, so talented, he's done a ton of
our shows, to kiss concerts. I mean, he made we
found love. Yeah, that's Calvin Harris one of the best
songs of all time. And finally, I can't leave this
behind Winnie Yes, one week away. Jonas Brothers just announced
it's called Love Me to Heaven. Answer yep, and don't

(11:35):
forget next weekend is Jonas Kahn. Yes, sir, New Jersey
American Dream.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
It's funny. The only thing I don't hear in the
song is a guitar.

Speaker 10 (11:43):
Oh my god, Jaly Kevin will have his moment in.

Speaker 4 (11:48):
The song conspicuously.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
You know they're good brothers.

Speaker 8 (11:53):
They you know what.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
The big event last night, Lisa invaded Granite Links and
Quinn to celebrate Quincy's four hundredth It was a packed
house for Lisa and author Ellen Hildebrand. Big event, right, Lida.

Speaker 7 (12:08):
Yeah, they came out big.

Speaker 6 (12:10):
There were over five hundred people there had sold out
in like ten minutes. People love Ellen all of her books,
but Ellen revealed in our discussion that there in fact
will be a perfect couple too. Okay that Nicole Kidman
is executive producer. Sean Levy will also be involved with
the project and it will be based on her book

(12:32):
Swan Song, which was the book her last book of
the Nantucket series, there will be a totally new cast.

Speaker 4 (12:37):
So you had breaking news, Grant, we had.

Speaker 7 (12:39):
Breaking news last night.

Speaker 6 (12:41):
And the woman she said that whose house was used
in the Perfect Couple, the first one in Chatham, like
called Ellen yesterday. She's like, she called me because she
said that she didn't want her house used for the
next one. But maybe now she's rethinking it. She also
said that the Jennifer Garner project for Peacock for her
five Star Weekend book, they will be filming all of

(13:03):
it in LA because Jennifer does not want to be
away from her children.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
Oh nice.

Speaker 6 (13:08):
Yeah, they'll do two weeks on Nantucket for some you know,
b roll and stuff like that, but that will be
in LA.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
And didn't WBCTV ask you to do the live report
from the Granite lanth They did.

Speaker 6 (13:18):
They sent a camera which was so cool and yeah,
he said, do you do you mind just doing the interview?

Speaker 7 (13:24):
I was like, okay, I've never done that before, but sure.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
I have never seen that happen before. It's like, yeah,
you know what, you handle it. It's your guest. Yeah,
very cool. Charlemagne is next week.

Speaker 6 (13:35):
Right, He's on Wednesday, March nineteenth at memoir at Encore.
We did the walk through yesterday. I'm really excited about that.
We are talking about his book, Get Honest or Die Lying?
Why small talk sucks?

Speaker 4 (13:44):
Okay, Harry Styles, apparently, contrary to reports, will not be
doing his thirty five shows at this in Vegas. At least,
nobody told the sphere.

Speaker 6 (13:54):
This is a weird story because it was literally everywhere interesting.

Speaker 10 (13:58):
Maybe it's a idea that he had, I'd love to
do that and someone just ran with it.

Speaker 7 (14:03):
So how does that happen?

Speaker 4 (14:04):
I remember the sphere knew nothing about we leaked it.
Maybe it was us, but we're the only ones that
talked about.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
It now everywhere? Okaywhere?

Speaker 4 (14:14):
Just announced Nicki Glazer will host the Golden Globe Awards
again next year. She'll be back by popular demand. Remember
she crusted it this year's award.

Speaker 7 (14:23):
Wicked Queer Night, Bitch.

Speaker 17 (14:26):
These are not just words Ben Affleck yells after he orgasms.
These are the incredible movies nominated tonight, The Bear, the Penguin,
Baby Reindeer. These are not just things found in RFK
S freezer.

Speaker 4 (14:40):
These are TV show and we all went to her
show at the Box Center Wang Theater, which by the
way was outstanding. How about this? Kim Kardashian says she
had to give ex husband Chris Humphries the two million
dollar engagement ring back. And by the way, this is
a ring she.

Speaker 7 (14:58):
Paid for they didn't keep.

Speaker 6 (15:00):
I was pregnant with North, still married to him, and
in order to divorce him, he said, I had to
give him the ring in my divorce.

Speaker 5 (15:06):
That she bought, but I bought.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
She contributed a fifth.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
You know what, best getting rid of that you could
have done?

Speaker 7 (15:13):
I know what, I would have loved a collection.

Speaker 4 (15:15):
Yeah. Whatever happened to Chris Humphries, the poor guy.

Speaker 10 (15:18):
He played for Celtics briefly, remember that, and then he
actually ended up selling the ring in an auction for
seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars a.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Two million dollar ring. Yeah, okay. Reports today say Tiger
Woods has been dating Donald Trump Junior's ex, Vanessa Trump,
and they've been dating for several months.

Speaker 7 (15:35):
Yeah, since Thanksgiving.

Speaker 6 (15:37):
And she's the mother of Kai Trump, who is the
amazing golfer.

Speaker 7 (15:41):
So now we get the connections.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
So now Kai, who we all thought would turn pro
at some point, now has Tiger Woods as a coach.
It seems to work out for me.

Speaker 7 (15:50):
I think it's great.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
Yeah, Okay, a lot of other stuff going on. Reports
this morning, say, Beyonce is having a lot of trouble
selling tickets for the cowboycottter tour. Is not a single
sellout so far.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
They're just so expensive.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
I'm not surprised.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
She never like sells out out like that.

Speaker 5 (16:06):
Well, the ticket prices are high.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
They're always really a.

Speaker 1 (16:08):
Pricey and it always a stadium which is six thousand.

Speaker 7 (16:12):
Why are they doing that? Why are they making ticket
prices so high?

Speaker 5 (16:15):
I don't know, it's ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
They're multi multi billionaires, it.

Speaker 8 (16:18):
Really, I know that's the that's what people are having issue. Yeah,
there's a billionaire.

Speaker 4 (16:22):
And she hardly sold out her last tour, right, yeah,
a couple of years ago.

Speaker 6 (16:26):
I just make it affordable for people, like, these are
your these are your people, these are your your followers
and your listeners.

Speaker 5 (16:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (16:34):
I would love to be hide to wave in, like
to weigh in if they would, if that's why they're
not buying them, because.

Speaker 7 (16:40):
I'm seeing it across the board.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Yeah, yeah, all ticket prices are up right.

Speaker 4 (16:44):
Well, we're open to the beehive if they want to
check in with us. This Morning six, one, seven, nine, three, Wight.
But how about this? The baldswins Alec and Halaria hit
the red carpet this week to promote their reality show
on TLC. And hell, Lottie, you're showing her true color?

Speaker 7 (17:03):
You want more of this season two? No?

Speaker 17 (17:06):
No, I I think we're going to see how it
feels to have it be out there.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
Oh my god, when I'm talking, you're not talking.

Speaker 7 (17:12):
No, when I'm talking, you're not talking.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
This is why.

Speaker 7 (17:15):
Yes, we'll have to like just pat him out of
the show.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
No, is it harder to memorize scripts or be yourself
on unscripted televison?

Speaker 13 (17:23):
You so hard?

Speaker 4 (17:25):
We like routine.

Speaker 18 (17:26):
It's good for the kids to have a routine, and she,
as a mother, is very good at keeping them on
a routine.

Speaker 4 (17:30):
You feel kind of feel the desire to make it
more silly than it might be.

Speaker 7 (17:34):
I don't think you make it more silly than it is.

Speaker 17 (17:36):
I actually feel I feel No, No, we just we
just cut all that part out.

Speaker 7 (17:42):
No, I mean it's essential every.

Speaker 17 (17:45):
Days and Spanish essence yet yeah, okay.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
Yeah, oh my god, you're distracting me right now, Like
now you're just doing that?

Speaker 7 (17:54):
Why why Are you distracting me? Yeah, you're Yeah, you're
just distracting.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
But oh my god, stop you're not.

Speaker 7 (18:00):
It's not cute.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
No, he's distracting me.

Speaker 4 (18:02):
Yeah, it's like it's as if she snipped his testicles
and carries them around in a baggie.

Speaker 7 (18:10):
It's to be really into her.

Speaker 15 (18:12):
Though.

Speaker 8 (18:13):
Maybe that's what he likes. Maybe that's his finish.

Speaker 10 (18:16):
Well, he's such an aggressive man. Maybe he needs somebody
like that to put him.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
In his place.

Speaker 7 (18:21):
I think that's what it sounded like.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Yeah, because he is kind of it's very dog when
he's kind of asked.

Speaker 4 (18:25):
I would have left the red cart. You know what,
do you got this? You don't need me here, Just
keep talking. Bruins lost to Autiba last night. Swaymen benched
after giving up four goals in the first period.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
I thought you had hoped for them after that trade Bill.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
Yeah, all of a sudden, I don't know. They played
one game, one for nothing and back to hell.

Speaker 10 (18:46):
I think that happened when they switched coaches, like they
had like a good little couple of games, and then,
you know, I.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
Think they have to get producer Riley a bigger role
over there. You know, she'll get the team.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Is she going to be the goalie?

Speaker 4 (18:57):
He just put her out in the ice with him.
She'll get it gone.

Speaker 8 (19:00):
She could be the coach and she could lay into
all the players that are slackened.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
When I'm you're not talking.

Speaker 4 (19:08):
Seltzer in Miami with the heat tonight. Patriots released David
Andrews yesterday.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
That was why he's at that in his career.

Speaker 4 (19:15):
So another guy you keep.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
You let him finish out, unless that he asked for it.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
I don't know. He seemed to really want to play more.
And don't forget another reminder. We will play our own.

Speaker 6 (19:57):
But we're back with The Billy and Lisa in the Morning.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
I loved that we're playing Kendrick Lamar earlier in the morning.
You got a step this way, Amy Minor.

Speaker 5 (20:08):
Unbelievable.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
Hey, we're just a couple of minutes away right from
our Love is Blind episode here on The Billy and
Lisa Morning Show. I excited.

Speaker 5 (20:17):
I hope this goes well.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
I think it's going to be good. I think somebody's
going to find love in just a few minutes on
this show.

Speaker 7 (20:22):
I agree they're willing well.

Speaker 8 (20:24):
It started yesterday with the Love is Blind taping all
over Boston. That was our topic to yea, and what
do you know, we had three different people that auditioned
for the show for this season that they're shooting and
got rejected, and so we thought, you know, it was
a guy, Matt and two girls, why not try to
hook them up. So that's what we're gonna do, like
a dating idea, dating show idea.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
Hey, guys, love this dating show idea. I think it's
great if you do it.

Speaker 13 (20:48):
Don't forget us singles in our late forties, early fifties.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
I mean, we've been looking for a long time too.
Wouldn't mind trying it out.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
Myself, have a good day.

Speaker 7 (20:57):
Yeah, we've been talking about this for years, something like this.
I mean we used to do it. We've we've done
dating stuff before.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
So this could tune into something big.

Speaker 8 (21:05):
And we did do kind of a you know, a
similar one for the book club. We put people up.
They're still friends, they hang out all the time. You know,
there wasn't a kind of a romantic interest, but they're
still best of friends.

Speaker 1 (21:16):
Yeah, we're is good. We're making connection, Yes, exactly.

Speaker 5 (21:19):
That's right. That's right.

Speaker 8 (21:20):
So we're gonna get them, all three of them on
the phone right now and in a few minutes we'll
do the But what do you want to call this thing?

Speaker 4 (21:27):
I think it's kind of love is blind meets the
dating game on the billion morning. That's a paragraph the hookup.
It's the hook up.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
We want, we want someone to find love.

Speaker 8 (21:38):
So we'll get them on the phone, we'll talk to
them and then we'll let the listeners chime in for
topic time and kind of see what you all think.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
Justin what a good song we have coming up for this.

Speaker 8 (21:50):
Chapelone dropped it. We have it right here for New
Music Friday. It's it's a country song. Chapel's been teasing
it for a while. We had to tease last hour
and it is called fittingly so the.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
Giver on Hilly and Lisa O Morning, brand new Chapel
roone there and that is an absolute gem. I'm sorry,
I love that right away.

Speaker 7 (22:11):
I do too.

Speaker 5 (22:13):
I liked it.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
All I can say is giddy up, nicely done Chapel roone. Okay,
so here we are. If you missed the show yesterday,
there was all kinds of buzz about the show Love
Is Blind, shooting scenes for all over Boston, all over
New England.

Speaker 7 (22:30):
The gold cups were seen everywhere. That was the clue, and.

Speaker 4 (22:33):
All of a sudden we had people calling into the
show saying they actually auditioned, but they were all rejected.
And one of the people who called in was Matt.
And we have Matt on the phone right now, ready
to play our own version of Love Is Blind. Matt,
are you there, I'm there, Matt, very quick question, would

(22:54):
you consider yourself a giver?

Speaker 9 (22:57):
Of course?

Speaker 4 (23:00):
Well, then we played the right song right out of
the game. That is your theme song right now, the
new Chapel Room song. Matt, tell everybody a little bit
about yourself.

Speaker 18 (23:09):
Matt yeah. I'm thirty six. I live in Dorchester. I
work in medical tales. I have a dog.

Speaker 9 (23:19):
I like playing.

Speaker 18 (23:20):
Pickleball and golf and watching reality dating shows.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
But I'm not on I gotta tell you, Matt, if
I were that way, i'd want to date you. You got
a dog and you love pickleball. I'm just saying, so far,
so good. Okay, So let's play the Love is Blind game.

Speaker 5 (23:42):
It's like Billy's dream. It's his dream come true.

Speaker 4 (23:45):
To the original theme song dating game.

Speaker 5 (23:49):
You worked your whole career for this moment, Matt.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
I'm sure you're very proud. But let's go to contestant
number one, and her name is Jenna. Jenny. You there,
I am Jenna. Why don't you say give your best
hello to Matt?

Speaker 3 (24:06):
Go ahead, what's up? Matt? Okay, all right, if you
knew me, it would make sense.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Okay, Well, you know you want to get to know Yeah,
so Matt, I'm gonna turn things over to you. You've
got to ask Jenna whatever questions you need to ask
to get her get to know her better. So, Matt,
the floor is yours.

Speaker 18 (24:32):
Uh, Jenna, if you were lost in the woods and
you had to encounter a random man or a random bear.

Speaker 5 (24:39):
What would you.

Speaker 18 (24:39):
Choose a bear?

Speaker 19 (24:44):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (24:44):
What I feel like this, I feel like I could
maybe trust an animal first.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
Interesting, You're gonna have to prove yourself.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
Go ahead, man, It's hard to explain.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
I just feel like I have a connection with animals.
So I just feel like I would be a little
more calm in a situation knowing that I I don't know.

Speaker 18 (25:14):
It's it's a little hard to explain.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
But not not that I don't trust humans obviously, but
first instinct bear, Matt, you might want to.

Speaker 4 (25:22):
Mention the dog.

Speaker 5 (25:23):
Yeah, yeah, this is your Matt. You're gonna step up
right now.

Speaker 18 (25:26):
Yeah, I mean I have a dog. But the question
is more long. How are you gonna get out of
the wood the bear is trying to eat you?

Speaker 5 (25:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (25:33):
But if the bear doesn't eat me, what if the
bear is just roaming by?

Speaker 10 (25:38):
JENNI you got to pick up your game, Jenna.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
First of all, Jenna, how old are you?

Speaker 3 (25:45):
Thirty four?

Speaker 4 (25:46):
And where do you live?

Speaker 3 (25:48):
I live in Templeton.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
All right, back to you, Matt.

Speaker 18 (25:53):
Were moving on to the next question. Yeah, where do
you see yourself in five years?

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Hopefully with someone that I can spend my life with,
build a life with, possibly be married if that's what
is in the cards, and possibly have kids if that's
also in the cards. Happy traveling and just enjoying life.

Speaker 18 (26:19):
All right, one more question, Matt, what did you vote
for in the presidential election?

Speaker 5 (26:28):
By oh boy?

Speaker 3 (26:33):
I would prefer not to discuss that because I do.
I think that that's a private thing and there's no
right or wrong answer for me, because I think everyone
has the right to do and vote for who they want.

Speaker 5 (26:45):
So answer.

Speaker 4 (26:51):
Okay, Matt, you stay right where you are and Jenna.

Speaker 8 (26:56):
Before Jenna goes, we just want to before she poots
back on hold hair, when I.

Speaker 4 (26:59):
Attacked a bear, I's still on the ground, and cover
your face and head with your hands. When the bear
is finished batting you around in alling, you contact the
US Forest Service. Okay, yeah, that was for you, Jenna. Okay.
Now we're gonna have Jenna on hold and we're gonna
go to contestant number two and hello, Tiffany, good morning.

(27:22):
All right, So why don't you get yeah, yeah, give
a nice big hello to Matt.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
Hi, Matt, good morning, how are you today?

Speaker 5 (27:32):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (27:34):
And to Tiffany quickly. How old are you and where
do you live?

Speaker 2 (27:38):
I'm thirty one and I live in Stoneham.

Speaker 4 (27:41):
All right, Matt, it's all yours.

Speaker 18 (27:42):
Go ahead, Tiffany. If you were randomly lost in the
woods and you had to encounter either a random man
or a random bear, which would you choose.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
I think I'm going to go with the random man, because, Matt,
you seem like a giver, so I think you'd be
able to get me out of there and help me out.

Speaker 18 (28:02):
A great answer.

Speaker 4 (28:03):
Already established he's a giver.

Speaker 7 (28:05):
Yeah, you know what? And she was listening? Was you
tell a good listener?

Speaker 18 (28:12):
Well, good answer, keep it going, mat, All right, where
do you see yourself in five years?

Speaker 2 (28:19):
So in five years, I've always wanted to get married
and have kids and start a family. I am really
close with my family and I have a lot of
cousins and I have two beautiful nieces, so I'd love
to have kids to give them some cousins and keep
the family growing.

Speaker 4 (28:38):
All right, Hey, tiff how are you with dogs?

Speaker 2 (28:42):
I love dogs, Matt.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
What's your dog's name?

Speaker 18 (28:47):
Harvey?

Speaker 4 (28:47):
Harvey. Imagine Tiffany, in the perfect world, You'll be cuddled
up with Harvey.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
I like that name, the fire with the snow coming down.
I can see it now, Billy.

Speaker 4 (28:59):
We're just trying to say that a scene here, Matt,
and I'll give you one more question about this question.

Speaker 18 (29:03):
Go where's your favorite travel destination?

Speaker 2 (29:08):
Oh? Cape Cod? Easily?

Speaker 4 (29:10):
No, that's easy money. I would have said.

Speaker 1 (29:20):
I'm a little bit on that.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Yeah, all right, I was driving Cape Cod. If I'm
traveling somewhere, Matt. We're going to Greece next, I'm in.

Speaker 4 (29:32):
He Okay, okay, So what we have to do here
is put it on pause.

Speaker 5 (29:38):
You're going to pause it. We're going to let the
listeners chime in.

Speaker 8 (29:41):
We've heard from all of them and see what they
think for topic time, and then at a ten we'll
talk to men, see who we picks, and we'll have
them both on and hopefully set them up on a date.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
Billions The Morning Show Looking for Love this morning. I'm
just saying, so bring your calls Topic time six, one,
seven nine. They can also reach out with talk back
justin Yeah. If you're if you're out and about, do
you have your phone with you? Just download the iHeart
app and when you pull up kiss want to wait
listen to us live? Just tap that red microphone right
at the top of the screen and send in your message.

(30:10):
It's time to vote. The topic time is top.

Speaker 6 (30:14):
Now it's topic time with a Billy and Lisa in
the morning.

Speaker 4 (30:19):
Okay, so the topic is well, love is Blind again.
We kicked off a little bit of a dating game earlier,
the earlier on the show a few minutes ago, and
we had Jenna and Tiffany on the phones talking to Matt.
Matt was asking the questions. Let's play some of the
highlights just.

Speaker 8 (30:36):
Well, the highlights of the of the first questions that
that mask. Matt asked, Yeah, which is about the bear?
So we'll do Jenna first.

Speaker 18 (30:42):
Jenna, if you were lost in the woods and you
had to encounter a random man or a random bear,
what would you choose a bear?

Speaker 3 (30:52):
What? I feel like I could maybe trust an animal.

Speaker 11 (30:54):
First, I just.

Speaker 14 (30:57):
Have to say that I absolutely loved the Billy and
Lisa Love is Blind.

Speaker 18 (31:00):
And I wish that you all could have seen.

Speaker 16 (31:03):
My face when the bear question was answered by the
first girl, because that is just wild.

Speaker 7 (31:12):
Well, I wish you could have seen our faces too.

Speaker 5 (31:14):
It was a tough one. It was tough.

Speaker 16 (31:16):
Can you please play the clip from Billy medicine when
he yells at the boy saying, you blew it. That
first girl, she ruined any chance with the bear you
brought it.

Speaker 8 (31:28):
So then Tiffany, you know well, Matt asked us three
questions to Jenna and then Tiffany.

Speaker 5 (31:33):
He started with the same.

Speaker 18 (31:34):
Question, Tiffany, if you were randomly lost in the woods
and you had to encounter either a random man or
a random bear, which would you choose.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
I think I'm going to go with the random man
because Matt, you seem like a giver, so I think
he'd be able to get me out of there and
help me out.

Speaker 4 (31:49):
Yeah, it's kind of a home run there, good answer.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
Yeah, yeah, that was a Tiffany was smooth, Yes she was.

Speaker 8 (31:55):
She was, but she went second too, so she kind
of got to hear the first the first.

Speaker 4 (32:00):
She had a little bit of that. And also in
defensive Jenna, they're not professional broadcasters. I'm sure there's a
certain level of nervousness. Yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're nervous
enough just the fact that you might want to date
and meet a guy.

Speaker 8 (32:12):
So yeah, yeah, And a lot of people might have
heard that with Jenna and asked about and thought about
the political.

Speaker 5 (32:17):
Question that Matt, Yeah, which was interesting.

Speaker 19 (32:20):
But Hi, this is Alison Mattleborough and they shouldn't say, wow, Matt,
really big question to ask about who you voted for
in the election. But I will say in this latest
episode of Love is Buy, and that was a big
topic that kind of broke up a lot of the
couples was their view.

Speaker 12 (32:37):
On politics and social issues. So as bold as that
question was, I think it's really important to see how
you and your potential partner online or disalign on these
various issues.

Speaker 6 (32:49):
And we did it as a topic time about a
month ago. Yeah, the political staff so yeah.

Speaker 4 (32:54):
And the weird thing about the political thing is you
shouldn't talk about it, but in a relation chip you
eventually have to talk about it.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
Did right, No, he's getting out the way.

Speaker 4 (33:04):
Well it was a little early. Yeah, I think you
should go for Tiffany.

Speaker 13 (33:08):
Jenna was one giant red flag. Tiffany is my vote.

Speaker 7 (33:14):
I think Jenna did answer the political question very well.

Speaker 4 (33:17):
She did, Yeah, she did.

Speaker 1 (33:18):
That was good.

Speaker 10 (33:19):
I think the opening was weird, which she's like a
lad sat Matt and then she waited to know me
to know it.

Speaker 1 (33:23):
We're like, well, we don't know you so we don't
get the show again.

Speaker 8 (33:26):
Like Billy said, they could be nervous. Yeah, yeah, you know,
we do this every day.

Speaker 4 (33:30):
Well, it's early in the morning, you're meeting somebody for
the first time, and all of a sudden, you're live
on the air, right right.

Speaker 13 (33:36):
You know.

Speaker 20 (33:36):
The longer I listened to that dating segment, the.

Speaker 18 (33:39):
More I understood why these people are single.

Speaker 4 (33:45):
Well, keep in mind, these people were rejected by Love's Bard.

Speaker 7 (33:49):
Some of them went pretty far though in the casting.

Speaker 4 (33:51):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, a couple of them. Well, Matt
was told he's going on right, and then all of
a sudden he was ghosted.

Speaker 7 (33:57):
He was buying outfits.

Speaker 4 (33:59):
Let's go to Taylor. She's on the phone. Taylor, what
do you think?

Speaker 2 (34:03):
I thought Tiffany was amazing. I really really liked her
vibe a lot, and I think her and Matt will
get along great.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
Now, how long have you been Tiffany's front?

Speaker 18 (34:13):
I have no idea.

Speaker 4 (34:17):
I just tried to throw a curve ball. They're a
little bit of a slider. A good answer, Good job.
Let's go to Marie next. Marie, what do you think
who's your vote for?

Speaker 3 (34:26):
I think Matt should picked Tiffany also she had good vibes.

Speaker 5 (34:30):
The other one.

Speaker 4 (34:31):
Blahh okay, all right, tifted to have kind of a
nice vibe.

Speaker 6 (34:37):
But to Justin's point, she did go second, so she
had the ability to hear the questions ahead of time.

Speaker 4 (34:43):
She had a couple of minutes, right, so.

Speaker 7 (34:45):
She had a little bit of call.

Speaker 5 (34:46):
That an advantage she did.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
Yeah, okay, let's go to Justin or Justine. Justine your
vote please?

Speaker 15 (34:55):
Ah yeah, my vote is for Tiffany. She just seems
to have a lot of fun energy, and I think
that her and Matt would have a great start to
their connection.

Speaker 4 (35:06):
She did acknowledge him as a giver right away, right
out of the gun. Colleen is up next, Colleen, your
vote please? Jenna or Jenna or Tiffany.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
Definitely Tiffany, no contest.

Speaker 2 (35:17):
She seems like a great catch, very up, be positive,
the family oriented. I think they'll have a nice, long,
happy life together.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
Okay.

Speaker 10 (35:26):
The thing I actually asked her here, she's a first
grade teacher, which one Tiffany.

Speaker 1 (35:30):
Okay, yeah, it's nice. Wont have to walk closer than Templeton.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
Templeton, Templeton's like it's out let me let me guess
Hill if I knew where Templeton was, i'd be able
to tell you. I have no idea whether it's north,
southeast or west, but I mean, yeah.

Speaker 7 (35:48):
It's in Worcester County.

Speaker 8 (35:49):
Yeah, of course, it's always always.

Speaker 4 (35:54):
We know it's not east to be in the ocean. Okay,
what do we have now?

Speaker 1 (35:59):
Wrap a the phones? They have Marylyn on the phone.

Speaker 5 (36:01):
Yeah, there's so many people calling. Let's take Marylyn for
last night.

Speaker 4 (36:04):
We'll take one more and then when do we go to.

Speaker 8 (36:05):
Matt ten We're gonna hold off and then, you know,
give him some time to think about.

Speaker 4 (36:11):
Okay, Marilyn, you gotta vote, Go ahead, Hi, I would
vote to Tiffany, hands down. Okay a reason.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
Anybody that wants to sit to watch the snowfly out
the window with Hobby, that's a no brainer, right there.

Speaker 4 (36:27):
A dog that yeah, Harvey the dog.

Speaker 5 (36:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (36:32):
Okay, all right, okay, So we'll get Matt on the
phone right after eight o'clock at eight ten this morning,
and we'll get his pick, and if he does choose
one of them, well we'll set them up on a
date when he will pick up the tab and everybody's
gonna be happy.

Speaker 8 (36:45):
Oh she is, Oh, that's so nice of you. Yeah,
well he's got something going to do. I mean, I
think we think we know who's gonna pick, but who knows.

Speaker 16 (36:53):
Tiffany all the way, the energy was amazing, and when
she said grief, Matt was all in.

Speaker 1 (37:00):
Yeah, he was all in kiss.

Speaker 4 (37:05):
So justin in the seven o'clock hour this morning, we
did something we've never done. We played the dating game.

Speaker 5 (37:11):
Yeah, the Love is Blind Dating game. Although that name
is a little bit too long.

Speaker 19 (37:14):
Good morning, guys, Happy Friday.

Speaker 18 (37:16):
It's going to be a beautiful day.

Speaker 19 (37:18):
And I just want to throw this out there for
a name instead of love.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
Is Fine, but rejected Romantics.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
I just thought, have a great day, guys.

Speaker 8 (37:28):
Well, all three of the contestants were rejected from Love
is Blind. Yeah, so that would make sense. We had Matt,
we had Jenna, we had Tiffany. You know, Jenna went
first a little bit rough on the answers, but she
gave a really good answer to the political question she
would vote for. That was really good, and I mean
in general, she was pretty honest. I think she was
a little bit nervous.

Speaker 13 (37:47):
In defense of Jenna, she seems like a very strong
independent woman.

Speaker 3 (37:52):
She said she liked animals.

Speaker 13 (37:54):
And I think she answered the questions pretty honestly, and
I think that the honesty should.

Speaker 20 (37:59):
Count for something.

Speaker 8 (38:01):
Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely, Jenna all the way from Templeton.

Speaker 20 (38:04):
Gay Josh here, surprising to hear Templeton called out this morning.
That's where I live. Not a whole lot of gaze
out here. I think we're the only uh, we're the
only ones shout out to Templeton mess Oh.

Speaker 1 (38:18):
Thank you, Josh.

Speaker 5 (38:20):
I didn't know what Templeton was.

Speaker 4 (38:22):
Now we're learning a lot about Templeton.

Speaker 5 (38:24):
Yes we are.

Speaker 4 (38:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (38:25):
So you had Jenna and then you had Tiffany, who
really hit it off well with Matt. She answered the questions.
Thought she did a good job, and maybe it'll be her.

Speaker 5 (38:33):
I don't know. We'll find out at a ten and
we'll send them out on a date.

Speaker 13 (38:37):
Hey, good morning crew. So yeah, if Tiffany and Matt
