Well, welcome to another episode of Third Thursdays, the podcast designed to help you reflect, reset, and supercharge your monthly goals.

(00:05):
I'm Branden Bodendorfer, and today we're going to talk about a number of conversations that I recently had with people striving to implement meaningful change.
A common theme has emerged through many of these conversations over the last few weeks. Many of you have been telling me it's been challenging to streamline these changes into your daily activities.
You've had a hard time implementing some of the goals and action steps that you need to achieve. Today's podcast is going to be talking about what it means to be an Agent of Change.

(00:28):
What that role consists of, and how you can better embrace that role so you can effectively carry out change in your organization.
But before we dive into all that, I want to give you just a few updates on me and what's taking place here at the Key2Success family.
First and foremost, it is again Third Thursday, and if you haven't joined yet, this is your first podcast.
You can go back and check out our first podcast from last month. The idea behind this podcast is really to be an opportunity.

(00:50):
Where I kind of just spitball, throw out an idea or two, chew on it, and deliver information to you guys about what we're experiencing.
What our community is feeling. We use Third Thursday as a space in time to take a break, pause, reflect on what's taken place in the last few weeks.
And make any last-minute changes or pivots so we can reach our goals before month-end. Many of you have told me that by this time in the month, you felt like you were not going to be successful.

(01:10):
Or that you were running behind. This is an opportunity for you to reprioritize and make the most out of the last week of the month. That is what Third Thursday is all about.
This month, we've had a number of things take place here. Besides meeting with nearly hundreds of you and learning about some of the goals and aspirations you have for 2025.
We've also started developing the 2026 planner. One of the things I’m really excited about for this upcoming planning system is the Third Thursday Widget.
A new tool you’ll be able to pull into your 2025 planning tools. It’s designed to ask reflective questions, help you reset, pivot, and supercharge what you want to achieve before the month ends.

(01:36):
One thing that really resonated with me in this month’s discussions was embracing monthly planning. We focus so much on our weekly priorities and daily Key3.
But sometimes we lose sight of the bigger picture—our overall objectives for the month. For our professional, business, and executive users, I want you to take a moment and envision:
What does the month of March look like for you? What are three big goals that you want to work towards? Now, go into your weekly planning tool.
And establish a timeline for how you’re going to break those goals into action steps throughout the month. Through our training calls this month.

(02:00):
We’ve seen great traction not just in monthly goal setting, but also in how these short-term goals build out the vision for the entire year. ... (Transcript continues in similar format)
