In Jerusalem Paul makes a report of God’s work, hears of rumors about himself, experiences another riot, and is recued once again. Among all this activity in Jerusalem in about 57 A.D. there are revealed significant barriers to the growth of the Christian church even now in the 21^st century. Luke’s account tells the story of forces still working against growth of the Christian church.
