Episode #266 Frank Hernandez, Contractor Heals Himself And Loses Weight
Hello Health Heroes!
This week, I spoke with Frank Hernandez, a general contractor and insurance adjuster who completely healed himself from gut issues, weight gain, a bacterial skin infection and internal anger.
This is one of my favorite episodes because Frank is one of our clients. He originally heard me speak on another podcast, got on our detox & nutrition products, got a sauna from us and hired us for private coaching.
Frank showed up bigtime for himself and his family and became his own doctor and self healed.
The best part… Now he is paying forward to all of his friends and community members that are struggling with their health.
We are very proud of Frank and this episode highlights that ANYONE can heal themselves… we just need to drop the belief systems that we can’t and start taking action and anything is possible!
