Many people come to therapy thinking that no one else is experiencing, feeling or thinking the same things they are. The truth is, while the individual stories may be different, the themes are often the same - and at the end of the day we are more alike than we are different.
Today we explore some of those common themes and look at ways to help normalize those experiences.
