Bartonville Police Department called me on December 14, 2020 after the defendant sent them an email expressing her frustration that they had not brought me in for questioning. When the officer called, I directed her to my attorney, Todd. This bonus episode includes the audio from those calls and provides more insight into what was transpiring behind the scenes of this fabricated campaign of lies.

On November 6, 2020 the defendant told H to meet her at the Bartonville Police Station after lying to her about having IP addresses connecting Crystal to 9 GOMI Accounts. This “interview” lasted 3 hours and 9 minutes and was extremely grueling and emotional for H.

From the dawn of defamation, the defendant was convinced that Crystal was GOMI-user T*ts and Teeth. THE REAL T*ts and Teeth chats with Crystal about what it was like being one of the most central parts of the entire campaign of lies.

A portion of the defamation judgment is paid. The False and Defamatory Podcast is launched and the defendant perpetuates a new disturbing narrative. 

The defendant uses her divorce trial as an opportunity to try and re-litigate the defamation case. Crystal and H testify and the judge makes her ruling.

The defendant attempts to have Crystal's intervention in the divorce case thrown out. She also claims that instead of filing a malpractice case against her defamation attorneys, she has decided to sue the individuals who have wronged her.

The defendant doubles down on her new narrative that the only reason she lost the defamation case was because she was poorly represented.

As the defendant finally begins to acknowledge the trial took place and the jury ruled unanimously that all of her statements were and are False and Defamatory, she spins that fact into a new false narrative while continuing her campaign of lies.

The defendant does not acknowledge that the trial took place or that there is now a unanimous jury verdict against her. Additionally, she has her followers convinced that the court documents shared showing the jury’s unanimous verdict are fake.

Crystal’s mom, Deeann, discusses the trial from her perspective and also has a message for people who blindly follow and believe statements online without facts and evidence to substantiate any claims made.

After finally completing the court’s charge, closing statements are given and the jury deliberates. 

After lunch on day 2 of the trial, Crystal's therapist, Dr. Shawn Lee takes the stand and the defendant begins her case in chief. 

As the trial progresses, Crystal's attorney calls the defendant to the stand. The judge issues many warnings to the defendant and her attorney because of her repeated spontaneous outbursts. Crystal's husband also takes the stand.

The judge denies the emergency motion for continuance, so the trial proceedings begin. During day 1, jury selection is complete and Crystal begins testifying on the stand.

The extended discovery deadline arrives with no additional discovery submitted by the defendant. Opposing counsel files multiple motions for continuance and Crystal fears the trial will be delayed.

Crystal’s deposition was finally held on 7/7/22 and she was able to finally speak for herself with her own voice to definitively say, under oath, that the defendant’s lies are just that: lies.

The defendant’s third attorney officially appears as counsel as the attempted legal delays continue.
