In this episode, I (almost) contradict myself from the previous episode when I give an example of doing the opposite and having it actually work out really well. The point is that there are many ways to do things, to be, to accomplish our goals, and when we get so hung up on the one "right" way, we miss out on other things that might be better suited to our specific brain, way of being, and our specific goals in life. 

This hypnosis journey is all about embracing that, opening up to a sense of exploring what's possible, taking what works for us, and finding our own way when that works out best as well.
