Welcome to the podcast! This is the first episode of many trying to present facts about popular weightlifting supplements using research-based evidence. There are many supplements on the market claiming many health benefits. Although some supplements do provide scientifically proven results, there are much more that lack any proof. In this episode, I'm kickstarting this supplement series with creatine monohydrate. I believe this is a good supplement to start with because this is one of the few supplements that present strong evidence of its benefits and is one of the first supplements that lifters try.
