Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey everyone, welcome
to another episode of Marketing
101 for Chiropractors.
This week we're going throughAI, more specifically, chat GPT.
I know many of you use chat GPT.
Some of you dabble in it, someof you barely use it, but you've
all experienced chat GPT forone reason or another.
You may be using other AImodels, but when we speak about
AI, this is what we're meaningAutomated prompts that are
(00:24):
generated through a globalintelligence panel that can
predetermine what the responsesare going to be based on the
questions you ask it.
That's what AI really is.
They're like glorified apps.
Apps just do things right.
If you look at applications anyapps on your phone, the
calculator, the social mediaapps they just go into the
platforms that are built to dotheir thing.
(00:45):
They don't really respond backto you.
You go in there and youinteract with those platforms.
Some of them are actually webpages, some of them are just
tools, some of them are thestock market.
These are all consideredapplications, just that fancy
way of saying web pages or webbrowsers, or there are actually
other interfaces to it.
So when you look at AI, ai isdifferent.
Ai is built on a constantinformation cycle, where it's
(01:08):
scraping the web that we'vebuilt for data and everything is
still surrounded around the web.
I hope that confuses you morethan ever before.
Perfect, because I'm stillconfused about all of it.
But ChatGPT that's what this isall about today and how to
maximize its utilization in achiropractic office.
Skip all the fancy bells andwhistles that you may have seen
and you have to go to AIseminars and all this stuff BS.
(01:30):
All you need to do is sit downand give it prompts that will
help you become more efficientin your office.
That's the best way to use AI.
For me, social media posts havebecome very easy by doing this.
You can use applications likeauto posting, things like
HubSpot and all these.
I forget what we use in ouroffice, but Socialize Simple.
(01:53):
I think we use, and it's amonthly, $20 a month thing and
you can put all your socialmedia pages on there TikTok,
your Facebook pages, yourInstagram pages, your X pages,
your LinkedIn.
You do everything and then justschedule out all the posts for
30 or 60 days Pretty nice.
And you can use videos, you canuse pictures, you can use
(02:14):
content.
But this is where you can useAI to chat to BT specifically to
say, hey, create 30 promptsfrom our social media both
Instagram, facebook and X ofinformation about health and
wellness, focusing on sleep, cortisol and hormones.
That's this month's topic.
Whatever you want to do forFebruary, 30 days out, you get
(02:37):
all the 30 posts in texts.
You copy and paste them intoHubSpot or you know your
socialized program you put themall in there.
X doesn't care for pictures, right, so you're just putting in
the text.
And Instagram and Facebook, you're just adding a picture or
a video to each one of theprompts and you're all set and
done for the month all in underan hour.
(02:58):
That's how AI helps.
So those of you that can't get ahandle on your social media,
there you go.
You can turn off the podcastright now.
You got your one big tip forthe podcast.
That's how to utilize it in itsglory.
I think most of them allow 60days out now to post, but, just
if I am familiar with Facebook, our team does it, but I still
(03:19):
think it's 30 days out or 30posts that you can do outward.
I think it's unlimited postswithin 30 days.
I think the posts that you cando outward, I think it's
unlimited posts within 30 days.
I think the time that you canspend in the future is 30 days.
Just don't quote me on that, but I think that's what it is.
So that's why I gave you the30-day rule.
What about blogs?
Blog writing yes, you still gotto do this.
(03:40):
You should be writing one, two, three, four blogs a month,
honestly, to just keep feedingthe Google bots on there, to
make sure that you're always upand ranking higher in your
keywords and you're alwaysfeeding it more and more
keywords so that anytime peoplesearch in your area for those
trigger words, those keywords, those blog posts that you're
writing, you've got content thatthe Google bots can scrape.
(04:03):
That's really what you want tobe doing there.
How great is ChatGPT at that.
It's absolutely fantastic.
You type in a couple sentences.
It writes out a blog.
You literally copy and pastethis and then just change some
things in there.
Remember, the things you wantto replicate in your blog is
your location, location, location, the doctor's name,
name and name.
Repeat that in there and, ofcourse, the keywords in there.
(04:23):
So the title of the blogs.
You'll see they're kind ofsilly.
How chiropractic helps withsciatica in Tampa, florida.
Like it's just all.
You had all keywords in thereand just in the title and then
that's the redundancy of theblog as well.
But once you tell ChatGPT, hey, write me a blog that is SEO
heavy for these keywords that wewant to rank higher for
(04:46):
Sciatica, low back pain, chiropractor Tampa, whatever you
want to do, you put those allinto there in the prompt and now
you get an SEO based blog, which is absolutely great and,
yes, you can use them.
They're just blogs.
You're not selling it.
It's not an ebook, it's notresourceful information, it's
nothing, just a blog that goeson your blog section.
Perfectly fine to do that.
(05:08):
Email campaigns how great isthat?
You should be utilizing youremail list all the time.
But again, to sit there andwrite emails from scratch takes
time.
How do you make it simple?
Hey, create me a 27 emailnurture sequence for people that
are coming through a funnelthat I've created on my Facebook
ads for specifically lumbardecompression, utilizing our
(05:31):
spinal decompression table.
Create 27 so that the peopleall that come into become a lead
, all get dropped into thisnurture sequence and over the
course of the next 52 weeks theywill get 27 emails that I can
space out after you create themfor me, giving them education
about spinal decompression, chiropractic, how they can
(05:52):
become a new patient, how theycan refer other people to our
office and what the experiencemay look like when they come in.
Repeat those in five differentways to create 27 emails for me.
Dude guys, in like threeminutes you've got 27 emails,
like it's, it's crazy.
Like now you copy and pastethem into your CRM or MailChimp
or whatever you use and nowyou've got a nurture sequence.
(06:14):
Yeah, pretty awesome ways touse this.
And the lastly, these are thefour ways I utilize chat GPT, so
where these ideas came from, exactly how I use them.
I thought about this yesterday.
I was like okay, how do I usechat GPT and how do I create a
podcast for my colleagues on howI utilize it?
That way I can give them thebest responses, because that's
how we use it.
And then ad copying because Ido so many ads for so many
(06:35):
chiropractic offices.
Yes, I use chat GPT for this.
Yes, it makes the emojis easier.
Yes, it lays it out a lotquicker than I can and when you
prompt it properly, it doesgreat for this.
Create an ad for cold lasertherapy for Myrtle Beach
Chiropractic Myrtle Beach islocated in Myrtle Beach, south
Carolina.
The population density in thisarea.
(06:57):
Scrub the internet for someinformation about there.
You'll find that it's more inthe 40 plus crowd.
Taylor B adds to for them abouthow class four laser can reduce
inflammation and pain for notonly joints but everything else
that you find it can bebeneficial for.
And create me an ad forFacebook ads offering a $99
consult at the office to trythat and a chiropractic exam.
(07:19):
Bada bing, bada boom, you likeit.
And let's say you're doing A-Btesting.
You hit the button again, saycreate this again.
Or you go in there and saycreate this again, but make it a
little bit more funny, boop, and now you A-B test a
professional ad copy versus afunny ad copy.
If your team is funny and youguys do that, it kind of
(07:42):
promotes what you guys are andwho you are and gives a little
flair to that Some of them doreally well.
So that's great.
Too Many ways to use it.
Done Good, great podcast.
I got lots more for you here.
Okay, that's how we use ChatGPTalmost on a daily basis,
definitely weekly basis tocreate this content a lot faster
.
So that AI has already got apat on the back for doing this
(08:02):
stuff for us.
But you can also take it up alevel which we've dabbled with
some of these things likeautomated responses on your bots
that you want to use on eitheryour website or your Facebook
messenger that automaticallyrespond to questions.
Hey, are you guys open onSaturday?
You can use ChatGPT to createFAQs about chiropractic care,
(08:23):
pricing in your office andappointment scheduling so your
hours of operation.
It will set the prompts and theanswers to the most asked
questions that they get byscrubbing the net and figuring
out what are the top FAQquestions that chiropractors get
on online chats and you'll geta whole list of these.
You can then prompt them intoyour social media and there you
go.
Now you've got FAQ questionsasked automatically through
(08:46):
Meta's bot response system.
Or you can create a fancy botfor your website that answers
the chats for you as well.
How about scripts for yourpatient calls?
Having new patient scripts, recall scripts, care plan
cancellation scripts, wellnessplan cancellation scripts?
What does your team say whenthese conversations happen?
Insurance we're a cash-basedoffice Boy.
(09:07):
We have like Brittany.
Our front desk has just gotlike this amazing spiel when it
comes to somebody who's like hey, do you take blank insurance?
And we have to go through ourentire spiel on why we or how we
don't take it, but how we don'ttake it, but how we help
everyone.
And how great is that?
To just document, have asystems and procedures manual so
that when somebody new comes inthey're like, hey, read chapter
(09:28):
two on scripting.
This is what we do for the fourmost common questions we get
and AI could have generated thisfor you so you can build a
script and systems andprocedures manual for your
office.
So you can build a script andsystems and procedures manual
for your office.
Finally, after 15 years ofpractice, you can actually have
a legit one that you can savedigitally and print or whatever
you like.
I would save it digitally.
That way, in case any systemschange, you can go in there and
(09:55):
manually change those systems ifyou change EHR systems or
whatever may happen in thefuture.
Even now, uh, documentation, uh,we're still be careful with hip
on this, but soap notes anddocument documentation with ai
is becoming pretty cool.
They can draft and assist yourpatient notes just by talking
into a microphone.
That's pretty cool stuff.
Procedure and training manualswe talked about.
(10:15):
Patient education materialslike develop handouts, like
everything we do.
Canva is almost considered airight now because of just click,
like buttons that you can justpush when you're in Canva.
It can rewrite a prompt for you, it can rewrite a headline for
you, it can rewrite the ad copyin there, it can rewrite your
titles, it can change images foryou, it can automatically
adjust.
(10:36):
That's AI power stuff that'sused even within apps right now.
So that's why I gave you thatlittle spiel at the beginning
about websites, apps and AI.
They're all internet, they'reall how we live in the digital
world and they're just built ontop of one another.
So the internet is pretty muchthe worldwide web that is built
(10:56):
on and then you build web pageswithin that site so people can
see the information on almostlike a document type
presentation, like a web page.
It's like scrolling through aflyer right.
Then you got AI apps no, sorry.
Then you got apps that prettymuch proliferate the web pages
and their functions.
So now you can create an app onyour phone so we can click and
(11:18):
go straight into that web page, that web system, just like you
would go on a desktop and put infacebookcom and go in there.
It's the exact same thing as onyour app.
You're accessing the web on anapplication type system.
Then AI is one layer on top ofthat which is like okay, use me
and I'll scrape all of thisstuff that's on the worldwide
web and give you prompts andinformation and texts and images
(11:40):
and even videos that can helpyou speed through this.
So they're still justprogrammed websites.
That's what AI is.
It's not robots taking over theworld, yet Good.
What about business growth andstrategy there?
Competitor analysis Use ChatGPTto analyze competing
chiropractic offices andmarketing strategies as well.
(12:00):
You can pretty much go straightinto ChatGPT and be like hey,
I'm located right here.
Tell me what everyone within a20 mile radius is doing and what
am I heavily competing againstas far as modalities,
demographics and the people thatthey're targeting.
Then the next prompt you'd askis like great, thank you for
that information.
Now, who do you think is themost underserved demographic or
(12:25):
symptom-based people in this15-mile radius around my clinic
that I should probably starttargeting?
You'll be amazed at theinformation you get from this
and how you can open up a wholedifferent niche and create yeah,
I mean, there's so many greatways to use this and scrape data
.
You have access to data likenever before.
(12:45):
You can generate ideas forpromotions, partnerships and
events.
Some of you don't even have anyworkshops.
Events always have something toinvite people to every month.
You don't have these things inthere.
You could prompt chat GPTs say, hey, we've been in business for
15 years, we've been doing thisthere.
You could prompt chat GPT andsay, hey, we've been in business
for 15 years, we've been doingthis, this and this Never really
engaged our community.
What are three, 10, five bestways that I can engage my
(13:06):
community, based on how Ipractice in my business, whether
I'm solo or associate, I liketo work Monday through Thursday.
I will not do anything on theweekends.
I'm a golfer.
You can feed it all that stuffand it's going to analyze and be
like, okay, weekends are offlimit, late nights are off limit
because you have kids.
These are some great ideas thatyou can do to engage your
(13:28):
community in events.
Instead of doing a workshop atyour office, do a workshop at
the local brewery that you'relocated 2.2 miles away from your
office.
It's amazing what it can do foryou Time management and
productivity, optimizescheduling, workflows and
delegation of tasks.
I use it all the time.
I'm using it for emails a lot.
I was in a mastermind lastweekend with the Adaptable
(13:51):
Entrepreneurs down in Naples, florida, and this came up
ChatGPT and I was like wow, fascinated with it.
So I'm asking ChatGPT some ofthe questions in there, the
local panel.
When you log into your ownChatGPT, that's called your
local panel.
Chatgpt is every time you askit a question, it's putting it
into its memory to help you justyou, the user that's registered
(14:13):
, that's logging in with futureanswers so that they can be a
lot cleaner.
You'll notice when you firstget into ChatGPT you get these
very generalized answers.
Now that I've been using it foralmost two years, it pretty
much is.
The answers are really goodbecause now it knows what I'm
looking for, so it's good to me.
The global panel you have nocontrol over.
The global panel is somethingthat ChatGPT is scraping all the
(14:36):
time and it requires the AIpeople there at ChatGPT to
orchestrate it and then createan update on it, so that one At
the mastermind they were sayingyou know how you can influence
this and Chachi Patee says youcan't.
It's saying, well, we justscrape data from the internet,
not something that you give usspecifically, but by putting
(14:57):
content out there, having yourwebsites, having your profiles,
having your social media andalways constantly updating
content, it's going to scrapethat.
It's giving you like a sidesaying listen, whatever you tell
me, I'm only going to take as agrain of salt, but everything
else I scrape from there, if Ican reconfirm the things that
you say, then yeah, then youwill be able to influence me
(15:18):
through content not directly.
So just two things there that Ifound interesting.
But the greatest point fromthat mastermind was listen, the
last update for ChatGPT wasSeptember 2021.
If you weren't in ChatGPT ordoing anything, it doesn't
really know who you are untilthe most recent update, which
(15:40):
was November 2023.
November 2023.
Some people were finding June2024.
I don't know.
I can't find that.
I don't know where June 2024came from, but November 2023.
So if you never used ChatGPTbetween September 2021 and
November 2023, you're stillirrelevant on ChatGPT, because
(16:00):
now, when you go in there todayin February 2025, it doesn't
know you because you weren'tthere in October in 2023.
Does that make sense?
So you got to start using it.
You got to start doing thingsin it to influence yourself,
your business, mainly yourbusiness in there.
So when the next update comesup, you're in the game a little
(16:21):
bit.
You see what I'm saying as abusiness.
So, yes, it's scraping data offthe internet.
Yes, creating content all thetime is good.
Yes, your social media profileshave been feeding it because
it's scraping the worldwide web.
Remember that.
There you go and its competitor, deepseek, just boom overnight
number one downloaded app in theworld.
Some problems with that?
(16:42):
I think my parents are European.
I grew up in Canada, I'm herein the US.
I'm not a world traveler.
I grew up in Egypt, I traded inSaudi Arabia, I lived in
Australia, I was a professor inSouth Africa and I now live in
Denmark.
I don't have that kind of aworldly living experience
(17:04):
because it's mostly WesternEurope, canada, america so I'm
still biased when it comes tothis.
But when we talk about China,we've been in a war with China
since 2013,.
Literally economic and tech warwith them, just like the Cold
War.
Back then, I think my parentswent through that.
This is it for us and ourgeneration.
(17:25):
This tech war that we're inwith not just China, everyone.
The race to the top, becausethat's going to be the next
economic world leader is the AIboom that's happening right now
underneath our toes.
So when we talk about ChatGPTand its competitors, deepseek is
(17:46):
Chinese-based.
They claim they did this for 6million bucks overnight.
They created an AI and how easyit is and how stupid chat GPT
is and took them forever, andthey put $50 billion of
resources and they can do itovernight.
I'm not playing with it too muchbecause I just don't want it on
my applications.
As soon as you start playingwith it, it can read your emails
, it can scrape your data withinseconds, and then it's Chinese,
(18:08):
right.
So I'm biased, of course.
Growing up in the Western world, I feel like the threat is
China.
I'm sure if you live in China,it's like no, the threat's
America.
I'm sure it's just like theCold War.
Back then, if you were inRussia, the Americans were the
bad guys.
If you're in America, theRussians were the bad guys.
I think that's where we're inright now.
So I feel bad not trusting the,the other side.
(18:29):
But you know this stuff.
There's some merit to it.
Whether you go down theconspiracy route or you just go
down the, the logical route.
Feeding the information to themsounds a little sketchy.
I mean, chachi bt could bedoing this.
You know chachi, and theamerican stuff could be scraping
it.
America scraping amer data, sure World data, fine, but
(18:51):
either way, it's the race to thetop.
Who do you support?
Be careful when you're doingthis.
If, at the end of the day, you're like okay, worst scenario
.
I worked with ChatGPT, now theyare at the top, they are the
world leaders.
Elon Musk is the world leader.
I mean, I think we're saferthat way than xing bong bing
(19:12):
bong in China becoming the worldleader.
Then we don't know what's goingto happen out there, so I don't
know if that person exists.
I kind of made that up and Iapologize, but that's my two
cents on DeepSeek.
That's it.
Go out there and try.
You've got to utilize it.
It makes your life so mucheasier.
Dabble with it a little bitmore.
(19:33):
Use those tips I gave you todayabout just even blogs and
emails and creating a trainingmanual for your office.
You're going to reap thebenefits from it, and how fast
you can get things done Makesyou way more efficient.
You wonder how I do this Twopodcasts running the office,
associates, satellite clinic,three kids.
I've been utilizing AI andthat's how I've been keeping on
(19:54):
top of it, not burning out.
Many people burn out runningpodcasts and they quit and they
stop.
But doing all this stuff, I'mfinding time because the time's
shorter now, instead of takingme three hours to publish and
post and do everything.
I can get stuff done in underan hour and get a bunch of
podcasts lined up so that I'malways ahead of the curve right.
Have a great week, stay well, stay healthy and keep doing what
(20:17):
you do.
