Salubrious Sundays: How can you release what no longer serves you?

Salubrious Sundays will be a short weekly session that provides thought provoking questions, tips and tools to help you for the week ahead. I wanted to create this segment to help people to think of a better way to approach the week ahead. As heavy as life can get, as people, we are so used to being stressed and negative about Mondays. I wanted to share the wisdom and knowledge that I have gained from self-care and self-love. I hope to create a RevEvolutionary change in anyone listening to my healing sessions.
