We are excited to create a space for moms – from all different backgrounds and careers – to tell their stories and inspire others. Today, we talk about friendship, careers and how a mutual love of cheese boards inspired us to start MomGoals! Liz Teich is a New York based fashion stylist, lifestyle blogger, on-air style expert and mom of two. 

Liz has been a personal stylist for moms since becoming a mom herself, and a professional commercial stylist for 15 years, styling fashion and home goods for print and digital advertising campaigns for major brands and retailers. 

She has appeared as an on-camera style and lifestyle expert for brands, regional and national news and appeared in and regularly contributes her fashion expertise to national publications such as Business Insider, Better Homes & Gardens, Women’s Health, PureWow and CNN Underscored. 

After styling bloggers for the TJMaxx “Maxxinista” campaign, it led her to launch her own blog and brand called The New York Stylist. Through her site and Instagram, she has partnered with brands to share some of her favorite products, services, styles, in addition to her favorite mom, beauty, and style hacks. She also focuses on sustainability, clean beauty, and eco-living with all that she does.
