Toya Thompson Tucker is an experienced consultant in financial services, immigration, and most recently healthcare.  She has a passion for problem solving that transcends industry and spent her career honing people skills help clients negotiate, collaborate and navigate their way to a solution. Her focus is on identifying trouble spots in how people, process, and technology weave together. She’s been a consultant at a Big Four firm and enjoyed the edgy life of a small entrepreneur – starting a small business named for Artemis, the powerful Greek goddess known for healing others around her. Artemis also had killer aim with her bow and arrow, zeroing in on her target with great proficiency.

Toya learned to pick apart a problem through her legal education and used a keen interest in analytics to isolate and identify the root causes. She enjoys purpose-driven problem solving and achieving results most primarily in consulting on patient care and access to healthcare.

Toya loves the quaint culture and diversity of Alexandria and lives their building passion in her children, Laila and Cole.
