Episode 58 is a re-publishing of Episode 35. In Episode 35, Sofia interviews Ryan Hoover and Amber Staklinksi from Fit to Fight. Amber has done martial arts her entire life including Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jistu, and more. Ryan began learning self-defense in the form of wrestling and Krav Maga and began teaching in 1997. He then began Fit to Fight in 2008 as a training center for those who need it most in order to fill the gaps he experienced in the self-defense world. Amber and Ryan currently teach in Charlotte, NC and are constantly improving their teaching model to better serve their students. Fit to Fight also offers online training for those who are not able to travel.
