Navigating the world of CBD products can feel overwhelming with countless options claiming to deliver relief and wellness benefits. How do you know what to choose and what's actually worth your money?

Marilisa Lawless breaks down everything you need to know about CBD products, starting with the fundamental differences between topicals and tinctures. Topicals deliver targeted relief directly to specific pain sites through roll-ons, lotions, and gels, while tinctures offer whole-body benefits through sublingual absorption. She explains why CBD's anti-inflammatory properties work so effectively for pain management without psychoactive effects.

The conversation dives deep into the crucial distinction between full spectrum and isolate products. Full spectrum contains the complete profile of beneficial hemp compounds including the legally allowed trace amount of THC (less than 0.3%) that helps activate your body's cannabinoid receptors. Meanwhile, isolate products, containing only CBD molecules, provide peace of mind for those concerned about drug testing or THC sensitivity.

Marilisa shares wisdom gained from years of experience, emphasizing the importance of proper dosing ("start slow, go low"), product quality verification through third-party testing, and matching product selection to your specific needs. Whether you're dealing with localized pain, sleep issues, anxiety, or general wellness concerns, the episode provides clear guidance on finding the right CBD solution.

The most valuable takeaway? Ask questions before purchasing. Find reputable sources who take time to understand your specific situation rather than pushing products. With the right information and quality CBD products, you might find the natural relief you've been searching for without unwanted side effects or psychoactive experiences.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
You've seen CBD everywhere, but do you actually
know what you're putting intoyour body, or on it, for that
matter?
Today we're breaking down thedifferences between tinctures
and topicals, full spectrumversus isolate, and how to
actually choose the rightproduct for you.
So, whether you're a CBD newbieor just sick of guessing, this

(00:39):
one's for you.
Here, of course, with yourhostess, with the mostess Mary
Lisa Wallace.
Here, of course, with yourhostess, with the mostess Mary
Lisa Wallace Milady, it isalways such a pleasure to be in
your acquaintance.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Hey, jeremy, hi, can you hear me?
Okay, that was a good intro.
You did well and I was liketrying something for myself.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
We're done here.
We're done here.
Hope you enjoyed the show.
Check, please.
Yeah, why don't we set thestage for listeners right, like
somebody that's totally new toCBD?
What's the difference between atincture and a topical, and how
do you know which one to use?

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Okay.
So topicals are in general forspecific sites that you might be
having some some pain or somediscomfort with, and that's why
somebody would choose a topical.
But the topicals are alsopretty varied.
Let me just pull this up.
Like this particular product bypure well can't even tell you

(01:40):
if there we go, can't tell if wecan see it or not.
Pure well is the company thisis.
I'm talking about two differentcompanies today that I carry
their products.
There's three, three, not fivethree different companies,
products that I carry veritaswe've talked about in the past
veritas farms, and so that's theprimary one that I carry.

(02:04):
They're based out of Colorado.
The other two companies that Ialso carry although I did just
start a third one for horses, that'll be a whole other topic A
fourth one, I mean, is actuallybased out of Delray Beach and

(02:29):
they carry products that Veritasdoesn't carry or ones that are
different.
So you know I've got somethingcalled Nootropics.
These are the ones you ingest.
Purewell's Topicals thisroll-on it's a 1,500 milligram
cooling menthol full spectrumroll-on and it's a 1500
milligram cooling menthol fullspectrum Roll-on.
It's a topical.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
It puts the lotion on its skin, or else it gets it's
not lotion.

Speaker 3 (02:52):
It actually has a different texture than lotion
All topicals no, there aretopical lotion.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
There's different types of topicals.
Right, there's a lotion, thereis a topical.
Yeah, it's like anything thatgoes on the skin, on the skin
correct, is a topical it couldbe, lotion it could be oil it
could be.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Yes, so, like I've got the massage oil from
PureWell, I have the roll-onfrom PureWell.
Those are the two topicals oftheirs that I carry.
And then I have Crystal Creek, which is based out of
Tallahassee.
It's actually everything isgrown in Tallahassee and
processed and from there CrystalCreek does a little bit of
everything as well, but theproducts of theirs that I carry

(03:29):
are the.
The one topical that I carry isthis, and it's a gel, so it is
an isolate, so I'll explain thedifference between the two of
those.
But the topicals are in generalfor specific sites that you
want to create some relief for,and most people report relief

(03:52):
when applied to the area thathurts them.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
So the roll on what's actually going on there, though
I want to dig in and I knowyou're not a medical doctor and
your knowledge of the sciencebehind this might be somewhat
limited but like what's actuallygoing on when you have a
topical CBD right, there's thisdistinction we've talked in the
past about CBDs versus actualmarijuana that has a high
associated with it, where CBDdoes not get you high but has a

(04:18):
lot of the healing therapeuticeffects of the plant.
It's like what's actually goingon you put this lotion or gel
or whatever it is on your skin,Like what is the CBD actually
doing to?

Speaker 3 (04:33):
the body.
Well, CBD is ananti-inflammatory.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Anti-inflammatory at its core Right.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
So it's going to so with pain.
They know that most pain isinflammation-based, so if you do
something to decrease theinflammation, you feel better.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Oh, makes sense.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
So I recommend topicals to most people that
just have one specific site oranother that hurt.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Ah, okay, so you, just you can apply it to the
actual site of infection, asopposed to if you have a more
widespread issue, like a generalaches and pains throughout your
body, where, instead of justrubbing the topical all over
every or every part of your body, you could just, you know, take
a tincture, right, we'll getinto it.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Right, and that's the difference, that's the
distinction in how I recommendthem.
Okay, Right, Cool Right.
And because hemp marijuana andhemp again are both cannabis,
but hemp is primarily a cutieand I have CBD for the doggies
too.
Marijuana doesn't have the CBDcontent that hemp does.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
And that's why hemp has become the main product for
um cbd.
They don't.
They don't have like cbd?

Speaker 3 (05:51):
no, how, why wouldn't they have?
Okay?
So I use a like a diagram ifyou think of two pie charts then
diagram what sort of?

Speaker 2 (05:59):
kind of, but they don't also.
Well, I guess they cross over alittle bit.
It's an anti-mar.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
No, it's actually a pie.
So if you take a circle ofmarijuana and you do this little
slice out of it, that littleslice is the CBD.
The rest of it is THC, that'smarijuana.
Hemp is the same pie with aslice taken out of it.
That's THC.
The rest of it is CBD, so thehemp is primarily cbd, but they

(06:30):
don't make products marijuana isprimarily thc huh, they don't
have products that have both ofthem combined they do.
They've started to add to likein order for the dispensaries to
call it marijuana.
To call it marijuana, they haveto have a high percentage of th
state.
Delta nine.

(06:50):
Hemp is delta eight with thefederal.
The federally legal limit ofdelta nine is less than 0.3
percent.
So it's completely different.
That's why you're never goingto get high on on hemp, any hemp
product.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
You're not going to get high on your own supply if
you're dealing with hemp Nope.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
No, definitely not.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
So isolate versus full spectrum?
I'm in my head here thinkingabout tincture versus topical.
Right, Topical is for aspecific area and then tincture
probably not so much for aspecific area for the whole body
Is.
Isolate versus full spectrum.
Another level of that sameequation, or what's the
difference between an isolateand full spectrum?
Another level of that sameequation, or like what's the
difference between an isolateand full it's like this, this

(07:30):
cross section, if you're lookingat a chart.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
So with the topicals, one piece that I want to throw
in there is that some peoplewill prefer still an isolate,
and I'll explain that in aminute but we'll prefer an
isolate because of their ownfears of thc.
What we know worked bestideally is a full spectrum

(07:54):
product.
So the reason I only carry onecbd isolate topical is simply
because people like theadministration of a gel and they
say it works for them.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
So I let like a gummy type gel no, no, no, like a,
just like um the gel, thetopical yeah, like a gel topical
.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
These are topicals I'm talking about so okay um.
So that's the differencebetween the topicals.
It's most of them are fullspectrum, you're not.
You know every piece ofresearch I've ever read nobody
has ever tested positive, ever, from a topical, ever.
There's no studies to supportthat you can ever, ever test

(08:40):
positive.
Even though the government saysyou're not allowed to even use
topicals, they won't allow theiremployees.
Even though it's federallylegal.
The federal employees are notallowed to use CBD or any of its
byproducts.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Nonsense, nonsense, I tell you.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
It is nonsense.
Okay, so tinctures are aningestible.
It's something that you putunder your tongue and hold it
there for the bioavailability.
It's best absorbed under thetongue and then you swallow
after a minute and move on withyour day or your evening.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Got it and that's completely distinct from like an
edible right, like a gummy thatkind of thing.
The texture is almost like anoil right.
Most of them are in coconut oil.
So if you have a coconut thatkind of thing that the teacher
is like a almost like an oilright, like most of them are in
coconut oil.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
So if you have a coconut, if you're allergic to
coconut some brands, you want tomake sure that you're there.
The what the oil is, or thecarrier oil or the medium chain
triglyceride, is you know onethat you can handle.
Some use olive oil, some usehemp oil and most use coconut

(09:50):
oil, so it's just a carrier oilto help you absorb the CBD.
So it's interesting.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
So when you have somebody that walks into the
store and you start talking, maybe they're having some aches
and pains, whatever it is, andyou start this conversation with
them, how do you recommend?
Somebody starts, let's say yourecommend a tincture for them.
What's the recommended?
Obviously it's going to bedifferent for each person, but,
generally speaking, what's therecommended?
Dosage?
The timing Is this somethingthat you're taking every day?

(10:19):
Is it less frequent than that?
Is it consistently throughoutthe day?
What does that look like forsomebody?
Is it less?

Speaker 3 (10:25):
frequent than that?
Is it consistently throughoutthe day?
What does that look like forsomebody?
Okay, let me back up toexplaining the difference
between the isolate versus thefull spectrum.
Okay, so an isolate means thateverything has been removed from
the product except CBD.

(10:45):
Full spectrum means that it haseverything that the plan has.
It's full, got everything.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
Minus the THC.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
No, it has a trace amount of THC.

Speaker 2 (10:53):
Oh, but minus the full dose of it, if you will.
Well, it has the federallylegal amount less than 0.3%.
I'm a little slow here, maryLisa.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
You have to forgive me, that's okay.
That's okay.
So the full spectrum, you'renever going to get high on it.
I haven't ever had anybody thattakes the products that I sell.
I've never had anybody say thatthey've tested positive.
If pulled for a drug screen forthe jobs that they do and there

(11:30):
are some people that areabsolutely no way will I take it
.
I won't touch anything.
That's a full spectrum andthose are the people that will
take the isolate.
So I recommend to people thathave, because I'll ask them do
you have a CDL, a commercialdriver's license?
Do you work for the government?
Do you work for the FAA?
Do you work for specific jobsthat do drug testing?

(11:54):
Professional athletes, thereare some professions that won't
even allow a trace amount of THCand they are doing specific
tests looking for that traceamount.
Most drug tests will not everpick up a trace amount of THC.
They're looking for certainlevels.
So those are the people that Isell the isolate to.

(12:17):
So when somebody comes into thestore they don't know anything
about it.
I start asking those kinds ofquestions.
That's what sort of makes ourplace a little bit different
than most stores that sell CBDproducts.
I actually take time.
Sit down.
I want to talk to you and findout what is it you're actually
looking for.

(12:37):
So, moving on to dosages, whatI will recommend to somebody, I
will ask somebody point blank,if you ever smoked marijuana.
If they have a history ofmarijuana smoking or taking
marijuana on any level, I willrecommend a higher dose for them
.
Somebody that's never triedmarijuana has no idea what THC

(13:01):
experiences or any of that.
I always start people out at alower dose and what I say is
start slow, go low.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
You can always take more.
You can't take less afterhaving taken more.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
Exactly so with the CBD most people.
I would recommend a 500milligram, 30 milliliter bottle.
And that is this.
This is an isolate actually, soCrystal Creek makes an isolate
tincture.
I have a mint and I have aregular, just a regular flavor.

(13:37):
You know, these are all a oneounce bottle or a 30 milliliter
bottle and the dosages areusually one milliliter, so
there's 30 doses in each bottle.
The so and what I tell peopleabout Crystal Creek, just as a
side, they do not use coconutoil, they use hemp oil.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Well, that makes sense.
Why wouldn't they use hemp oil?

Speaker 3 (14:05):
No, it tastes awful.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Oh, it tastes awful.
Okay, they can't make it tastegood.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
Tell people be prepared.
It's awful, it just tastesawful, but it works.
So those two tinctures are anisolate.
These are two other tincturesthat I carry of theirs.
One is a cbg and cbd.
Cbg is a um, let me see if Ican get that a little closer

(14:33):
like that.
Cbg is also ananti-inflammatory, so you're
getting two anti-inflammatoriesin this one bottle.
So this is where people have alot of inflammation.
It works, but it tastes awful.
I've seen people's faces whenthey've tried it and it's kind
of comical because I do warnthem.
So yeah, oh boy.

(14:57):
Yeah, but most of the time youtake a one milliliter dosage,
Hold it under the tongue for aminute and then, depending on
why you're taking it, you goabout your business.
So PureWell and these twoCureWell and Crystal Creek both

(15:18):
make a sleep tincture.
This is for sleep.
This is the actual strongesttincture that I have for sleep.
It's a 50-50.
It's 750 milligrams of CBD and750 milligrams of CBN.
Cbn is specifically for sleep.

(15:39):
Again, another piece of or partof hemp that they've isolated
and know that it's specificallyfor sleep.
What a fascinating plant this isTastes awful, awful, and I tell
people it's the strongest one Ihave.
But it tastes awful and I havetold some people you know you

(16:00):
can try it in juice and sothey'll put it in juice and
drink it oh look, it's a smallprice to pay for for a full
night's sleep.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
So if you have problems, yes, and it works
really really well for so if youhave problems sleeping, yes,
and it works really really wellfor sleep.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
If you have trouble sleeping, the CBN is, you know
it.
It works very well.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
So these different these different components, the
CBN versus the CBD.
So they basically what are they?

Speaker 3 (16:25):
They act on like different sub receptors of the
like in the brain in terms ofwhere they're working at Right,
the receptors in the brain, theCB1 and the CB2, they're
actually activated by the traceamount of THC.
That is why the full spectrumproduct is actually the premium

(16:46):
product or the best way, thebest administration, because
it's the THC that attaches tothe receptors.
Um, they work really well inthe body, but I don't know all
of the mechanisms and how thingswork.
I just know that it's the thcthat is what makes the
neurotransmitter fire.

(17:07):
That's what makes it work.
Um, so, with the tinctures andthe veritas farms makes
tinctures, you know they, theydo the the thousand milligram
and the two thousand milligramand unflavored tinctures from
any of the companies is the oiland cbd.
That's it.
There's nothing else added.

(17:29):
With all of the products that Icarry, everything is
third-party tested and what thatmeans is that I've got labs for
everything that I sell.
So what it says is in thebottle.
I have the lab to show.
This is what's in the bottleand that's one of the ways that

(17:49):
I know that I am selling aquality product that they won't
carry a product that doesn'thave a certificate of analysis
to go along with it.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
That's so important.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
It is.
I think that most companies aredoing it now, like on every
batch.
There are some companies thatstill do random testing, but I
think that the government'sstarting to require and I and I
applaud the oversight from thegovernment that is starting to
happen a little bit more in thehemp industry, because there was
a lot of products that weren'treally good products and you'll

(18:23):
see they're starting to fadeaway.
Um, but as far as theadministration, the tincture is
the best way to start to dealwith anxiety or deal with pain
or sleep or any of the otherissues that are keeping your
body out of balance.
And again, I'm not a medicalprofessional but I have

(18:45):
thousands of people's anecdotalreports that come back time and
time and time again to say thisis awesome, you know, this is an
amazing product and they buy itevery month.
I have some people like on, Idon't have an official auto ship
program, but I have people thatI ship to every month and or I

(19:06):
have people that I ship toannually.
They actually buy in bulk.
That's how much they appreciatethe products.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
So I know I know you put a lot of effort and time
sourcing these products.
Is that and obviously there'stons of stuff out there I'd
imagine that is is not good foryou and is not properly sourced?
But is that like from yourexperience, as this stuff
becomes more mainstream, likeyou mentioned too, with the
government getting more involved, is that really common practice

(19:35):
?
Now, from what you've seen andI know your store, you're a lot
different than the storefrontwhere you walk into and they're
just selling CBDs.
You do a lot of other thingsthere at Hempdale, soul and
Crystal's Soul and theTransformation Project, but do
you find that stores that retailjust CBDs that type of store
are they also sourcing thesethings as diligently as you are,

(19:56):
or maybe not so much?

Speaker 3 (19:59):
Yeah, my experience is, unless it's a dispensary,
they're not really.
They're not doing as much, youknow.
And I tell people, please don'tbuy from a gas station.
Yeah, they have some reallynasty stuff there.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
I've heard at the gas station stuff that'll mess you
up.
Yeah, they have some reallynasty stuff there.
I've heard at the gas stationStuff that'll mess you up.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
Yeah, they don't follow the guidelines.
Everybody's supposed to befollowing the guidelines Because
I have a reputation in thecommunity and I've been in this
community for almost 35 years.
My name is there.
I am a licensed marriage andfamily therapist.
I have a license to protect bythe things that I talk about,

(20:40):
the things that I do, how Ipresent myself in my office
space, so it's important for meto really be diligent.
You know it's a good word.
You know I have integrity withwhat I do and I try to have
integrity with everything that Isay.
So it's important that I and Ido I do my research.

(21:02):
My sister and I are like alwayslooking at the what ifs and I
can say that we've been havingCBD products here in the store
since 2018.
And I would say we haveexperienced a 90% success rate

(21:23):
with people that are taking theproducts and report a benefit
Because it's a supplement.
Not everybody gets it.
Not everybody does do better.
Nobody, I know, has ever doneworse, but not everybody does
better, and that's as honest asI can be you know it isn't a
good success rate, for sure.

(21:43):
Yeah, and I don't know what, what the statistic is across the
world or the country.
I just know from my experiencehere in our, in our space, from
my experience here in our, inour space, um, people have
reported benefits and that's whywe have people that come back
over and over again.

Speaker 2 (22:00):
Um, that's not the only reason, though.
I mean.
Obviously, that's important,but I think you, you don't just
do this for a living, right?
This is your, this is yourlifestyle, right?
You embody this space.
So, again, there's nodetachment from you going to
work every day and doing whatyou do at work, and then your

(22:22):
whole life.
Like most people, they go to ajob, they do their job and then
they go home and they're adifferent person.
This is your passion.
This is what you do, yeah, which is super important,
because if you have that type ofpassion in what you do, yeah,
which is super important, because if you have that type of
passion in what you do, you'regoing to do you know you're
going to treat it with theutmost of dignity and respect
and you're going to do thingslike you do, which is do your
due diligence and sourcing yourproducts and making sure that

(22:43):
you're putting good stuff outthere.
You're not just doing it for abuck, like a lot of other
businesses are out there doingtheir business.

Speaker 3 (22:50):
Correct, you know.
And then the piece when you thedistinction between work and
home, while it's very minimal,my the differences in who I am
when I'm in my home versus, youknow, with friends and family
versus here.
The one thing that I've come tolearn about myself is that when
I get excited about something,I want to talk about it with

(23:12):
everybody.
Okay, and family and friendsaren't always interested.
So I am learning how to waitfor the invitation, and that's
the challenge.
Everyone that comes through mydoor here, the doors here in our
workspace, are inviting myknowledge.

(23:35):
They're inviting me to tellthem who I am and what I know
and what I can recommend.
But when I leave here, peoplearen't always interested in what
I have to say, and I've had totake a look at that.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
Don't sell yourself short, Marilisa.
We're always interested in whatyou have to say.
Yes.

Speaker 3 (23:55):
Yeah, it's, interesting.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
Yeah, it's interesting.
What would you say to someonewho's listening to this?
That maybe they havereservations about trying CBDs
because, again, it's associatedand attached to marijuana and
cannabis and getting high.
But you know they're havingreal issues and they don't
necessarily want to go put pillsinside their body and take, you

(24:22):
know, ibuprofen every day or,even worse, pain medicine
because that stuff really messesup your mind.
What do you say to somebody outthere that is kind of like
thinking about maybe doing it,but they're just, they just
don't want to make that leap.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
Ask, just just ask questions.
It's no different thaninterviewing for a therapist.
Ask questions, you know, nomatter what it is.
You're the consumer.
You have a right to know.
You have a right to know what'swhat's being, what's out there,
what's's the pro, what's thecon, what do you like, what

(25:00):
don't you like?
Ask, and there's no stupidquestions, you know.
I think the only stupidquestion is the one not asked.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Indeed, you hear that everyone out there.
If you have questions, callMaralisa.
Look at that.
The number's right therestaring at you from the screen
954-854-1039.
She is a wealth of knowledge.

Speaker 3 (25:28):
Text me, just text me , call her.
Yeah, I'm much better withtexting calling because I'm
usually running around in hereif I'm not with a patient, so
it's always a good idea to textme, because I'll run back and
I'll check my phone.
Check my phone.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
And not just questions and the CBDs you got.
You got all sorts of goodies atthe store I got.
I got so funny.
I've been to your office somany times now.
I've been there with my wife,I've been there with my kids.
I took my kids there and I findthem looking at all the
crystals.
You know, my son told memarilisa, this is so funny.
Hey, he came into the storyhe's looking all the crystals.
He was fascinated and he goesto me.
He goes like, can we go onvacation and go crystal hunting?
Uh, I was like, yeah, let's dothat.

(26:07):
I don't know where we're gonnago.
I have to ask marilisaabsolutely arkansas.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Some of the crystals that I have here come from a
friend of mine who went crystalhunting in arkansas.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
Oh, I love it, love it yes, yeah, no, there's a
friend of mine who went crystalhunting in.

Speaker 3 (26:18):
Arkansas.
Oh, love it, love it, yeah, yeah, no, there's a lot of
courts.
There's a lot of differenttypes of crystals.
The one that's right behind meis tourmaline.
It's a black crystal, it's.
It's a very that's the one thatexploded.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
That's the one that exploded on your neck right.
I didn't have one this big onme, if you had that one, it
might have imploded your head orsomething.
But these are found inCalifornia.
Beautiful stuff.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
You know.
So I mean, there's crystals allover this country.
There's rubies in NorthCarolina, there's, you know,
you'll see ruby mines all alongthe way from, you know, georgia,
north Carolina, south Carolina.
Yeah, there's a lot to explorein this country and the crystals
are really awesome because, atminimum, they make you feel good

(27:05):
and they do no harm.
So that really is how I live Dono harm, and if I I do harm, I
am quick to apologize and tomake amends, and that is the
best that we can offer anybodyon this.
You know, on this journey, youknow this short little piece of

(27:28):
time that we are in, this humanhaving this human experience.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
So it's, it's yes indeed it's a blink of an eye in
any given moment it could feellike it's taken forever, but
when all is said and done andyou get to the end man, it feels
like it went by so quickly.
I mean, I'm sitting here at 45.
I guess I'm, I'm, I'm eitherhalfway through a good life or
almost done with a really anabrupt one.

(27:54):
So hopefully we're we'rehalfway through a really good,
long, prosperous life.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
I was listening to people talk today about having
to take care of that.
They're I mean, they're womenthat are just a little bit
younger than me, and they'rethey're talking about having to
take care of aging parents.
And you know how we have to getprepared for taking care of
aging parents, and it occurredto me.
I am the aging parent.
You know that I'm on the top ofthat sandwich Now.

(28:23):
You know, I'm the oldest girlin my generation.
There's nobody else alive.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
You still feel like a child, though.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
Yeah, At 63.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
I am, you know a child at heart, always and
forever.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
See, that's the Easter.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
I'm ready for easter with the hair.
I even got my little easterearrings on.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
You know you're so festive, mary lisa, you gotta
take a page from your playbook.
Yeah, life is too short to notlaugh and have fun absolutely,
absolutely.

Speaker 2 (28:55):

add before we wrap this up?
I think we covered some goodstuff.

Speaker 3 (29:02):

of confidence in what it is thatthey say.

connected to?
