Today on the Unearthing Project, I sit down with Kathleen Hessert. Kathleen is the CEO of Sports Media Challenge, a communication consulting company that focuses on building brands and reputations for athletes, sports organizations, and other personalities. She has worked with individuals including Peyton Manning, Christian Laettner, and Rickie Fowler; moreover, she has advised the Rockettes, ESPN, the MLB, the NFL, and more! She also founded and runs We R Gen Z, a consulting firm to help brands understand how to connect with Generation Z. In this episode, Kathleen tells stories about launching Shaquille O'Neal on Twitter in 2006, working with P. Diddy, preparing for the Pope, and the power that GenZ will have on the world in the future.
