In this episode with esteemed guest (and my mother), Dr. Monique Swift, we discuss ideas of sexuality and identity. I believe that the two concepts being conflated by us in today's society can be harmful mentally and spiritually (and unfortunately physically in some cases). This was a topic that has been on my heart for a while because I hope the discussion can empower ALL to stand proudly in who they are and who they want to be for themselves. Even in this conversation, Dr. Monique brings a perspective that makes me understand the connection between identity and sexuality in a new way! Grateful for another powerful episode in the books. Enjoy the Ti!
