Josefina García Hernández es Directora de Colecciones y Servicios Educativos del Museo Dolores Olmedo. Su experiencia se enfoca principalmente en la colección más grande en el mundo sobre Frida Kahlo y Diego Rivera que está albergada en el recinto. Su experiencia la ha hecho experta también en el trabajo de la artista Angelina Beloff y el estadounidense Pablo O’Higgins. Josefina fue curadora de la exposición “Me pinto a mí misma, porque soy lo que mejor conozco”, de Frida Kahlo, y ha sido una de las más reconocidas representantes de la colección de ambos artistas a nivel internacional.
