Iván Bautista es licenciado en Educación Física y entrenador nacional del equipo olímpico de clavados en el CODE, Jalisco. Participó en los Juegos Olímpicos Beijing 2008, y fue ganador del 8° y 11° lugar en el Mundial de Roma 2009. Obtuvo con su equipo 10 medallas en mundiales juveniles Brasil 2004, Malasia 2006 y Tucson Arizona 2010. Por su importante trabajo y talento, es un referente nacional en esta especialidad deportiva y, en esta plática con Trascendi, nos habla del papel de la motivación en el deporte.
