Héctor Sulaimán cuenta con estudios en Derecho y Administración de Empresas, además de especializarse en diversas ramas relacionadas con estas áreas. Actualmente es Presidente del Consejo Asesor de la Fundación Scholas Ocurrentes, México. Esta fundación tiene el objetivo de crear y reestablecer los valores sociales entre los jóvenes y promover una cultura de paz mediante el deporte, el arte y la educación.
