Ruby Tagle comenzó su carrera de bailarina en Monterrey en 1982 y ha realizado actividades profesionales desde 1988 a la fecha en países como Alemania, Argentina, Canadá, Dinamarca, Ecuador, Estados Unidos, Francia y Reino Unido. Ha trabajado movimiento, coreografía e interpretación en puestas con distintos directores de teatro, ópera y danza, como Peter Greenaway, José Caballero, Sergio Vela, Jorge Vargas, Claudio Valdés Kuri, Sergio Cataño, Benjamín Cann, Carlos Corona, Lorena Maza, Flavio González Mello, Alicia Sánchez, Raúl Parrao, Sabina Berman, Enrique Singer, Mónica Raya, Tony Castro, Lydia Romero, Rossana Filomarino y Sunny Savoy, entre otros. Realizó la coreografía del segmento Héroes y Mitos para la celebración del Bicentenario en 2010. Fue directora de Danzas Sinfónicas con la Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería que se presentó en el Auditorio Nacional en 2014; asimismo, coreógrafa y gestual de personajes de seis obras de Luisa Josefina Hernández para la Compañía Nacional de Teatro y de Jazz Palabra en 2014 y 2015.
