Presidenta del Consejo Ejecutivo de Empresas Globales y recientemente fue nombrada como consejera independiente de Grupo Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. Durante más de 11 años, Jañez fue Presidenta de Dupont México y Latinoamérica. Claudia ha sido una mujer luchadora y perseverante desde pequeña. Por eso, es la primera mujer representante del Consejo Ejecutivo de Empresas Globales. Participa en foros, asociaciones y programas para promover el esfuerzo y la capacidad femenina. Lo que la impulsa es tener una fortaleza mental muy grande y no sentirse intimidada por nadie. De abogada pasó a ser una mujer de negocios y apasionada por la operación de las empresas. Está convencida de que debe prevalecer el talento y no el género.
