Speaker 1 (00:01):
Four. What would you talk about on your on your podcast?
Fine morning show? It is the fifteen minute morning show podcast.
What a day to celebrate? Why Danielle the birthday girl.

(00:22):
I don't even know what to say. Thank you to
everyone in this room. Thank you to all the listeners.
Thank you to my husband who you're also in this room.
I mean, it has just been overwhelming. I never expected
a day like this. I thought we'd get cake and
pizza and you know, and I did, but this has
just been so great. So thank you to everyone who
made it so so so special. Thank you. A lot

(00:44):
of people that aren't in this room had a lot
to do with it. To Andrew Andrew, thank you, Garrett,
don't you're in this room? Bow and thank you Josh
who put together so many really cool bits. And I
mean American dream mister beast Burger. I mean, I mean
the list goes on and on. I got gold microphone.
You got a call from the Hot Daddy, John Wiggle.

(01:05):
I'm actually going to be on stage with the Wiggles.
And Garrett just told me something interesting about the whole Wiggles.
They've only invited like eight people ever on stage to
sing with them. One of them being Kylie Minogue and
like four or five other celebrities. It's pretty cool. Let
me ask myself. So let's say Sheldon. Let's see Christina

(01:28):
Aguilar said, Hey, I want Sheldon to be my backup.
D answer. You gonna be okay with that? Yeah? Well,
first of all, we share Christina Aguilar. Yeah, never knew
the other calls. But no, he's fine. He knows I'm
not doing anything going anywhere. You're not now and the
and the Wiggle has a hot I don't know if

(01:49):
it's his wife. Vers go, oh my god, she is hot. Yeah, okay,
so are you so possible? By the way, I didn't
introduce everyone on the fifteen Minute Motor Show podcast, and
I should, of course Nates here with this speech. Here's
Scottie b and there's Gandhi, and there's Garrett and of
course Shelda and our birthday girl Danielle. Hey, thank you

(02:14):
can't get the balloons. There's a there's a place downtown
in Tryback near my apartment where we still work, um
Balloon Saloon. Yeah. Their story is amazing. Years and years
years ago, Sharon lived in this beautiful building and owned
a building with apartments above the retail in New York
City and her husband passed away, and her mother in

(02:35):
law said, Okay, let's sell the building. You're gonna need
the money to move on and raise your daughter. And
she says, no, I'm gonna open a business. And the
mother said what, why don't what she said, I'm gonna
open a balloon business. And they all looked at her
like she was out of her freaking mind. They're like,
you can't make a living and support a building in
New York with balloons. Well here we are balloon saloon,

(02:57):
still in the same little building and they live above
it in the apartments. They supply all balloons like this
for the biggest and baddest venues and parties here in
New York City. So congratulations to Sharon and to her
daughter Tiffany. And they don't just have balloons, they have
like rubber chickens, plastic dog crap. Yeah, yeah, party gags. Yeah.

(03:18):
It's like the better Spencer's gifts because I gotta can
I talk about the penis book. There's a penis book
with a hole in it. You hole in it. It's uh,
did you use the Well yeah, I did it for Heather, Like, hey,
you want story you put your finish in a book? Yeah,
because it's like you turned the page and it's like
an elephant head and then it was only ten pages.

(03:40):
How do you know? Wait, so your what's your pitch line? Like, hey,
you want to read a book and her not knowing
and then you drop your pants. Then I pulled my
pants down taking a box bookh wow. Well so yeah,
so that's balloon saloon. Did Danielle get a card? Oh,
we use it. There is a card so on Andrew's desk.

(04:02):
By the way, I think we should have balloons in
the studio all the time the time because it just
makes the backdrops so pretty. Look how pretty it looks
on camera. Well, to see how long these float? Yeah,
it's also last a wall of privacy. Yeah, you're really bad,
is true? We can hide a little well the way
there's there's people out to the ye can you look
through the Danielle David Katz, So, Sheldon, what would you

(04:25):
be doing today if it were not your wife's birthday
and you were here celebrating, Well, I would be trying
to sell houses to to compliment Danielle's shoe needs. That
would be the primary thing that I'd be doing is
the only reason that drives you to go to work
every day. Yes, to make sure we keep those shoes
coming in exactly. Yes, we keep lou Bitton very happy. Yes, well,

(04:45):
you know Sheldon and he doesn't want to a bit.
This one of the top sellers in real estate here
in New Jersey, and that's a big thing. There's a
lot of high ticket, great homes in New Jersey and
you're the top. I'm very blessed of it, the top.
And I tell everybody that asks me, what's your secret?
I just I wake up every day I love what
I do. It's not just about selling houses. To me,

(05:06):
it's about improving people's lives. And I really take a
pride in that, and I wake up with a drive
to say, if I do the right thing and give value,
the rest will take care of itself. So that I've
been doing that for almost twenty years. And he is
the master at taking care of his clients. Like on Christmas,
like he'll send them boxes to put their decorations away,

(05:28):
so and they'll get red and green like you know,
plastic boxes, and it'll show up at their houses. For Thanksgiving,
he does a pie giveaway where he has all past
clients come to this one cool bakery we go to.
They get to pick a pie for Thanksgiving. So he's
constantly giving back to them, so they love them and
he remembers everybody's name, like you're walking on pie Day.
He's like, Oh, Chris, Jim, Mary. So I feel like

(05:51):
I'm the opposite of Sheldon. I'm not very thoughtful and
I don't even know who the Gandhi any thoughts today?
What's going on in your mind? Man? I just love
you and I'm glad that I get to spend your
birthday with you. And yeah, Sheldon, you're amazing. You did
so much. I know they want to keep you, Honey,
I do want to keep you. I just you put

(06:11):
so much thought into everything that you do, and I
am convinced that the two of you are that couple
that the people secretly hate on the block because you're
both good at everything you do, and then you spawn
two children who are the same way, who are just
winning everything and at the top of their game, and
you need to save some for the rest of us.
We are very blood the health. Let's just say we're
we're blessed to have you in our lives, but we're
always looking for crushing your foundation, and we are we

(06:34):
are normal. We do have we have the same challenges
that a lot of people have, but we just we
made an agreement early on in how we would handle
those things. And we know that that challenges will come up,
but we've made an agreement early on that we will
walk away, take a deep breath, and then come back
quicker than most. You know, it's funny that you guys
say that, because you know we always do that segment.

(06:54):
Is it you? Is it them? Yeah? And I think
almost all of us have hadden is it you? Is
it them? I don't remember number one from the two
of you? No, do you just keep it secret? No? No,
I mean I've brought up the arguments that we've had
now we've had a few. I think my communication is
what needed the most war yourself, I'm the one. I'm

(07:15):
loud from the Bronx, and my way of communicating or
getting over a fight or winning with always screaming, and
I would have to be the loudest one and I
would have to be the one that was right. And
it took a long time for me to learn that
that doesn't have to be the case. Because there were
times in the beginning of our relationship with the Poort
that I would leave the house. We have the brit

(07:41):
and the Bronx, so we have two pretty feisty personalities
there and we've I think we've evolved. Well, that's what
I attribute our success to is that we have evolved. Well,
we've changed that priorities have changed over the years, and
we've listened better. We haven't don't go heels in as
much as we did from the beginning, and we've learned

(08:04):
that the most important things are worth fighting for, and
that is our relationship and making most of every single day.
And these small things that have wound us up over
the years are small things. You left out a bee,
you're the Bronx, the you're from Brighton as well. People
from Brighton are out of their mind. Well there is
that we have a try to describe to people here

(08:24):
in the US that don't understand Brighton how it is truly.
There's Brighton and then there's England. Yeah, I mean it's
a seaside town. It's a big entertainment town and so
people come from all over the place, so you're constantly
interacting with different personalities and different experiences there's a lot
of nightclubs and it spills out over to the beach

(08:45):
because we have the beach and the pier, and we
have this great palace there called UM. It's like Buckingham
Palace and the Pavilion UM. So there's so much in
that town to keep you buzzing. So we buzz in Brighton.
Is it like the Jersey Shore of England? I think
it's no. I think it's closet, but similar sort of vibe.

(09:09):
But it just buzzes there. And when Danielle would come
and visit when we were dating, daniel would gets so excited.
We would go to the club and then we'd walk.
Maybe we walked down along the beach in like a monsoon. Yeah,
they said don't go near the water, so we went near.
We went right down to the edge of the water
and got covered in waves and great memories, good times.
I'm glad we're still here and won't watch the same.
But definitely the type of person that comes from Brighton

(09:31):
is usually the type of people we all want to
hang out with it because they're fun, they're energetic, they
don't go to bed early like the rest of us anyway,
So celebrating you guys, it's not just Danielle, it's you too, Shell.
Thank you appreciate what I than you. Elvis. You know, no,
but you've been with her for her whole career. You've
watched all of her big moments. Yeah. Yeah, I mean

(09:52):
she was an intern before she and I worked together. Yeah,
but don't you remember how we met at the Madonna
Madonna Pajama party, I think something like that, and you
had underwear on your head, and you walked over to
me and you that you ain't don't work from my show. Okay,
it was quite like that, Danielle, exactly how I got

(10:12):
h I know the difference on. So I had your underwear.
I don't even know who's underwey that one. They were
pajamas we made for the pajama party. I still have them.
I wear them all the time. Sound your head, yes,
sounds about right. No, But you were an intern, but
your first paying job with in radio was with our show. Yeah, Danielle,

(10:35):
she she she's like she keep in when they just
talking about entertainment. Yeah, and I said, why don't you
do it on the air. Yeah, that's basically that's how
she started. And they did Rosie Perez that that was
how you started. She always sounded like Rosie there is
that I've made four dollars and twenty five cents an
hour when I first started. That that was the going rate.

(10:55):
We'll I'll be back there soon. Yeah, go in that direction. Scary.
You've been so quiet. Oh, I've been doing a lot
of stuff in the background. No, just I'm just enjoying
the day. Um. You deserve every bit of this and more.
And you know, just going back to last week though,

(11:17):
the party that came together. Yeah, I was just in
awe over your husband, Sheldon. I can say it to
him now he's in front of me. I wanted to
do this. You just the way that you put this together.
It was like a well and I know a lot
of people came together to make it happen, but you
as the maestro with the timing and everything and making
sure everybody just got a hitch. He was so perfect,

(11:38):
everything was so in order, and I was like, this
guy's and he's everything. He's an event planner now too.
There's a joke about that, because he planned our wedding
like to the to tea with everything almost he had
like a green folderold the big joke is and his
best friend was the DJ at the party, Joe, and
he's like, we got youa greenfolder. Make sure got your
green folder, like every big it's a big joke about

(12:01):
his green folder because he has everything organized and this
is that's how he is. So you can said about
yeah you play on the bin laden Assaultedn't you have
a green folder? There's also there's just something to be
said up being meticulous. I appreciate that. I mean, you
are so great. It was an epic event and it
was it took a village, but it was an unbelievable

(12:21):
memory that we will have forever for sure, and you
guys are all there, so thank you. I keep checking
them on fun to see if that Charli Pooth happy
birthday Green you check your spam. You would love to
be able to tell Danielle all the people on our
ship list right now, Charlie Pooth is not on our shirt. Well,
there's others. First set, there's a there's a couple of
different lists. There's a disappointed list. But it's your birthday.

(12:42):
Let's tell me tomorrow and it's not your birthday, We'll
kick him. That sounds good. Tomorrow's Yankee opening day. You guys, see,
this is anothering about Danielle and Sheldon. They're always out there,
always about They're always doing things. Yeah, constantly on the road.
You have more mileage on your cars than we do.
We always in traffic. You're always going to some fun festivity.

(13:04):
It's going to be forty four degrees at first pitch.
And we bring the kids because again, the time goes
so fast. We have a we have a kid going
to college. Before we blinked, he went. Danielle went into
labor with him seeming like yesterday, and now he's going
to college. And if we didn't mandate this family time,
we would miss these type of memories. So we've made
a pack to make those times a very specially free job.

(13:26):
Is that Is that something you're kind of storing in
the back of your head until it really happens when
he loves Oh yeah, yeah, because he didn't well, he
doesn't know if he's leaving yet. He might actually commute
for a year. Would you like that? I would like that,
But at the same time, I I want him to
have a good college experience, So I go back and
forth with it. But I but I never went away
to college and I maybe loved college. If he goes

(13:47):
away to college, you go with him. I have threatened
that he's a kid that's not happening. So whatever, whatever
makes him happy, he's gonna make me happy. So I
just I just don't want him to be so far
away or I can't get to him if he needs something.
I'm sure you'll find that's the only a lot of
schools in the area, so we'll see. Well what a day, Yes,

(14:08):
you know what, celebrating our favorite person and in each other.
We celebrated each other today. We love a reason to celebrate.
The festivities were at one hundred. Yeah, it feels like
a Friday. Feels like a Friday. It should be tomorrow,
I think a Friday. Big Daddy, Big Daddy, to work tomorrow.
You and this work next week? No, yes you have?

(14:32):
Can I pay for these balloons out? I decided I'm
taking Daniel next week off to for Daniels Well on
the cruise. We're gonna get out of here. Have a
beautiful day and heavy birthday, Daniel. The Fifteen Minute Morning
