are his lyric sheets, plus a demo tape with three songs,

So the buyer can own these songs, but can't release

a lot. I'm like, yeah, I'm trying to, you know,
go out and I need to be seen out more
than last year. I've been at home. So this weekend

I was at the Nectar Room. It's a brand new
place at the Wave Hotel. They had like their VIP
opening things. Ray hooked it up. I was in there.
It was really nice shoulder. I got a lot of
love in there. Some of the boy Jeffrey the artist, who.

The artwork, the statues and stuff you see around Lake Nona.

He did that. He was there.

He did one a statue in the Philippines, like the

he was great. Saw him there, hung out with Jeremy Rice.

Saturday night went to watch my University of North Carolina
tier Heels get there beat but the Butts beat by
Duke and that was horrible. And then yesterday I went
to the one o'clock at the MJ the musical Michael,
Oh my goodness, and I was in my boy's seek.
So I was sitting in front row. I'm talking front row.
It was me and then the stage. So I'm looking around.
People are like, that's right, yes, I am good for you,

And it was if you like Michael Jackson, this amazing.
It's gonna be in town another week. And I got emotional.
I mean it was after a while you think that
dude is Michael Jackson. It was awesome. It was a
great show. And uh, I mean he got a standing
ovation and I'm like, damn all of Michael jack It
was about three hours. They had a you know, about
an hour and forty minutes. They did an intermission and

then they came back. But it was it was amazing.
And I'm telling you some in town if you're a
Michael Jackson fan and you've never been. And the cool
thing about it, this is the central Florida, so you
ain't got to get dressed up there. People are in
shorts and flip flops and that's just Florida.

I even thought about wearing a jacket. I said, no,
I won't, and I'm glad because I'd have been the
only fool in there with a jacket.

much fun that the weather was beautiful.

I know it's like and I kept I kept replaying
that in my head, don't make the TV. Don't make
the TV. And I saw the camera crew and I

So there's a lady who just signed to stumbled into
the course that it happened. Yeah, there's a party here.

No, it was a lot of fun.

We did end up at another Bay Hill mansion, but
I don't need to talk about all that. And then
Saturday we woke up. Some of our friends wanted to
go to Universal, so we went to Universal. Yeah, their
favorite DJ was playing a Millennium. Yeah, so it was
like straight up e DC at Universal.

It was insane. So we did that.

Speaker 5 (08:39):
And then yesterday absolutely nothing. I made some white chicken
chili and we binge watched that Kate Hudson's show.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
Yeah that point turning point, turning point is turning point,
is turning turning point point something I don't know, but
it's a basketball show. With Kate Hudson. It's actually really
good and funny.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
Yeah, I've been to a mansion party on Bayhill. People
just opened their houses out. Yeah all day. You just
walk in the food and drinks there, and people say hello,
They just assume you got invited because you just walked
in the.

I just walked in and I knew the person there,
but nobody else knew me. And I was like, hey,
how you doing?

in the house trying to find a bathroom.

So Friday was the women's Pride soccer team, and then
Saturday I went to the Southern Health Solutions grand opening
partnership with them.

I mean, like, I'm gonna put some stuff up on Instagram,
but like just like very alternative medicine and very like
holistic but also like modern medicine.

Afterwards I just felt like I needed to do something
for myself, so I got my nails done for the
first time in like months, felt really nice. And then
Sunday yesterday, jeez, I'm like, was Sunday yesterday the Women's
Valkyries game, which is another phenomenal game, ninth winning a world.

These girls are crushing at the women at w W.

E were there and so were the Woman's pribe talking
with him because it was for International Women's Day, so
it was fantastic.

I was downtown too, just women walking around with championship
belts on. That was probably though, And I'm just like,
but there was a lot of them, and they told me, Hey,
your fans, that's what they do. I'm like, wow, yeah, interesting.
I don't go out a lot, but is that the news?

Is that what the kids doing? I would never say that, Wow,
the women walking around. I'm used to drunk guys walking
around with championship belts thinking it there. Yeah, I'm the
next wrestler. But these were women, they were attractive. I'm like, okay, wow,
do you think do you think girl? And the lady

told me say, people love you know, wrestling that much.
That's how they represent them. All Right, we come back
daylight saving time. It's gonna be dark. Be careful when
you're driving. The kids are out and it's dark as
it has been, and we'd hate for an accident to
happen here. But we'll get into daylight saving time when
we come back. Right here on Johnny's house out side,
it's gonna be raining today. They call it a weather
alert kind of day. Eighty percent chance of that high

of only seventy three, but the sixty eight now they're
talking about this weekend, it's gonna be close to ninety.
So that's what's happening around here. It is daylight savings time.
And I had to look this up because daylight savings
time has a lot of health risk. And here's a
couple that they say about daylight saving time. They said
a higher risk of heart attacks and stroke. Study found
out that twenty four percent of increase of heart attacks

on the Monday after daylight saving time.

What geese today? Yeah, today, it sounds like we should
take a PTO.

I mean really.

Another one is impaired decision making, it says scientists have
long known the lack of sleep can affect your ability
to think dull, that's what we do, and make decisions.
Another one difficulty in memory.

This is why I live every day a stroke that really,
lack of sleep negatively affects the memory of just ban
and focus, yes, all of it. If you work in
this industry, will appetite, change and cravings, yeah, and increase irritation.

For me?

Nothing, I mean, I mean I went to bed. When
I went to bed last night, I'm like, damn, it's
still light outside. Well not that light, but it was
light outside. But other than that, I just kind of
I just went with today. There's somebody in the bid.
They're gonnay work at another radio station, and they are
hating today. They're like, man, this is message. This messes
with me, you know, for about a week.

Didn't I didn't miss anything on time because most clocks
now automatic, yeah, except if you have watches or anything
like that. Your microwave and stuff like that it has
to change. But other than that, the clock. Soon as
I looked at my clock, my mind just adjusted to it.
So I ain't feel anything right about you anything.

I was just a little upset yesterday I had one
less hour with my girlfriend.

But the day just went by so quick. Yeah, I

But I will tell you where it's gonna going to

You can tell you didn't have my kids.

Yesterday's when I do have my kids, you know, because
like they're going to see that it's lighter out, and
like my son is the perfect example who look out
the window and be like, the sun's still up, so
I can stay up a little bit longer. Right, So
that's where it's going to be a little issue. I mean,
I do like that it's light out longer.

I've been trying to go to bed a little bit early.
It just I just feel weird as an adult going
to be in the sun. The sun's still up, but

It's funny too, because I was gonna say the same thing.
It's like a long term effect until you start to
feel it. Because I'm tired as it is something, I'm like,
what's the difference. I'm just maybe a little bit more tired,

gonna feel it about like a week and a half
from now.

and his wife Betsy passed away, and it's free Chad
tragic if you look at all the details. Authorities are
saying that Betsy went first and she unfortunately got Haunta virus,
which is a whulmonary syndrome. It's a severe respiratory illness
that you get from contact with infect and rodents.

Yeah, there's a tornado warning and effect until nine thirty
this morning in parts of Lake and Orange County. There's
also a tornado capable storm near Clearmont that's moving northeast
at thirty five miles an hour, so it's threatening areas
like Lake, Apopka, Ferndale, Apapka, zell Wood, So please be
careful because they're saying there's flying debris out there too,
oh my goodness.

And us in Maitland, we're looking at this storm. We
should start feeling the effects on that in about fifteen
to twenty minutes, but the lock is moving pretty fast.
So as they say in the weather business, hunkle down.

So we've got some really cool enhancements happening right here
in Central Florida. Starting off with the University of Central Florida,
they have been actively upgrading its football facilities to enhance
the experience for both the players and the fans. One
major project is the ninety million dollar renovation of Roth Tower.
This is the stadium's primary suite and press area, which
was approved by last March and it's expected to be

completed by twenty twenty six. There's also going to be
seating enhancements, with an expansion of up to sixty five
thousand seats. Also, the scoreboard is going to have a
nice improvement. So you're looking at a one hundred and
fourteen foot by thirty six foot led scoreboard replacing the
original north end scoreboard that was put up back in
twenty sixteen.

Boat also happening some enhancements here in Central Florida. Disney
is bringing a new cars themed attraction to Magic Kingdom
at Walt Disney World. And this is where Lateney McQueen
is going to bring his friends and take you out
on an off road adventure. So this was actually announced
back in D twenty three Expo last year, but it's
finally getting put into work. And what's really cool is

Disney Imagineers they partnered with Motocross Company to build a
dirt track for testing, to gather censor data and to
help like fine tune how this ride will be because
it's going to be an off road dirt adventure, okay.
And so what they did was they took vehicles and
they went out to the Arizona Deserts and they captured
that like Rocky Arran mountain field just to see like

if these buggies can handle that kind of you know road,
and obviously for the safety of like the passengers. So yeah,
this is all part of Disney's broader sixty billion dollars
ten year expansion plan obviously to give all that enhancement
for the attractions and the fans.

And also coming up this week is our first total
lunar eclipse of the year. So this occurs when Earth

So at this time, there is severe thunderstorm that's capable
of producing a tornado that's located over the Lake of
Papka area. It's moving right now at northeast direction thirty
five miles an hour, and they're saying that there's a
lot of heavy rainfall that might hide these tornadoes. So
please don't just wait to see or hear one. Take
cover if you can.

Man a lot of stuff going on all right, spring break.
And now I'm looking at this and I got this
from Spectrum News thirteen and they have some information about
spring break, and they say that seven point four million
travelers will be going through the airport. They said, now,
according to them, official spring break is from February twenty

second to April sixth, and they said, here the peak
days is next Saturday, I mean Saturday the fifteenth. On
this the busiest day, one hundred and ninety seven thousand,
seven hundred and sixty one people are going to go
through the airport.

And on Sunday, one hundred and ninety five thousand, nine
hundred and fifty nine people are going through, and then

That was the three I'll never forget it. One spring

you just had to stay. And then as one girl
