Unravelling the Noise
Where when one person talks, the other one LISTENS, and we seek to unravel the noise around various topics – some of which may be controversial. There are only friendly interruptions that promote constructive dialogue and growth between speaker and listener. This does not mean they have to agree, but it means they will have to be able to defend their position with real experience, research, and knowledge – not just feelings. No resume required, just a conversation. The best way to learn what someone knows is through conversation, not through arguing, and many people know A LOT of things that often never get the chance to speak.
