Reality Therapy is a podcast about how reality itself can be therapeutic. While I touch on a variety of topics with many interesting guests, I am primarily focused on the therapy profession. Most guests are therapists or graduate students who focus on observing and analyzing the influence of social justice ideology on this field.
In this episode of Reality Therapy, social scientist Wilfred Reilly pulls no punches, exposing the bad ideas coming from the political left and the political right. He dismantles sloppy research that attempts to prove all of society is racist, why most people really don't need a therapist, and why we should pay more attention to existential threats.
In this episode of Reality Therapy, therapist Katie Kernodle discusses the fraught history of humanistic psychology and therapy, noting how many of the practices have become abusive and some have even turned into cults. She notes how the proliferation of this into "therapy culture" could pave the way for Marxism.
In this episode of Reality Therapy, author Adam B. Coleman discusses why and how he decided to take a courageous stand against the progressive regime. We discussed immigration, trade, and the other side of the MAGA story. We also talked about how males in women's sports are a sign that we are losing our grip on reality, and how this is all setting us up for a communist takeover if we aren't careful.
In this episode of Reality Therapy, Professor Edward Dutton joins me from Finland to discuss IQ, the heritability of conservatism, and how wokeness is creating a new eugenics.
In this episode of Reality Therapy, Mia Hughes discusses her work on the WPATH Files and explains how this document leak debunked many mainstream narratives around transgender medicine. She explains why the entire movement is illogical and unscientific.
In this episode, Sara Stockton, LMFT, discusses how she lost her job as a professor due to calling out transgender medicine, why the discussion around race is toxic, and how we can improve therapy.
In this episode, depth psychologist Amy Sousa examines transgender ideology to see if it lives up to the hype or if it is causing more harm than good.

In this episode, licensed social worker Pamela Garfield-Jaeger talks about her new book, Froggy Girl, which is about kids living as their authentic selves, a message that contradicts the current transgender movement.
In this episode, author Giff Lasta talks about his new book, The Way of Men with Maids, in which he describes how confident masculinity is both in line with Biblical values and also attractive to women.
In this episode, author and podcaster Sam Lacrosse discusses his new book, Spectrum of Lies, which details how the explosion of new autism diagnoses is a Trojan Horse for woke politics.
