Our very good friend Henry Menzel from the band Keep Flying joins us for this episode to talk about what it's like to be in a DIY touring band, how a real producer can really step up your sound, and all of the "yeah, yeah, yeah"s.
This was the first single off the album. I tried to write a pop-rock song. I think I actually pulled it off. Listen to us talk about Ross's upright bass contributions to the band, a fight that Troy and Rick had in the van, and who played guitar on which parts. Stick around for the end to hear a re-recording of Never Go Home in which Rick plays every horn in his house (yes, finally a version of Never Go Home with horns).

We talk about Ross's insanely complicated bass riffs, the addition of electronic beats to our songs, and Troy's driving yet unique drum beats.
