In this show, we discuss science backed tools and principles related to Nutritional and Exercise Science. Whether you’re a bodybuilder, college athlete, or just trying to improve your everyday fitness level, we provide the knowledge and evidence you need to optimize your training, fueling, and performance. Your host, Ben Pressler, is a student of Nutritional and Exercise Sciences at Brigham Young University. He is pursuing his PhD in Sports Nutrition. He is a bodybuilder, powerlifter, fitness coach, and firefighter, giving him a unique perspective on the theory and practical application of these scientific tools.
