Uncomplicated Working Mom Life| Burnout ,Overwhelmed , Boundaries, Energy & Time Management, Exhausted

Are your mornings less “rise and shine” and more “Get in the car, the bus is coming where’s your shoe? Do you have your backpack? Where’s your lunchbox?” Do you feel bone-tired, snapping at your kids when all they want is your attention? Does dinnertime feel like a three-ring circus with guilt piled on top because you’re not cooking or feeding your kids the way you “should”? Are you juggling work, kids, and a house that feels like it’s stuck on fast-forward and somehow you’re always the one chasing it? I’m so excited you’re here! This podcast will help you stop living in survival mode, get through the day without snapping at everyone, and enjoy your family again — with more energy, less guilt, a little breathing room, and time for you. Hey, I’m Crystal ,wife, mom of three, and the parent on file for just about everything. I’ve been where you are holding it all together with a smile while quietly wondering when life was going to feel like mine again. For years I thought if I just worked smarter, got organized, and had the perfect planner that did all the things, I could finally get it together. Shocker , I just ended up more exhausted and cranky. I kept saying yes to things that drained me volunteering, overcommitting, trying to do “all the things” because I thought I should while attempting to fix the chaos with planners, color-coded routines, and even multiple coaches. But none of it worked. Instead of giving me peace, it left me more exhausted and still feeling like I was failing — at home and at work. After my own burnout wake-up call, I realized I didn’t need a better planner , I needed a better plan. One that worked with my real life ; not against it. So I started creating tools and systems that made motherhood feel lighter, calmer, and actually fun again. If you’re ready to stop running on empty, ditch the guilt, and finally enjoy your kids and have time for you too, this podcast is for you. So pop in your earbuds, toss that mystery Tupperware from the fridge, ignore the Mount Everest of laundry for now and let’s do this together, Mama.
