I was chasing a number on the scale, overnight diet promises, and fitness plans that were strenuous & didn’t fit into my lifestyle. I finally realized that if I wanted to create sustainable weight loss, be healthy for myself and my future grandchildren, I needed to understand nutrition for MY particular body, and movement that fit ME and my lifestyle.
