Speaker 5 (01:05):
No?

Speaker 7 (01:05):
No, it's another, a whole other story.

Speaker 6 (01:10):
Bad is he done?

Speaker 3 (01:12):
No?

Speaker 5 (01:12):
No? No not Mondevu andoy de Melee is done though,
No no, no, no, and Melee is still playing, but Mondevu
is done. That's funny. He's a Mondevu.

Speaker 8 (01:26):
Wait wait wait wait wait is this which won't we
won't talk about it, but do you talk about the
offensive lineman?

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Yeah he still plays.

Speaker 5 (01:32):
Yeah, okay, yeah, that's the other one. I just think
that's amazing that both of them fit in the back
seat of that car because a big, big fit. Fact,
what they say you was made in the backseat of
a Caddy. When you saw that one, you realize that

(01:53):
you understood. You really could live in the back seat
of a Caddy. Yeah, yeah, you could live in the.

Speaker 6 (02:00):
All around a lot of stuff in it.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
Yeah yeah, all right, we promised the entertainment, well yes, yeah,
I do. Speaking of entertainment, The big story out of
the combine in Indianapolis, well, I think there's three big stories.
One Abdul Carter. He's not going to work out. He's
got shoulder and foot issues. So we'll keep your post

(02:22):
on that. Matthew Stafford, whether or not he will be
a member of the Rams moving forward, or if some
team makes it makes it a point and priority to
go out and get Stafford and pay him the money
he's looking for. And then also the fact that Jordan
Schultz and Ian Rappaport nearly got into a scuffle at
a Starbucks in Indianapolis, Oh, because they were going back

(02:45):
and forth about the reporting that Tom Brady maybe had
Matthew Stafford in Montana, and they hung out together trying
to sell him on the idea of joining the Raiders.
So there is that. Now we did have Lee reach
out to Jordan Schultz. I don't know the status of that.
We've not heard anything from Lee about Jordan Schultzen's to

(03:06):
whether or not he'll come on earlier. I think he
is awake, so not sure what happened.

Speaker 6 (03:11):
Lee. Did you text or did you call him?

Speaker 5 (03:14):
He texted?

Speaker 8 (03:17):
Jordan's an old school guy. He likes he likes calls.
Can can you just give us.

Speaker 6 (03:21):
A preview when you call him? If he answers, what
you'll say?

Speaker 2 (03:25):
A Q.

Speaker 5 (03:27):
Walwold is at the restroom. Walt's in the restroom.

Speaker 9 (03:31):
He took my bathroom key to you?

Speaker 5 (03:34):
Oh wow?

Speaker 8 (03:35):
Is Lee the only producer in the history of radio
that decides to take his break during this segments?

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Do you guys realize that in the bathroom like panicking?

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Right?

Speaker 5 (03:48):
Now because he's hearing us talk about he's going to
come running back.

Speaker 8 (03:51):
What producer leaves to go to the bathroom during the
actual segments.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
That's what I'm telling you. If we asked him what happens,
he's not going to know because by the time he
gets to the room, Lee's gonna come back. So Lee's
not gonna remember anything because Walt took over his body
and took him to the restaurant.

Speaker 4 (04:08):
But it'll be he'll justify it with But I was
listening while I was in there, right, well, yes, so
are people driving to work in Duluth. Got it doesn't
mean like show.

Speaker 5 (04:20):
Dude, it's okay, buddies like okay, buddy, Hey buddy, it's okay.
I just that's why I.

Speaker 6 (04:26):
Kind of wanted to get an appreview of what this
call would sound like.

Speaker 8 (04:29):
Bron Lee causing everybody it's leaded lap here at the
Fox Sports Radio. Uh, would you want to come on
with us for a little bit talk about the Tom
Brady Matt Stafford situation?

Speaker 6 (04:42):
No big either way, All right, little.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
Brom Well, I guess we won't know because he is
he is vulnerable right now, he is stuck. Is that
the most vulnerable state position you could be in. I
think I've had she asked, I think I've asked you
guys this before.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
There's a couple if you're in, there's another I can
think of.

Speaker 5 (05:06):
I feel like if you're mid PLoP, like that's as
vulnerable as you could get. Like anybody can get you
at that point, at that moment.

Speaker 6 (05:15):
Yeah, there's there's other situations similar to that.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
Okay, Mid you know mid b Rest. Sure he's back.
What look look when the hoodie went off? When the
hoodie went off, Lee's back? Look, Lee is back?

Speaker 4 (05:31):
Hey Lee?

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Any update on the Jordan Schultz interview request?

Speaker 7 (05:38):
Yeah, no answer yet, but we'll try and get him
for tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (05:41):
Because Lee, can you just call him instead of texting him?

Speaker 5 (05:45):
Can we call him where on the rinks? Yeah? You
can tell he's not happy. He's not happy. I knew nothing.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
I don't want any part of this. You're not happy,
that wood chipper, I'll uh no, stand back.

Speaker 8 (06:00):
Well, you can't get mad at us when you're taking
a dump in the second what do you want us
to do?

Speaker 6 (06:05):
We go the bathroom in between segments.

Speaker 5 (06:07):
He's not mad, he's tired. He's tired.

Speaker 8 (06:10):
Hey, look man, We're not the one berating you for
having drinks.

Speaker 6 (06:14):
All right, we applaud you. We try to make a content.

Speaker 5 (06:17):
Won't wore him out yesterday into this morning? Oh good,
I'd fun. I had a drink yesterday, Lee, I'm not.
I'm feeling kind of under the weather too a little bit.
Would you drink flood?

Speaker 2 (06:28):
You know?

Speaker 5 (06:28):
I had some tequila? Oh yeah, you know a little grapefruit. Yeah,
so I'm talking about Yeah, I like a little grapefruit
with my tequila. Yeah. Yeah, I had some water. You see,
I'm drinking the water, right, I got I gotta rehydrate
the dehydrate, Lee. Did you pull him up?

Speaker 8 (06:49):
Well?

Speaker 7 (06:50):
Did we pull him up?

Speaker 5 (06:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (06:51):
We had a good time yesterday. Was that the pools
nice and hot?

Speaker 5 (06:54):
Out? I was talking about the call? Oh no, you
pulled wald out? Was with you yesterday?

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Hell? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (07:04):
All right? Talk to us about.

Speaker 7 (07:07):
Talk to us about this BOM's birthday? So yeah, we
uh start lady started?

Speaker 2 (07:12):
What's up? Lady?

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Uh?

Speaker 7 (07:13):
Started out at the pool?

Speaker 5 (07:15):
Okay, how did that go?

Speaker 7 (07:17):
It was just a little warm up, a little warm
up for the evening and then uh, the the teas,
the aunties.

Speaker 10 (07:25):
Aunties showed up and we went out for a nice
Argentinian steak Bestro dinner.

Speaker 7 (07:31):
It's good time.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
I would explain the restroom break.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
Now, did Wald have a conversation with the lady or
did Lee have a conversation with the lady yesterday? About
what you were doing? Both? Did? How did it go
with Lee? She disrespects Lee? Man? Oh with the wal
Wald don't. Wald ain't going for it. Lady is mother.

Speaker 7 (07:55):
I don't get it, you said, lady as in called
his mom lady.

Speaker 5 (08:00):
No, I'm talking about your lady.

Speaker 7 (08:03):
Yeah, but the old the old Uh, the old lady,
the old lady.

Speaker 5 (08:07):
Yeah, whoa you said? The demon what? Huh?

Speaker 9 (08:13):
Demonica?

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Right? Oh?

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Dang? Now what was the conversation that Walt had with
that person that Lorrain had just brought up? Was it
a good one or was it a bad one? Yesterday?

Speaker 7 (08:26):
They don't they don't speak to each other.

Speaker 5 (08:28):
They don't talk. No, because Wald ain't playing it right?
So what did Lee talk to that person about yesterday?

Speaker 7 (08:37):
Lee usually takes his licks, but uh, Lee's not in
the Uh why am I talking like this?

Speaker 3 (08:42):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (08:43):
Because I'm telling you we've we've uncovered it. It's okay
like to talk talk through it.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
Some people have an angel on one shoulder and a
devil on the other.

Speaker 5 (08:52):
He's got a homeless guy drink he ain't got but
one one.

Speaker 7 (08:57):
Lee usually takes his licks and just keeps on moving.
Doesn't care. Okay, Walt doesn't have that, doesn't play that.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
So Walt told you to like start stepping it up
a little bit. Has Lee been stepping it up a
tad bit? Sure?

Speaker 4 (09:11):
Yeah, okay, legos a new liquor story, get an aquafeenea,
and Walt's over his shoulder going coward.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
You better get that box of wine.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
Look at that Evan Williams staring you right in the eyes.

Speaker 5 (09:24):
No, what was the box of wine? Walt grabbed beat box?
Beat box?

Speaker 6 (09:29):
You ever hear this?

Speaker 5 (09:30):
You ever hear this cue?

Speaker 4 (09:31):
Yeah, Brady, you're a Whino.

Speaker 7 (09:32):
They never hear per fluid outs.

Speaker 6 (09:35):
You ever hear this beat box?

Speaker 7 (09:37):
It's like, yeah, it's like a box, So.

Speaker 8 (09:40):
Walt, it's box wine. You get like three bottles in
one box. Yeah, so woat, But we'll do it for
the values.

Speaker 5 (09:46):
They get hammered, okay, and then went to an alleyway
and drank them in the alley.

Speaker 6 (09:53):
So what's surprising about this?

Speaker 5 (09:55):
Because we're now understanding that Walt is homeless. He went home, he.

Speaker 7 (10:00):
Went took the alley hoby was it living in the alley?

Speaker 5 (10:04):
Was living in the alley lee? And eventually went home. Yeah,
that's where the that's where that tent is in that alleyway.

Speaker 7 (10:14):
It missed that tent.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
Somebody stole your tent. It was WoT all right, Well
there we go. Yeah, wine in a box, three.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Three bottles of wine in one small box.

Speaker 5 (10:27):
What could go wrong in an alleyway? But it was
a clean one. It was a clean one though. You
said it was a clean alleyway.

Speaker 7 (10:35):
Yeah, it's in a good neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (10:37):
Okay, well there you go.

Speaker 10 (10:38):
Yeah, you hardly ever see, uh, the bubb's there, but
they're there.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
Hey, hey, by the way, Q. He walked five miles home? Yes,
was that yesterday? The day before before, yesterday before?

Speaker 7 (10:53):
It was four and a half.

Speaker 5 (10:54):
Four and a half. All right?

Speaker 6 (10:55):
Why were you walking Homely.

Speaker 10 (10:57):
Because I decided to Why because I did want to
be in a car with anybody else?

Speaker 7 (11:01):
Why because I wanted my steps?

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Who would have been the other one in the car?

Speaker 7 (11:05):
Oh, you mean the other person that would have been
in the car.

Speaker 5 (11:07):
There would have only been one other person. Who would
have I have been love of my life? Who is that? Lorena?

Speaker 9 (11:16):
I don't know. I've never met her. Oh, you ain't
talking about the monica.

Speaker 5 (11:22):
You ain't met the love of his life hasn't met
her yet either, All right.

Speaker 9 (11:31):
Well better half, Well don't claim her neither, don't lie.

Speaker 2 (11:35):
No.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
Walt Lee stayed in the car. Walt walked, Well, it's like,
I'm keep your guard up next time. I got my
tent at my box of wine.

Speaker 7 (11:49):
I got my nomadic She took the car.

Speaker 5 (11:53):
Oh yeah, okay.

Speaker 6 (11:55):
How much longer you liveing on your parents place with her.

Speaker 7 (11:58):
Through the weekend?

Speaker 4 (11:58):
Oh yeah, it's coming up. Yeah, and then the month's
coming off.

Speaker 7 (12:01):
Oh that was what started it yesterday. I don't think
I told you.

Speaker 5 (12:05):
Oh here we go.

Speaker 7 (12:06):
I told you guys what had happened.

Speaker 5 (12:08):
Tell us, tell us what happened. Oh I got a.

Speaker 7 (12:10):
House call from the tenants. Yeah, you did what they say,
that's what that's that's what set me off on the
zone yesterday.

Speaker 5 (12:18):
Tell tell what you had to do.

Speaker 7 (12:20):
Apparently they are very uh savvy when it comes to
plumbing and toilets.

Speaker 5 (12:27):
Apparently Q they know how to clog that bad boy up,
but don't want to unclog it. So they called Lee
over there to go unclogged their clogging of the commode.
That's what took place.

Speaker 8 (12:40):
You had to plunge a toilet, Yeah, but I don't
mind for somebody else, but somebody.

Speaker 7 (12:45):
Yeah, when it's not somebody, but you got to.

Speaker 5 (12:47):
Plunge somebody else's that that is real? Like yeah, So
that that set me.

Speaker 10 (12:55):
And then somebody decided to, you know, have attitude on
top of that, and I wasn't really in the mood
for that, so that I was rather in the mood
for a four and a half mile walk.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Why couldn't they plunge their own toilet, you know, because
they wanted Lee to see the work and handle it.

Speaker 5 (13:18):
It's just that's weird.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
I swear to God, I've never met anybody who goes
through the things you go through each day and every
morning it sell Hey, buddy.

Speaker 5 (13:30):
But how does that lead into a disagreement with the
love of your life?

Speaker 10 (13:35):
So the day before Walt kind of had put her
in her place and she there's no apologies needed. But
and then I went and I did that extra over
the top gesture for our tenants, the thank you I
got was being taken to lunch, which was a trojan
horse for just being like, by the way, you said

(13:57):
some messed up things to me yesterday, I want to
talk about it some more.

Speaker 7 (14:00):
I was like, No, I won, I won.

Speaker 5 (14:03):
Lee won.

Speaker 10 (14:04):
Then he did a thing and he got rewarded with
a hot dog, and then he wants the fight, wanted
to be restarted, and I wasn't having the start over
of the fight.

Speaker 5 (14:13):
So you made sure you allowed her to know that
you won what you guys were originally fighting about. Yes,
she rewarded you with lunch, which was a hot dog. Yeah,
and you weren't over it, so you walked home.

Speaker 7 (14:29):
Well, I was over it, she wasn't. She wanted to
bring it back up.

Speaker 5 (14:34):
So instead of allowing her to bring it back up
and forcing her to get an uber or to walk home,
she was driving. You walked home. Yeah. Was she driving
because Walt was there drinking or was she driving because
she was driving your car?

Speaker 7 (14:53):
She was driving her car. She doesn't like my car
because it's hard to get.

Speaker 5 (14:57):
In and out of it. So you were driving her car?
All right? Lead the lap boy. I tell you he
is a novel bro.

Speaker 7 (15:09):
But you know to be clear. Yep, she didn't. She
didn't leave me. I left on my own, you know,
I gotta make sure I clear that up.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
Do you think she's going to leave you? Lee tang?
What was that, Lorena?

Speaker 9 (15:22):
I don't think she's ever gonna leave She's.

Speaker 5 (15:23):
Never gonna leave him, I hope not.

Speaker 9 (15:26):
She's the writer die until I kill you type.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
Tang Jesus like literally rat or die no joke, Huh.
I don't know. I don't think Walt's going to walk though.
Was it a good walk? That's a long walk? How
long did it take?

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (15:43):
There was a bar stop in between?

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Nah?

Speaker 5 (15:48):
Was that after? Was that after the box of wine?
Or before?

Speaker 10 (15:53):
That was before the HA meeting? So there was an
HA meeting in the middle of the walk. So there
was a bar outside of the h OA meeting. Before
the HA meeting and after the h A meeting. There
was a seven to eleven with the beat Bucks.

Speaker 5 (16:04):
Oh so you drank before and after, okay? And with
the neighbor.

Speaker 7 (16:08):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
I had some whiskey with the neighbor.

Speaker 7 (16:11):
That's right, little ketchup time. That's some new neighbors too.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
It was a good full day.

Speaker 10 (16:18):
It was a full day. Did a lot of stuff,
saw a lot of things that I didn't want to see.
But you know that's what makes us grow.

Speaker 7 (16:24):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 4 (16:27):
Hopefully it'll grow into Jordan Schultz appearing and responding to
a textas something.

Speaker 5 (16:30):
Did he respond? Lepe? But did you call him?

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Lee?

Speaker 5 (16:37):
Did you been on air this whole time?

Speaker 7 (16:40):
Bring that back from the toilet?

Speaker 5 (16:42):
Call them. I'll beat Walt damn.

Speaker 11 (16:49):
Just say something really fast. I had a listener just
message me and he said, so Lee's significant other is
like a plunger keeps bringing up old.

Speaker 5 (16:59):
Oh wow, oh dang.

Speaker 4 (17:04):
Yeah, I'm not I won't partake in that. I'm not
going to disparage anybody here.

Speaker 5 (17:09):
Ay, Lee, how is that okay that Lorraine has getting
messages about your relationship? Man? How do you feel about that?

Speaker 4 (17:17):
Talk of the town man?

Speaker 7 (17:17):
It's all good?

Speaker 5 (17:19):
Oh okay, he's uh. You can tell he's not in
a good mood. Huh.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
All right, So you put him there, Amy, that Amy,
it was a pre existing condition. I'm me all right.
It's coming up next here though, on two pros and
a cup of Joe from the Tirack dot Com Studios,
we are going to go live to Indianapolis. We're going
to get to the bottom of this near scuffle that
took place over a rumor that one quarterback could be

(17:47):
on the move. And that's yours here on FSR.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
Be sure to catch live editions of Two Pros and
a Cup of Joe with Brady Quinn, LeVar Arrington, and
Jonas Knox weekdays at six am Eastern, three am Pacific
on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Two Pros and a Cup of Joe Fox Sports Radio,
LaVar Arrington, Brady Quinn, Jonas Knox with you here coming
up in about twenty minutes from now here from the
Tirak dot com studios. We are going to close up
shop on this Thursday with another edition of Lee's Leftovers
that will be yours here on FSR. Right now, we
go live to Indianapolis. Albert Breer, the star of Amazon's

(18:26):
NFL on prime coverage, senior NFL reporter, lead content strategist
at the MMQB. You can get him on x at
Albert Breer and a man who we demand answers from
as to who you got Schultz Vorse, Rappaport and the
Donnie Brook at a Starbucks. What can you tell us
about the situation there, Breer, Well, I wasn't.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
There, but I wish I was. It was. Uh, a
lot of people were talking about it last night. For
sure it was. I don't think it ever came to
a point where we were going to find out who
was going to win. But I will say this, I've
got this conversation with a few people over the last
few months. At your age, what would it take for

(19:08):
you to get into a fist fight? Like I think.
My answer is I think my wife or kids would
have to be in danger for me to get this fight.

Speaker 6 (19:16):
I agree, that's fair.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
Yeah, so it it would take a lot for me
at my age you could do a fist fight. Hey,
I mean you know, sometimes sometimes the temperature can get
turned up on things, and it seems like that's sort
of what happened yesterday. But again, so much I worked,
I was there, I wasn't there to see it.

Speaker 8 (19:33):
Help us understand then, why the temperatures get turned up
so much? Right, Like I know Schultzer's report talking about
Tom Brady courting Matt Stafford, and then Ian Rappaport and
Tom Pelisara come out and say it's not exactly how
it went, why why is this thing get so heated?

Speaker 6 (19:49):
Like what are they trying to protect? What are they
trying to prove?

Speaker 2 (19:54):
I mean, I don't know it, you know. I it
sounded to me like, uh, it as a keep my
name out of your mouth type of situation. Yeah, which again,
like I don't know what it would take for me
to use that line with somebody at my age, but
I think it will be a lot more than whatever's
going on Twitter.

Speaker 6 (20:15):
Do you think Jordan got more street credit from that?
You know? Is that what it's about? Getting more street cred?

Speaker 2 (20:21):
Like? Do you think you think he gets more street
credits that you're saying?

Speaker 6 (20:24):
I don't know. Maybe that's what I was going for,
you know, maybe.

Speaker 5 (20:26):
It's maybe Yeah, I mean maybe something here. He's being
real and hey, you are not under oath, Breer. You
could just come with it, bro, like you know, I mean,
what's your nervous about?

Speaker 2 (20:37):
I mean, I mean I wish there was more, There
was more to there was more to reveal here. I
don't think there's a lot to it. I think it's
it was it was a confrontation, ironically enough at a Starbucks,
but of your mouth. I think I think it was
over over relatively quick.

Speaker 5 (20:54):
When you say keep your name out of my mouth,
that's like those are fighting words, like and what context
was keep my name out of your mouth used in
this scenario?

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Wow, you're really like LeVar String the investigative reporter.

Speaker 5 (21:10):
I'm just I'm just curious because I didn't know what
you know.

Speaker 2 (21:14):
No, no, because I was the investigative reporter last night,
because I did, you know, I wasn't there, So I
did talk to a lot of sources about what happened.
I would say, I would I would say that, like,
this thing might not have just been about this one thing.

Speaker 4 (21:31):
Okay, there you go.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
So this was a build up, all right, They may
have been some build up to this and yeah, like
so all right, that's sort of where we got where
we got if that makes sense.

Speaker 5 (21:42):
Okay, okay, that's more context though.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
Yeah, there you go.

Speaker 2 (21:46):
Thank you now as your responsible reporter here.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
I mean, if you got reckless, we would just say
Mike Florio said it not you, and that would I
would have saved everybody.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
Involved this show.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
Now I'm one wondering on the report itself. Was there
a meeting and how much do you buy that they
just happened to be in the same ski lodge at
the same time that happened to be owned by Tom
Brady while they were out there in Montana hitting the well.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
I mean, that is a very high end ski area
and it's I think you guys, you guys might be
familiar with it, but it's a very exclusive ski area
where a lot of celebrities have places. So I don't
think it's the most you know, like out of control
coincidence that two people on that level would see to

(22:37):
see each other at that place. And I know Donnie,
tom Brady's agent, went on the record talking about it.
I mean, look, it's it's it's not really a secret
and hasn't been over the last week and a half
two weeks that the Raiders are interested and have been
interested and have been digging into to to Matthew Stafford's availability.

(22:58):
And you know, Brady's going to be part of these
things now for the Raiders, and it's part of you know,
what he promised that Pete kill and to John Spytech
when he hired him was you know, you're gonna have resources,
and I'm not going to be there day to day,
but I'm gonna have a presence and I'm gonna use
my name to help the organization. You know clearly that's

(23:18):
that's something he's tried to do in this situation, regardless
of how the whole thing went down.

Speaker 5 (23:23):
Is there a chance this could turn into like I
asked the Fellas this earlier. I know he's trying to help.
But with the level of fame, popularity, and clout that
that Tom Brady has, could this have a reverse effect
on what they're trying to get accomplished in in Las Vegas?

Speaker 2 (23:46):
What do you mean?

Speaker 5 (23:46):
Could have become a distraction? Could could have become a
headache for Mark Davis and in the Raiders.

Speaker 2 (23:53):
If stuff like this is happening, if there's like I
don't know, if if Brady is like hovering all the
things during the season when things aren't going well, I
mean maybe, I guess I don't think it can be
a negative now though, I mean I think you know,
when you're talking about Courton free agents or courting guys
that you might trade for, or Brady being a resource

(24:15):
and how you evaluate quarterbacks, I think it's I think
it's a plus for the Raiders. And the part of
it is, you know, Tom does have relationships with these guys.
He obviously competed against Tike Carroll for a long time,
and John Spytech is somebody he got pretty close to,
you know, in three years the two spent together in Tampa.
So you know, I think, you know, it's as long

(24:39):
as it's not happening like you know, in the middle
of the season, when when things are going the wrong
way or whatever. I don't I don't really see how
it will be anything but a positive.

Speaker 8 (24:50):
Albert help us with maybe something that you're hearing there
at the combine, whether it's a pending trade coming up
or a potential destination for a star quarterback. What are
some of the things you're hearing there in Indy?

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Well, I mean, certainly Brady, the the Stafford situation. It's
the big domino in the quarterback market. So you know
what happens after that, Well, you know, like if if
the Stafford winds up going to say the Giants, then
maybe that opens up things for for for Aaron Rodgers
potentially to go to the Rams. I'd expect Jimmy Garoppolo

(25:27):
to be in the mix there too. I think things
with Justin Fields are a little uncertain. Could he wind
up someplace like the Jets, or you know, does he
go back to Pittsburgh. I don't know that he would
go back. I don't know if he went back there,
if he would be no doubt about it started. But
if you like to keep working with him, and then
Sam Donald's name is an interesting one, you know, is

(25:48):
that a tag? Is that tag? And trade? We know
where are they at with J. J. Mccarzy. If if
it's not Donald coming back to Stornold, wind up somewhere
like Vegas, and Vegas doesn't get Stafford. And if he's
not there, who is the Viking's insurance policy against J. J.
McCarthy coming back off of me as a Daniel Jones.

(26:09):
So there's I think, you know, like this game of
musical chairs that will start at a quarterback position once
we get closure on the Matthew Stafford situation, you know.
And then other than that, look, I would say like
there just aren't a ton of big game free agents.
It's it's hard to look at the free agent class
and really pluck out guys who you can look at

(26:30):
and say, yeah, if you sign this guy, you're gonna
you're gonna have, you know, a core player for yourself
for the next four.

Speaker 5 (26:36):
Or five years.

Speaker 2 (26:38):
I mean, if t Higgins doesn't make it to the
market and they're still a little up in the air,
you know, we're we're we're looking at, you know, an
environment where it's you know a lot of guys who
either been hurt or are older. You know, it's just
I think the reality of what the salary cap is
in twenty twenty five, it's gone up so much that

(26:59):
for the most if you're if if if you've got
a core player who's in the prime of his career,
you want to keep him, You're going to have the
resources to do it.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
Albert Brier joining us here on Fox Sports Radio. He
is live in Indianapolis at the Combine. Uh, at the
stage where we were waiting to see whether or not
Jordan Schultzenean rap Befort will actually throw it down.

Speaker 7 (27:21):
Just talk this time.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
Are you guys looking for me to instigate this a little?

Speaker 5 (27:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (27:26):
I mean, how how common is agitated? Because I have
this is two separate questions. But since we're on the
topic again, is this the first time you've seen two
insiders or reporters almost come to blows at the Combine?

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Uh? No, No, I have seen I have seen a
couple of things in the past.

Speaker 5 (27:48):
About Glazer.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
Come on, say it was a Glazer?

Speaker 2 (27:51):
Do you know about that one?

Speaker 3 (27:54):
Really?

Speaker 6 (27:55):
You might rip out some some.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
On you you know, no, I mean, I love jay. No.
There have been a couple of the combine where you
heard about that one it was. There have been a
couple of the combine where you know, it gets late
at night and someone sees somebody else who you know,
may have been tweaking them and uh yeah, I mean
things can get a little ugly. It's a you know,

(28:20):
the streets of the streets of scoop Down can get
pretty nasty.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
Yet a right, fair enough, ab can I can I
ask you did they find out about Abdul's foot there
or did they come in that did Abdul and his
team come in and that was you know, kind of
made known during the medicals or how how did that
all come about? Because that is just now kind of

(28:46):
like seeming breaking news.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
I had to dig a little bit more into that.
I don't have the ins and outs of it. LeVar. Okay,
that's that's something that's not that's not that's not uncommon
that you know, like they would and you guys know
you guys went through this, but the medical evaluation, a
lot of times they will on things and they'll find stuff.
We've we've we've we've seen the cases of guys having
a shoulder injury or a heart condition that when they

(29:11):
when the guys go through the battery of test, that
stuff gets gets figured out. You know. I know our
duel's got you know, a couple of things going on physically.
He had the shoulder injury of course at the end
of the year at Penn State and so so yeah,
I don't know the ins and outs of that, but
it wouldn't be unusual if they if they found the
foot injury as he's gone through his medical evaluation.

Speaker 5 (29:34):
Is there any type of fallout from it? Like, oh,
like I'm looking on social there there goes being a
top three pick or anything like that, Like, has there
any real fallout?

Speaker 2 (29:45):
I mean, I I just don't think so. I Mean,
he's a really high level prospect and I I'd be
surprised if he fell because of it, you know, I think,
you know, will you be talking about something like that?
Is if there's some sort of chronic condition and I'm
not sure that's what this is.

Speaker 5 (30:01):
Got it.

Speaker 4 (30:03):
Albert on the matt Stafford situation. If you had to
right now list the top three most likely destinations for
Stafford or who he's going to be the quarterback for
next year? Who are the top three possibilities, including the.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
Rams, including the Rams, Yes, I would say, I would
say Giants and Rams, maybe co Ones, and then I'll
give you guys, four teams, So those two teams tied
for first and then and then I would say maybe Raiders, Steelers.

(30:42):
I think the Raiders are a little more motivated. I
think the Steelers are probably a better landing spot for
him from a football standpoint. I think what separates, you know,
the Giants from those two might be motivation to get
the physician taken care of. And I think the hard
thing for the Rams right now. I don't think like
the relationship between Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay has strained,

(31:06):
But I do think the relationship between Matthew Stafford and
the organization is a little strained. And I think the
best way to describe the way this has gone down,
and we've talked about this the last couple of weeks,
but it's, like, you know, basically, it's they weren't willing
to pay him at a certain price point. They basically
challenged him to go out and find that price. He

(31:26):
goes out and finds that price somewhere else. So now,
how do you wheel that back in a few of
the team without going to you know where, that where
the player thought his price should be all along. I
think that's a that's a difficult that's it's it's it's
difficult to put the toothday too stage back in the
tube on that one. So it is impossible. No, But

(31:50):
I do think there's you know, a relative likelihood now
that that that he gets moved. And again I I
don't think it's anymore likely that he gets moved that
he doesn't. But I think, you know, you're you've gotten
to the point now where maybe it's even odds.

Speaker 6 (32:07):
But I've got one more for you. What's up with
Miles Garrett? It sounded like you want to be traded now.

Speaker 8 (32:11):
It sounds like Andrew Berry is saying, and there's reports
coming out that if they were to give them a
reworked contract that he would want to stay, and the
Browns don't want to trade him.

Speaker 6 (32:21):
What's the what's going to shake out with.

Speaker 2 (32:22):
That the Browns have never wanted to trade him, and
that that that really Brady has been their stance the
whole way through. From the minute the trade request went in,
which I think, I mean it was before it actually
went in a week before or so, but became public
the Monday after the Super Bowl, the Browns have been
pretty adamant, both privately and publicly they're not moving him now.

(32:46):
Like as we talked about, like there's always the possibility
that that that that someone comes along and and offers
you a price you can't refuse. But you know, I
Andrew Barry hasn't shown any appetite publicly or privately with
teams that have called to move Miles Garrett, and you know,

(33:06):
I think that sort of puts the ball back in
Miles Garrett's court. I don't think Miles is motivated by
money on this one. I think this sting is being
forced right when he says it's about finding a place
where you can go and compete for championships. But you know,
money can always be a factor on these things as well,

(33:27):
and it wouldn't shock me if it won. If we
won't get to the end of all of this. In fact,
I think you'd probably be likely that when we get
to the end of all of this, he's got a
new contract somewhere.

Speaker 5 (33:39):
Maybe you uh, you sound tired.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Man, I've got I've got a condition called like combine voice.
I'm developing it right now. It's not it's not full bloom,
but I'm developing combine voice.

Speaker 8 (33:53):
Okay, Albert, talk to me about your haircut. Albert, Yeah,
I saw a photo of the haircut. You're You're nice,
You're high and tight, you're ready to go. Is it
a combine cut?

Speaker 6 (34:03):
Well, what's going on with the haircut?

Speaker 2 (34:06):
You don't like it?

Speaker 6 (34:07):
No, I didn't say I don't like it. I'm just
saying it's shorter than normal, and I feel like it.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
I think, yeah, it's like kind of like part of
it for me is like then I don't have to
worry about it for a little while. So I went
a little shorter this time, but it's not that much
shorter than it normally is Okay.

Speaker 8 (34:23):
I just I didn't know if you felt like you
need to put on a more professional look, a little tighter.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
You know, with all that, Well, thank you, I appreciate
that it looks more militant.

Speaker 6 (34:31):
It definitely looks more.

Speaker 2 (34:32):
Militant, pang guys like you know, maybe if I walked
into the Starbucks to Editbianapolis.

Speaker 5 (34:39):
Out noo, Jeordan Schultz isn't saying anything to you? No,
definitely nope and no keep my name out your mouth? Abe,
all right, ain't gonna happen.

Speaker 4 (34:48):
Well, Abe, we appreciate it. Uh, you know, keep us posted.
If those two bump into each other again and throw.

Speaker 5 (34:55):
Down, we'd like it.

Speaker 2 (34:56):
A Hey, if it happens, you guys will be the
first to know, and hopefully we all be an eigeh
witness side.

Speaker 4 (35:01):
Hell yeah, he is Albert Breer, senior NFL reporter, lead
content strategist at the MMQB, part of Amazon's NFL on
Prime coverage, and he is in Indianapolis at the Combine.
Thanks Ab, We appreciate it.

Speaker 7 (35:14):
Thank thanks so that Albert.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
Brier on X is where you can where you can
find him.

Speaker 2 (35:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:19):
I mean she was probably uh you know, sipping and
ripping last night.

Speaker 5 (35:23):
Oh no, that's that Combine voice.

Speaker 8 (35:25):
Man, that's what it sounds like. By the way, we're
gonna be there next year. I don't know why we're
not there this year. To be honest with you all, right.

Speaker 6 (35:34):
It makes way too much sense.

Speaker 8 (35:35):
Because the hours of our show work out really well
for the hours of you know, a lot of the
a lot of the opportunity to talk to some of
the players, coaches.

Lee's all.

Speaker 2 (37:09):
Right? Lee?

Speaker 4 (37:11):
What do we got? Lee?

Speaker 7 (37:13):
Well, we talked a lot about my my issues with
my property and my ha and all that fun stuff. Well,
how about a little bit of Larina the landed lord
and her property, her property issues?

Speaker 5 (37:26):
Y what you got going on?

Speaker 2 (37:28):
So?

Speaker 11 (37:28):
Yeah, I own a home up in Oregon and my
tenant called me yesterday because we have new neighbors that
moved into the house below.

Speaker 9 (37:34):
We live on a hill.

Speaker 5 (37:35):
Wait, who's we?

Speaker 2 (37:36):
We?

Speaker 5 (37:37):
You say?

Speaker 9 (37:38):
We did? I?

Speaker 5 (37:39):
Yeah, so who's we?

Speaker 7 (37:40):
It's just me?

Speaker 9 (37:41):
It's just my house, but their their family.

Speaker 6 (37:43):
The Royal way, it's singular nature, but she's using the
Royal way.

Speaker 5 (37:46):
Okay, all right?

Speaker 11 (37:47):
So anyways, I get a call that they moved in
and they're trying to put down their fence. They attached
a fence to my fence that is on my property
and they are threatening my tenants.

Speaker 9 (38:01):
Oh, and I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa.

Speaker 4 (38:03):
When did their.

Speaker 11 (38:04):
Property come up to my fence? So I have to
go and get those people who find your lines.

Speaker 4 (38:09):
Yeah, the surveyors, surveyors, the surveyors.

Speaker 11 (38:12):
Yes, And I went on and found a website tonight
and it definitely shows my property goes down that little
side of the hill. So I'm going to give her
probably five hours tomorrow. By today, that's today eight am
our time. I'm called to remove that too, remove that fence.

Speaker 9 (38:28):
Yes, yes, I officially have proof. I'm like, no, you
are touching my stuff.

Speaker 5 (38:31):
And you know, but when you have cool neighbors, like
my my property line when I lived in Maryland extended
into an area of my neighbors that they wanted to use.

Speaker 11 (38:43):
And I was like, sure, yeah, it'd be cool if
they didn't have dogs jumping on my fence.

Speaker 5 (38:50):
But it's on the other side of your property. It's
on the other side of the fence, you know.

Speaker 9 (38:55):
No, they should have their own stuff.

Speaker 11 (38:56):
They had a fence that wasn't even attached to mind,
so I don't understand why it's even a problem.

Speaker 9 (39:00):
I don't want to deal with it.

Speaker 5 (39:02):
Dang, Loriena, you you run a hard ship.

Speaker 9 (39:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (39:04):
So you you literally I texted the girl who lives there.
I'm like, she has until noon today to get that
off real world.

Speaker 4 (39:11):
Out there in Koosbay Roseberg.

Speaker 5 (39:13):
What well, what if she says, kick rocks, I'm keeping
the fence up. What are you going to do?

Speaker 9 (39:19):
Oh, I'm sure there's things that will be done by
people I know up there.

Speaker 5 (39:22):
Oh, like that's how you roll? Oh wow, I was
expecting you to say legal action. Huh how was it
you said? You said you taking it to the streets
in Oregon?

Speaker 11 (39:34):
Dang, you can't mess around with the hillbillies, man, they
are nuts.

Speaker 5 (39:39):
You're connected to the hillbillies.

Speaker 9 (39:41):
That's all that lives in Douglas County. That's why I
don't live there anymore.

Speaker 5 (39:43):
Var are you a hillbilly?

Speaker 9 (39:46):
Technically? By nature?

Speaker 5 (39:47):
Will your hillbillies go handle the other hillbillies?

Speaker 11 (39:51):
Probably, That's what I'm thinking. I'm gonna have to use
hill billy reinforcement on this one.

Speaker 5 (39:55):
So this is going to be like a scene out
of Next to Ken.

Speaker 9 (39:58):
I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (39:59):
Huh.

Speaker 5 (40:00):
