Exactly exactly, but we always start the podcast properly with
what shit doing where we talk about the shows and movies.
We've been watching games, we've been playing lives, we've been
living because of this Monday, Kevin, you get to go first,
good sir, Well, I had to.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
Do something last night I haven't done in a long
time in my radio career, which is work overnight. Oh
it's rough.
Speaker 1 (02:44):
Real Now we're talking the whole night or till at
four am. And then you said I can go home
now twelve to seven. Ooh, really rough, that's real rough.
Did you get hungy in between?
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Yeah? I ain't. Around two thirty oh, real, rough, that's real.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Nothing good.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
At two am, I brought my lunch from home, so
that that was a good thing about it. And then
after I also had my caffeine fixed around two thirty
as well, so kind of bumped me through the last
part of my ship. I was good till about six fifteen.
Six fifteen, I was like, okay, I am tired.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Now we're talking about at six fifteen this morning today, Yes,
this morning, this morning. So you just woke up is
what you're saying for the day.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
About two hours ago.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
Okay, but it was cool.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
Got to catch up with some things now I do
if anybody that is. I guess superior mind is watching
right now. Everything was fine. The want to catch up
on a Bad Monkey, the episodes on the show.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
When I plus you track, you make sure the hours
timed out right, You're fine, you got it up. You're good.
You can watch what you want.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
It's all fine. Coach Coast run itself. But yeah, I
gotta catch up on Bad Monkey. It definitely take some
cool twist and turns. It's a murder mystery, but it
keeps like widening out the right weekly. On Wednesday, it
started off with just Vince Vaughan, his old partner and
this who killed this guy with the arm and it's
(04:10):
wadded out to basically rich people suck.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
That's a general plot point on this show because.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Now it involves like the island, people that live on
actually I think it's called a gora the island, the
people that lived on an island. It involves people that
were paid off to do it. His controversy. Some people
have died. It's really really, really cool. I'm hoping that
the whai Vi was the main villain of the show,
Gigins was coming to her soon, but we still got
two episodes about the episode seven or eight releases Wednesday,
(04:41):
and then they're doing Tense. We got about three or
four weeks of that. Also started watching How To Die
a Loan with uh, what's her name, Natasha rothrow right,
I think that's her name. Yeah, start of watching that
and it is actually, yeah, I didn't think it would
be as emotional as it is.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Okay, honestly, now, is it on the level of like
ted Lasso shrinking We're thinking or what type of show
is it closely related to?
Speaker 2 (05:11):
I would say it's a little bit of ted Lasso,
but not as overly positive I want to say, but
it is. It is preaching that message, is like you
make the choices in your life, the better yourself, that
type of thing. It's still funny, It's still very funny.
There a lot of jokes that hit from me. And
also one of the things about a show in New York,
it does does a good job of presenting New York
(05:31):
as a character that does a good job of that.
But I watched the first episode of that and I
was surprised, how like, oh, I thought this was going
to be this kind of like a what was that
movie with Morgan Freeman bucket List? Yeah, I thought it'd
be kind of like that, but funny, it is a
little bit of bucket list, but it's more about she's
she's not you know, in her in her later years.
(05:51):
She's still thirty something in the show, mid thirties, late thirties.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
In the show.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
But it's still a pretty cool show. I'm nefvere go
keep up with it. I think they released two episodes
every week because this week MOREEAH two more released, and
then I think it ends around eight or ten episodes. Also,
I forgot about this show I caught up on shoot
was the called show called Ooid Hulu? The other Wricking
Morty show solo episodes I forgot. I forgot about it.
(06:17):
It was a thing. It was weird.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
Is was it? Was it a finale or something this
past week, because I got a bunch of them popped
up on my TikTok this past weekend.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Well, I don't know, because I stopped watching season four
in the middle of the season. I think I just
forgot about it. So I'm still kind of on season
four and of course for them, so I watched what was
one of the Wall episodes. It was like, the best
thing that show does is the Wall.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
Yes, no, that's that's the clips I was seeing was
all that stuff like they were kind of wrapping stuff
up with that or something.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
It's like the best thing that showed up. I feel
like this should just released a wall episode. It's all
we want the Aliens, so watching that. As far as
video games, I finished my junior year of college on
ESPN two K twenty five and I left for the NFL.
There we go, and I was drafted by the Buccaneers.
So we'll see how that goes.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
And see how how lowly rated you are based on
what you actually are.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
It's so now I'm playing on extremely easy. I just
want to have fun. So I'm throwing, like, you know,
six touchdowns a game.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
That's okay, whatever my fun goal was because I had
it on easy at one point. H This is when
I was playing at Avie, was can I get to
one hundred? Because I would play the whole game like,
all right, we're doing somehow we're doing fifteen minute quarters,
but speeds through the defense, Like I'm gonna get to
a hundred every game. If I can't, Yeah, it's weird.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
I want, I want. I want to put the difficulty
down whenever I do running plays. They just don't tackle
running back, just run for eighty yar touchdowns every time.
It's crazy, but to buy the bucks. I didn't get
too far into it because I had to go to
bed yesterday because I had to work overnight. So we'll
see how that goes. And other than that, I think
that's about all I've been doing right now, watching my
cat lick herself. That's the normal about you, buddy. What
you been up? Yeah, so good weekend.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Obviously, been playing more Star Wars Outlaws. There we go
ahead to get off the top of my head. It's
been fun is I think it's a game where you
have to find the fun, like it's not there immediately,
but like this game, if you wanted to, like I
had thirty minutes, I'm like, let me play some Sabac
real quick, and now I know how I'll find it.
I mean a version of that game now that I
(08:11):
have because I bought it at Galaxy's Edge when we
were there. Like many times, it's like, yeah, I'm gonna
buy it. I don't know how to play it though,
but now I know now I do, so.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
There's mission I won. Actually I have to play some
I have no idea what's going on.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
It's fun. Well that's the thing, and and I'm gonna
I'm gonna spam the cheating things as much as possible
because I like this game makes it unfair, but I
think really Star Wars atos. There's supposed to be a
patch coming to the game sometime this week hopefully, so
hopefully that fixes some things, doesn't break things everywhere else.
But enjoying it still. Besides that, more than I did
(08:46):
go to the NATS game Nation Washington Nationals, which was
fun on Friday. Pro tip, if you are in the
DMV or like the Nats, just buy a cheap seat
and find the standing room sections, which are usually by
where all the concessions are the game. Get a better
view and your standing so it's better for your legs,
you know.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
I mean that's what our parmastery V does it to
an Oils game. He's about seepers tickets, goes to the bar.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Yeah, I mean, that's it's a move because it was
a great time and somehow, you know, it's nice. We're realizing,
like we live really close and it got to the
point and it am I have been a couple of
drinks are flowing more is like should we buy a
season season pass tickets for next year?
Speaker 2 (09:26):
I mean, the Nationals are down right now, so even
like you would be one of those like twenty five
or thirty game packages and probably not that expense.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
It was like nine hundred dollars for a forty five
game pass or something. I was like, I mean, we
live fifteen ish minutes based on traffic and basically that
three ninety five bridge. You know what I'm talking about.
You live in DC. It's always literally we're leaving the
game like it's still going. It's still bad traffic the
other way for some damn reason. But I was like,
all right, well, maybe that's what we consider it could
(09:54):
be fun. If not, well we wasted nine hundred dollars.
What are you gonna do?
Speaker 2 (09:58):
I also saw I don't know how how much you
guys wanting to spend on sports entertainment, but I saw
that the Commanders are doing a thing where if you
buy season level club six seats you get free food
and parking.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Well, so the club seats you do get free. Well,
it depends on the club seat you have, but you
do get free food all the time. The parking not
so much. So I'm saying I don't know where you
are your sports entertainment spending well with the Commanders, not
so much more than ants than the Commanders. I had
sports with Hoodie and Kevin Ray. But on top of that,
(10:31):
we've been continuing watching the Chucky series, which has been great.
We just finished the second season, so we got one
more before we're caught up to will it or will
it not get a fourth season or not? But really good.
And it's funny that like Moore's really into it, and
so like now we're seeing all the Chucky stuff everywhere
and she's like, oh Chucky. I'm like, we're not getting
that in her house, but I appreciate it being there.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Leah actually floated around being Chucky for Hods, like I
love that.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
Is that the Hello Kitty effect? Because I know, Hello Kitty?
Now it's apparently chuckified right now? It might be.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
And also sh we had planned to be the Blue Family.
Oh I've been good, but now now she wants to
be something scary.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
So I don't know about Chuck Adams family. If you
want to Actually, I want to be the Simpsons. Now.
Now here's the thing. Are you guys gonna be? Guy's
gonna paint yellow or no. Well, I feel like you're
gonna wear masks.
Speaker 2 (11:25):
She has short hair. All she had to really do
is diet of blue and get a green dress. Leah
has an orange dress to strapless. We have we have
a blue sleeper for for Leah, I mean for Kira.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
So all you gotta buy is a white shirt. It's easy,
there you go. Just get a pink donut. Get a
pink donut and you're good to go.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
Yeah, I got that. All gotta do is let me
let my hair go a little bit and the shave
it to like right.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Here, but shave it to the pattern of like the
m that over So that was my idea, but I
think I'm being overwel she wants to be.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
Something scary, so there you go.
Speaker 1 (11:57):
Uh. And then on top of that, uh, I've Kevin
has it and I somehow conned her into watching all
of it. We watch Star Wars Rebuild the Lego Star
Wars Rebuild the Galaxy. It's actually pretty good on Disney Plus,
it's the like Lego Star Wars What If? For Star Wars.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
It's actually pretty good.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
And it's coherent story.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Actually wrong about this, but has the Lego Star Wars
series on Disney Plus missed yet.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
They haven't, but I do think this is the best
it has hit. Because they always have these like Lego
Star Wars specials. They've had it in the past few years.
I think this one. Usually it comes out every year,
but they're kind of like, all right, yeah, that was there,
but it wasn't like a full story. It was mostly like,
let's do some jokes and all that with Lego Star
Wars to promote the Legos coming out. This time, it's
(12:48):
a full ass story like each part, like all four parts.
It sould be like an hour forty five or something
with the total run time, and there's a whole original
story in it. You include some of the you know,
the what if spinoff spin beats on everything. But my
favorite joke involves create I don't tell you why, Kevin,
(13:09):
but it's in the beginning of the first episode when
they switched things. It had me die, had me cracking
up the whole time that did.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
The joke was as funny as the one day with
grow Goo in the last one, and it was like,
Oh my gosh, you're so cute.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Must happen, I think so. I think the interesting thing
is it does lead, it does lend itself to having
more of a future. So if finally they got a
creative direction now for Lego Star Wars on Dizzey Plus,
they can move forward with this. I think people would
watch it more based on just the original characters and
what they think is going to go on. But it
(13:43):
was an enjoyable time. I mean, they had a good
number of actors voicing their characters still, like Mark Hamill
voiced Luke. They didn't have Ray, they didn't have Daisy
Redlee voice Ray as Darth Ray. That's okay, but we
had I'm mad Best as Darth jar Jar, which is great,
which didn't overstay its welcome. And I think they really
did a really good job, Like it really felt like
we took the next step ahead of these Lego Star
(14:06):
Wars specials that they're like worth watching instead of just
having it on the background and you forget about it
on your phone or something.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Yeah, I watched the last the left one came out
during Christmas? Was it two years ago?
Speaker 1 (14:16):
Yeah, like the Holiday special Lego Holiday Special or whatever.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Yeah, I think there's nothing one before that. But I've
enjoyed each one I've watched I've never not had a
good time watching. I mean, I do have the Lego
movies as well. I did watch The Ninjago, and.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
I think this one is heavily inspired, Like it feels
like it is the Lego movie, like a spin off,
like animation wise, because you know, there's a difference when
you watch it on TV, Like if you watch a
TV Lego thing versus a movie thing, it feels closer
to that. And just I think it really like they
(14:48):
they wanted to do this every year. Perfect great, and
I think it would put people in seats and sell
more Legos.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
So yeah, I mean that's I mean, that's the one thing,
main thing because Star Wars Legos and.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
Everyone wanted a dark Falcon this year, and it's sold
out everywhere for now at least.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
My wife almost bought one. I was libally expensive for me.
I was like, listen, I appreciate.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
Which one, Kevin? Which one was it? Which one?
Speaker 2 (15:12):
She's thinking about Millennium Falcon for Christmas?
Speaker 1 (15:15):
But the deluxe one, we're talking the deluxey.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
I don't think it was deluxe one, but it was
one that was that was more than two hundred dollars,
And I was like we're gonna have a kid in
too much. It's no way I might have time to
do this.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
You should have said yes. You should have said, like,
I'll build it while you're in the delivery.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
Your push anywhere. I still have Star Wars back here.
I don't really have anywhere to put it because I mean,
we have a Lego table in our dining room, but
it's very it's so differently. There's like Harry Potter one,
there's Jurassic Park ones in there, so that we have
the little Simba, so I feel like we don't have
a theme going.
Speaker 1 (15:47):
Yeah, that's what I like. I don't have a lot
of space now to build to put things at, so
it's got to like, all right, can I find space
for it or we can't get it exactly.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
I'm pretty sure about to move all my stuff down
here because Kira is starting to crawl, which means walking
around the corner.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
And put things higher.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
Yeah, yeah, yes, I want to fix them out very soon.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
But yeah, nonetheless, I give it four and a half
out of five stars Lego pieces, So go watch it
if you can. Kind of final statement on it is
more we'll said final watch it because you want to
watch it, she said, I'll watch the first part. We
finished it all on one night, So that's a statement
piece if anything, on a not well a casual Star
(16:31):
Wars fan wanted to finish the story with it. So now,
do you guys.
Speaker 2 (16:35):
Do the thing we used to do? I don't want
anymore because now we just we just the TV's background
was at this point in our lives. But do you
do the thing like one show for you, one show.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
For her kinda Yeah, it just really depends on what's
out too. So like the Chucky series started as a meething,
but then it became like I watched it on my own,
and then she wanted to watch it. And now it's
because like there's evolutions of shows. If you're in a relationship,
that happens is there's a U show, and then there's
a U plus they're kind of watching in the background show.
(17:03):
Then there's an USh show which you watch at nighttime
together after you ate dinner.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
Yeah, our USh show was like right now, it was
Hunts of the Dragon, but it wasn't her show that
we started to watch. I really liked, but then it
hit too close to home, like I can't watch this
because I'm mostly ready.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
For and then so like Agatha along when that comes out,
that is a me and she'll dabble with the first
episode show and then if she likes the first episode,
then it'll become an USh show. Essentially.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
I think she will like that because it's spooky too,
you know, exactly exactly. But it's got to find because
I'm watching at work, so.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Spooky vibes for Kevin at work, He's start cackling like
a witch in his office.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
Why are you laughing? Nothing? Close door?
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Which? Please? Which? Please?
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Over there?
Speaker 1 (17:47):
But let's get on into it. It's time for the new. Yeah,
first things, did you realize that a little independent movie
made by Hasbro and Paramount came out this weekend called
Transformers One. Kevin, I wanted to.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
See that yesterday. Actually they had special green screens at
five in my area of all the theaters. But five
o'clock I had to be sleep because I had work overnight.
So didn't Conn make it happen? Yess, that's what happens.
That's the tale of Kevin essentially. Basically, that's my that's
my life, my life.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
But yeah, Transformers one came out over the weekend. It
is the next animated movie kind of advertised in the
same vein as like a teenage mutant Ninja TMNT mutant Mayhem.
What's another one that kind of came out recently. Kevin
kind of liked that, Oh it benefit that draws inspiration
Spider Man be on Spiders Student, where it is a
little more kind of kid friendly looking, but the story
(18:47):
is a little has some adult vibes to it, and
kind of more nostalgia vibes too as well. Oddly enough,
I've been waiting on this. I saw it a month ago,
so I've known about it for a month. I have
told it buddy about it.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
So yeah, I was supposed to go with you that night,
but then you know, I have two kids, so it happened.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
That's happened. But this is what kind of We're gonna
do a review round up and I'll share some thoughts
just let you know if it's worth seeing or not
in case you want to go see it. But I
do think it is. But our friends at Slant magazine
gave it a three out of four. It's a sorry
A realm without physical limits is truly where the Transformers belong,
but it doesn't stop the film from delivering some surprising
(19:28):
pathos while it's there, which is pretty cool. You know,
technically the live action Transformers movies have gotten to it's
just cgi all over the movie, plus Mark Wahlberg from
time to time Mark Wahlberg, even Bumblebee and Rise of
the Beasts. It's very like, for some reason, explosions, explosions,
that's it's a bird Transformer now exactly. But this I
(19:53):
feel kind of like, go back to its roots. Let's go,
let's see what else we got here. He does have
a ninety percent on Rotten Tomatoes, which is where we
pull on our That's surprising.
Speaker 2 (20:01):
Actually. I think when we watched his trailer back whenever
it came out, I was more tied about it than
you were. I thought it was gonna be really good.
I don't think it's gonna be nine percent on an
opening weekend good. Yeah, a seventy seventy five maybe so.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Our friends and Geeks of Color. Given an eight out
of ten, it excels, especially in the context of the
previous Transformers, Phil Cannon and the exploration definition of its characters.
It humanizes them and underscores the tragedy that led former
brothers in Arms to become deadly enemies.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
It's a quick question. Is a quick question today. If
you and I are in Orion Pecks and Nicotroni's yea,
you go there, you go well because Megatron, because I.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
And not gonna like Kevin. I'm worried you might be
become Megan, just like piss It pissed Kevin off and
all of a sudden Kevin's pure evil now all of
a sudden chaos.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
It's gun harm time.
Speaker 3 (20:56):
It's gun arm time at your house, y'all couch. But yeah,
a lot of good things.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
I really enjoyed it. I do think as really being
as well versed with the Transformers movies. That's kind of
where my line has been drawn. You know, Kevin had
the original things back in the day, obviously the toys
and then all the kind of original series they had then.
For me, my main call of fame was the movies
with Michael Bay. I really liked Bumblebee. Rise of the
(21:30):
Beast was pretty good. And we'll see what happens when
it connects to the g I. Joe universe. We all
discovered at the end of that movie, man.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
That was almost an end game level.
Speaker 1 (21:39):
Oh my gosh, Yeah, Joe, Okay, go Joe, But I
think this is really cool to kind of go back
to its roots, where you know, Transformers was really an
animated movie, and I think, not knowing a lot of
this stuff, it sets a good groundwork for what's to come.
The director of the film did say if we do
(22:00):
well financially according to the studios obviously, so that depends
on what they think is successful, they will make a sequel.
They have plot lines for a sequel, which I think
is would be great. They do kind of set up
Transformers to be to come that we kind of know.
If you know the move the main movies, you know
who they will become. Chris Hemsworth I think did a
(22:24):
pretty good job as a young optimist Prime Brian Terry
Henry was great as Megatron. And it's I'll spoiler there
is no cameo, at least as far as I knew.
But it's Peter Peter Welling right was There was no
voice Peter Peter not Welling? Is is something else voice Peter?
Sorry Peter Colin. There you go. No cameos I could tell,
(22:48):
but unless you voiced a certain character but I didn't
see in the credits. But nonetheless had a good time.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
Just kind of a spoiler question, I guess. I mean, aswerway,
how long did it take for them to kind of
turn on each other?
Speaker 1 (23:03):
And I mean the movie was one hundred and four minutes,
so it's an hour forty which was great. That was
a good run time for everything like that.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
Star Wars stuff.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
Basically, yeah, it was about probably an hour in, maybe
forty five. You get the inklings in an hour in
you're like, oh, oh something, something's happening here, and then
the real big turns, you know, the climax of the movie.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
I didn't know that se Starscream, that's pretty funny.
Speaker 1 (23:27):
Yeah, that that's an interesting guss Steve BUCHEMI but it
kind of worked because, you know, Starscream has this just
conniveling little underling for Megatron. Keik and Michael Key kind
of killed it as Bumblebee. At first, the trailers kind
of made it seem like it would be a little
too much, but it was actually pretty good. Yeah, you know, quietly.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
Ke he's one of my favorite actors in Hollywood.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
He's in everything, but it works that everything.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
Whenever he's something, I'm like, I kind of gotta watch it.
It's like, I still hate that that that that brentvi
Colline show was canceled. I thought he was so good in.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
That what a Netflix what seven years ago TV before
the pandemic that we were like, oh I got season two.
Oh no, it's done. But yeah, I really enjoyed it.
I think I gave it four and four stars out
of four out of five trans autobots, whatever you wanna
(24:21):
call it on letterbox. But I think if you're looking
for a movie to see, maybe got that that movie
pass or you got that discount Tuesday your theater definitely
worth a watch to keep kind of that September box
office going. Unfortunately, it didn't beat Beetlejuice Beetlejuice at the
box office, which is pretty stand pretty easy to see
why because word of mouth on that movie and TikTok happened.
(24:41):
But I think it'll do well.
Speaker 2 (24:44):
It'll be like Italian video on TikTok. If one more
what he'll be like Italian vide, you will pick Italian.
Like Italian.
Speaker 1 (24:53):
I keep seeing the Hercules Monica Balucci scene every time
on tick. I've seen it like ten times. Now I'm good.
I get it. Tim Burton's obsessed. Oh here's a fun
thing about Beetle just videos. I thought Tim Burton was
still with Helena Bottom Carter, but she they broke up
like ten years ago. Yeah, because I was like, oh, yeah,
they're totally together. That's why she's been in every movie.
But no, he's with Monica Balucci, which is why she's
(25:15):
in Beetle Juice. Beetlejuice, And apparently the rumor was if
that he wasn't with Monica Balucci, now it would have
been her role would have been for Helena Bonto Carter.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
I'll forget saying Michach show up in the did you
play it? Inenter the Matrix back in the day, I
did not know. Yeah, it was a game where it
was a major's game, but I didn't play. You played
as a ghost and Naobi, Oh.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
Yeah, I knew about it. I knew about it.
Speaker 2 (25:39):
Yeah, yeah, And she shows up in like matter what
character you play, she kissed him at some point, and
it is like, this is weird.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
I'm even weird feeling. I don't know how I feel
about this. This is awakening things inside of me. I
don't know what's going on right now, but yeah, I
think so September so far really been pretty good for
the box office with movies coming out obviously had a
sequel that did well, is a prequel that I hope
does well, but good signs no less for the box
office when there's not a Marvel or Star Wars or
(26:08):
big budget movie out right now doing that.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
Yeah, so I'm trying to look at this forecast right now.
What's coming up next?
Speaker 1 (26:16):
You got a Joker in a couple of weeks, which
that's kind of all over place.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
It's getting interesting reviews, like I think it's it's it's
getting the same round Tomato score the first one got.
But people seem to be a lot more upset with
this movie than were the first one the box office.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
But you got actually let me okay, we'll go here
right now. It's Meg, which has been having some controversy
because of its advertising. Let's see, you got Transformers one
just came out. Uh Wild Robot I heard is actually
(26:56):
pretty good, which comes out the end of this month.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
Yeah, I thought I thought the Apple TV Apple movie.
I don't know it's go in.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
Yes, you do have Terrifier three on October eleventh, if
you're into the Terrifier franchise, but also that night or
all same weekend is Saturday Night the SNL movie, which
I heard it was pretty good. It looks interesting. I
think I'll do better on streaming than it will, like
in theaters. But then after that you got Smile Too,
You got Venom the Last Dance for October twenty fifth,
(27:21):
and then you have kind of a break right there
up until who Is the Red One? Oh Red One?
The Rock Santa movie November fifteenth.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
I kind of want to see that looks kind of cool.
Then you got to see that movie.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Then he got Clicked Out November twenty second of Glad
a or two and Wicked Milana November twenty seventh, and
then on December six you have that Y two K movie,
which is like the fun like the machines are attacking,
and then you have Kevin's favorite movie Night Bitch. Amy
Adams thinks she was a dog.
Speaker 2 (27:55):
Actually I watched a trailer and I was a little upset.
I thought she was a werewolf. She's just she's a dog.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
It's the dog's shaggy dog, shaggy.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
She's like a scary dog. She's like just like you
know the type of dog you have, didn't have ted
bigger dog. That's all she is like to be scary.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
And then December thirteenth, he got crave in The Hunter
plus The Lord of the Rings The War of the Harim,
which that would be interesting to see that weekend, of
which one tops the box office, because like there's nothing
coming out before it that will like take over the
box office. Molana too might still be trending in the
box office by then.
Speaker 2 (28:28):
And something Molana is the West of the Boss movie too, right.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
That's before Molana. So I think Molana, Wicked and Glady
are gonna fight and then Molana's gonna eat eat its
lunch real quick, eat both of their lunches. Is more
a Wicked fan more, No, we never seen Wicked, but
she's not really an a Grande fan. But I think
we're gonna go see it anyway, just because I like
musical movies. The Greatest Show because.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
I feel like they could have been. Yeah, I don't know,
because the show to my daughter watches on Nickelodeon. She
was on back in the day Victorious, Oh my gosh,
or samon Kt samon semon Cat sam Kat when she
talks like this all the time and please please turn
us off, please turn off your phones.
Speaker 1 (29:14):
Uh, And then the last two weeks of this year,
you got Mufasa the Lion King going out against Sonic
the Hedgehog three, which will be interes see which one
does better. And then the Christmas weekend you have Nose Faratu.
Nose Faratu.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
Do you think because of his death, Lufasa is a
billion dollar movie?
Speaker 1 (29:31):
Now? I think so, because I think at the end
of edit, because I don't remember, because I haven't seen
a trailer.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
Actually, wait, let's look that up. Move Fasa cast.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
I see was he in the cast for it? Because
I don't remember they don't. According to the cast, James
Old Jones isn't in the movie, but let me let
me go him because that might be like, do you
have to credit him now?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
Kind of?
Speaker 1 (30:02):
I think you always have to credit him because he's
the original character. But now they're gonna do like a
for James thing or something like that.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
Exactly. Yeah, I'm gonna go filmography.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
He has his whole own list because he's just he's that,
he's that goat. Let's see movies. Movies, movies, Dude, you
love it and you're looking.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
I don't see anything to hear it in the in
the production notes that he might be in.
Speaker 1 (30:26):
It nothing right now according to Wikipedia, but I could
see they have something. They try to get something in there,
just because, like, you know, that's that's his main two
characters is Moufasa and Darth Vader.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
So I will be no good. At the end of
that movie, after Mufasa becomes the Lion King, there's like
a stinger way the audience.
Speaker 1 (30:47):
Remember, I think, I don't know, I feel like, I mean,
I know the movies what like it's three months away.
I think you try to get that in there. I think,
like you end it for James and then you I
think that's a very touching thing of you know, they
kind of did it for Chadwick at the end of
Wakanda Forever, Like you do the same kind of thing,
(31:08):
and you know, you start with nineties version and you
have a live action versus Mufasa, and maybe you put
the Simpsons one in there too where they make fun
of it.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
You know, I'll never I'll never forget us seeing O'Connor forever.
And the scene of little T'Challa comes up and you
have to you have to console me like.
Speaker 1 (31:23):
It's okay, it's okay, but it's okay, it's okay. It
will be. I will say, though, if you do not
want to cry before Movasa plays, don't see it at Alamo,
because you know they're gonna play all the sad move
in front of it. Alamo does all the time. Notoriously,
it'll be that.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
It'll be the clip and Sandlie to the clip them
Field of Dreams. Oh my gosh. No, you can don't
go see Go see it at some like you know,
Dollar movie three months after the fact, so you don't
have to cry.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
Exactly, no crying for you don't either. You're a cry
enough watch that movie. But something that might make you
cry is realizing Disney's Club thirty three is very far
beyond reach for any of us normal Disney fans.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
Unless you were born to a hedge fund manager, you're
never getting it.
Speaker 1 (32:10):
But in case you didn't know, a story went viral
last week kind of ended last weekend or this past
weekend to former Club thirty three Disney World members are
suing Disney because they were essentially kicked out of the
program or they're banned from it even though they had
spent over four hundred thousand dollars to become part of
(32:32):
Club thirty three. Now you're wondering what the hell is
Club thirty three, hoodie, how come we have never heard
of it before out of all of our Disney talks. Well,
Kevin and I are gonna get nowhere close to what
it is because essentially a private membership club for rich
Disney guest. Essentially, yeah, this is like, this is.
Speaker 2 (32:51):
Kind of like again back to the avidio sports people
that own box cluxury box season tickets to anything. They'd
experience a game way different use Neon I experience a game.
This is the same thing. We pop down our one
hundred and eighty bucks for one day ticket to Disney
and get forty thousand steps and eat all this stuff.
(33:12):
These people walk into a club and just have it
all done for him.
Speaker 1 (33:15):
So essentially, the main thing you might know about Club
thirty three is that they have lounges kind of private
areas across the various parks. The main one is, I
believe in Disney World, right, Kevin, is a disney Land
where it's actually land.
Speaker 2 (33:30):
It's like it's like right near a Walt's apartment, like
on Main Street or something like that.
Speaker 1 (33:33):
Yeah, like it actually involves Walt Disney's apartment. He would
use to stay on property and everything. So that's where
kind of the club is. But these two adults essentially
went viral because they tried to sue to get back
into the club, saying, you know, we will fight this
to death to get into this club. But the main
thing why we're including this because it's like, all right, cool,
(33:54):
who left cares? Rich people trying to get back into
a rich club, No one cares. Is the lawsuit as
kind of yield the perks they were getting for being
part of Club thirty three. Besides just obviously getting into
the exclusive lounge. The main perks here list them. Kevin
is fifty single day guest passes to any Disney park
(34:14):
every year. This obviously you pay your membership fees and everything,
an annual pass to the park at which you are
a member, because you each have to pay to be
a member. So this is you get an annual pass
and then fifty guest passes, use five private VIP tours
each year, six Genie plus fast passes to Disney World
or whatever park you're going to, exclusive assets to the lounge,
(34:38):
merchandise for purchase, and then you can obviously tour the
exclusive areas like Walt's apartment, you could go up to
the Cinderella Suite that we know that's top of the
castles and all that stuff. But it's just interesting that,
like if you thought there was, you were doing the
right thing of waking up on time getting your fast
passes for Disney. Yeah, some of those people already have
(35:01):
all the fast passes for the year because they only
have to book them. They're just giving a pass that says,
go on whatever ride you want to go on, going every.
Speaker 2 (35:07):
Where do you want to go on? It's one of
the ifp tour of the newest arrity does open, you
don't have to wait in the line. We'll just take
you up there and you can just go on and
it's no problem.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
Now.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
I did see also that between let me find this
article from twenty twelve to twenty seventeen, they played thirty
one thousand, five hundred dollars a year to do this.
That's a lot of cash. That's just basically an extra
car onto extra car payment every year. Well then you
know it's not because thirty one to five hundred will
(35:35):
be financial over five years, not one year. So that's
three thousand dollars a year. I would love to be
in the financial position to be a bar club for
thirty three. But I feel like if I comb that
position is to be a waste of money to do this,
because if I had the money to do it, like,
I'd rather just keep it.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
I'm okay, I'll just pay for the tickets individually. But yeah,
so I know, I think a lot of people have
learned more about the VIP tours at Disney, especially because
of the what the hell is the show, but at
any show because of Blackish. Blackish was the main one
that kind of touted that there is a VIP show
(36:13):
because normally every ABC show is like, oh, we're going
to Disney, and it's about them going to Disney. But
for Blackish, it was, oh, we're rich, We're a wealthy family.
We're going to pay for the VIP tour and get
that VIP treatment. And then obviously the episode halfway they
lose the VIP treatment. I think that's all a lot
of people learned about it, and so it's come obviously
a little bit more popular to get that. Well guess
(36:35):
what that Disney did that on purpose because now they're like, hey,
we know, you know, you don't have a lot of money,
but maybe save up or not if you can get
the VIP tour. But guess so if you have a
lot of money, there's also a level above that.
Speaker 2 (36:47):
I think the I my look was like five thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (36:52):
Like a thousand of person, Yeah, something like that, But
you have to book at least six hours of it,
so end up being like maybe seventy five hundred.
Speaker 2 (36:58):
I know Caine used to do it when he took
his girls in Disney World. I know Tobey Nap has
done it when he's done on Disney World. They were
both in radio a long time before we were, so
they got to wait up a little bit so they
could do that for their families. Uh. Me and Hoodie
are still waking up.
Speaker 1 (37:14):
Earlier and Green and I was. I did have a
VIP tour last week at Universal Studios. Disney we've talked
about Disney is like a little bit more you get.
It's it's a lot different than everything, but you get
the status. I think of that because of the people
in the vest and all that thing. But it is interesting,
just like just when you think you conquered Disney, there's
(37:36):
another thing to conquer. Save up money for one of
these days.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
Yeah, and then the thing that kidding it's not cusy,
but like they get tickets to any Disney park, so
theoretically they could fly to Tokyo Disney c go in,
which is.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
Great if they wanted to go to Paris.
Speaker 2 (37:52):
I'm like, hey, we're here, we want to be tour
thank you.
Speaker 1 (37:56):
But just something we wanted to talk about because it
kind of went viral over the weekend, just because hey,
you know, sometimes if you got the money, yeah, but
sometimes you know, don't get into viral lawsuit that reveals
how much you're spending to get those perks, you know,
And it must be good because they soon to get
back in. They want they want it back based it's true,
(38:17):
give it, give it back to us. We'll pay the
legal fees to get back in there. And the main
reason why they were banned they use follow language in
the club, So clean up that language, folks, clean up
that lane, keep it clean, keep it clean. But something
that won't be kept clean, I don't know is Agatha
all along? This week it comes out like we said beginning,
this episode technically comes out on Wednesdays, but you can
(38:39):
watch it Tuesday at nine pm. First two episodes come
out this week then we got a weekly episode after
each I believe we got eight episodes, right, Kevin, I
believe it's eight, yes, nine episodes, Okay, nine episodes in
the first so that'll end up right around Halloween, the
week after Halloween or something like that. But it's really
(39:01):
dope because you know, the show comes out hours after
this podcast. But we want to figure out what are
our predictions, what are our theories, what we think is
gonna happen? Do we have any we have We've been
tortured by memphisto theories enough that we're gonna stop theorizing false.
We're never gonna stop theorizing. So that's what this is
all about. And I will for sure try to get
(39:23):
an Agatha all Along stinger for when we talk about
this show. Wow wow, wow wow wow. So Kevin, what
is your hype levels for Agatha all Along?
Speaker 2 (39:35):
I would say one to ten. I'm a I'm a
strong six. I'm not overly overly oh my god, God,
watched show one on Wednesday, but I'm also I'm looking
I'm looking forward to I want to let it draw
me in and I just be overly sold on it
because before it, before it, well, I was always told
Now I just got buy in no matter what it is.
(39:56):
So I'm saying a strong six. I think it's gonna
be a good show. The cast as well, it's really
it's really good. Katherin hawn Is she's great, a lot
of great. I think her first movie I saw a
Naven with Stepbrothers and I was like, Wow, who's this lady?
She's hilarious.
Speaker 1 (40:10):
Yeah, I think that's yeah, You're like and then the
good was it? The Goods? Is that's the other movie
right with h Jeremy and The Goods. Yeah, she was
in the Goods.
Speaker 2 (40:18):
She was. Of course she's in Parks and rec as
the campaign manager. She's great as that as well. So
I'm more excited to see this cast interacting each other
than I am the show. See whatever story they tell me,
so to speak, you know, because it's a it's a
one say like it's like an eighty percent female cast.
Speaker 1 (40:33):
Yeah, because it is.
Speaker 2 (40:34):
And they looked like they had a lot of fun
on set just according to the trailers. So I would
say I'm a strong six. What about you?
Speaker 1 (40:39):
I think for me, I think it's coming out a
good time. That is the spoopy we've kind of you know,
spooky but fun vibes, what spoopy is or whatever that.
You know, it's been Wanda Vision came out what twenty
twenty twenty, twenty twenty, right, twenty twenty one, twenty twenty,
(41:00):
so it's been three years. This really is It's not
the first, I guess it's the first Marvel spin off
of a spinoff. You know, we've had Disney Plus book
A Bubba Fett was a spinoff of Mandalorian technically technically
if you think about it. But I think this is
probably the only Marvel Disney Plus show that can get
away with it. And obviously we have that Vision show
(41:23):
that might be coming is being worked on. We're not
sure on viah Vision Quest as of right now. But
for this, I think with Hype four, it's like, all right, see,
we'll see where it's going. And then, like you kind
of said, the cast, you know, you have Deborah Joe Repp,
the mom from that seventies show, Grandma in that ninety show,
now Missus Hart, she was in the original Wanda Vision
is coming back, which is really dope to see what's
(41:45):
happening there. You have Patti Lapon, a lot of people
hype for as well. You have to see Zamata and
then Aubrey Plaza being out and like, hell yeah, she's
the MCU kind of get a little Parks and rec reunion. Yeah,
some hyped. I think probably an eight out of ten.
I think for sure, like it won't be revolutionizing revolutionary
(42:06):
to the MCU kind of how low key kind of
has and was and how WandaVision was at time. But
I think this will be an enjoyable Marvel show. Yeah,
I think so.
Speaker 2 (42:17):
You say, it's not going to be what WandaVision was,
which one of the greatest things in the MCU lord
have ever happened, But this will be a show to
kind of like, oh, this gives you a little taste
of Marvel until what February when Captain America comes out.
And I also think there will be things we learned
from this show, kind of how we learned in Doctor
Strange multiverson Madness that witchcraft and wizardry are two different things.
(42:39):
M hmm. We'll got one something else in this area
that I think as well, about about which craft and
how it works in the overall MCU. And I'm like
I said, I'm looking forward to just to see the
character interacting things with all these characters, because it's like
they had a ball on set filming this.
Speaker 1 (42:53):
And I think the cool thing is they've they've kind
of shown their hand in a good way of what
to expect thing with the kind of they've done a
lot of being I think like a lot more behind
the scenes on this series than a lot of the
other ones, because you kind of know what to expect
to a degree. But like the show, you know, they're
singing in this in the in this show, so not
to be like this is weird, they told you there
(43:14):
will be singing in the show. You have an original
song from this show that will probably be trending everywhere.
Speaker 2 (43:19):
You know.
Speaker 1 (43:20):
They kind of threw everyone off with the episode with
the show title and then maybe that is the episode titles.
I think the cool thing it's really done agathall along
is they've been releasing different stylized posters, Like there was
a Rocky Horror Picture Show inspired poster that came out
like two weeks ago, which has been really cool. So
I think momentum is really on its side, and I
(43:41):
think out of everything, everyone really wants the Wanda Vision
story to continue in the MCU so much that like, oh,
I know Elizabeth Olsen is in a movie with Natasha
Leone that people are hyping her up of, like maybe
she'll cameo on this, which we'll get to in a second.
That it's like, all right, bring a full circle. Let
(44:02):
this be the next step in the Wanda vision saga
or whatever, and it could be its own thing.
Speaker 2 (44:06):
Well, it's cool that Jack Jack Shaeffer is returning to
be the show runner on the showcase. She was sure
running on one division as well, so that gives you
a little hope that it's going to keep that same
I want to say, feeling to it about Witchcraft and
the creepiness behind it. I'm also this kind of goes
to our predictions here. You mentioned Elizabeth Osen. I'm not
(44:31):
saying she shows up in the present, but it'd be
cool to see her in this show somehow.
Speaker 1 (44:36):
Yeah, I think let's let's get to it. I mean
that's the main thing. That's one of the main things
out of everything, is will Wand to pop up in
this Obviously the first trailer was like, oh, maybe this
dead body that Agatha finds is wand does it. It
probably isn't, but could be. Do you think we get
some resolution to what happens at the end of Multiverse
(44:58):
of Madness or do you think it it's more of
a find out next time.
Speaker 2 (45:03):
I think we get Agatha's resolution because I thought she
was gonna be in Multiverse as Madness. I thought she
was going to be in it and actually will be
a part of the caunis on how Doctor Straane stops Wanda,
but she just never showed upisodes whatever. So I think
she'll be part of resolution. It'll be her resolution and
how she actually is brought into the rest of this
(45:24):
MCU storyline as we go forth to Doomsday and Secret Wars.
Because interestingly enough, in the comic books, when Franklin, when
when Ree Richards and Shoe Storm have their baby, Franklin
think his name is he's a mutant, and Agatha's one
of kind of takes care of her, take care of him,
(45:45):
all do their hero stuff. So I'm wondering, I'm wondering
if that's something they kind of want to keep her
around for, so eventually we can kind of get that interact,
maybe not the same thing as a comic, but something
that that interacts Agatha and the Fantastic Four.
Speaker 1 (46:00):
Yeah, I think kind of with that, I think this
show will kind of position Agatha into the anti hero
side character vibe of like, yeah, we hate each other first,
but like we put up with each other now, like
I'll look, I'll cover your back, you cover mind back,
kind of how they kind of were teasing no more
(46:22):
to be at the end of Black Panther Wikon Forever,
like all right, he'll be a hero eventually. He's just
you know, he's the antagonist now. Because my main claim
to fame with Acta Harkness obviously with Marvel Snap, but
she is in Midnight Suns the video game as kind
of one of your mentory leads, and she has a good,
(46:44):
like serious connection with with Scarlet which in that game
when she turns evil and all that stuff. So I
think it kind of follow a similar path, like they
both redeem each other after both going down sort of
that dark path with Dark Hold and all that good stuff.
But I think you have some connecting point that teases
(47:05):
she's alive. She might pop up envision quests for Agatha
for Scarla Witch.
Speaker 2 (47:11):
I hope too. That's since like this has deviled into
like you know, the underworld of Marvel again, like we're
by night, the mystical not not the the sorcerer, but
more of the mystical witchery things. I'm kind of hoping
we see a vampire. I don't need to see Blade.
I don't need to see his sword. I don't to
see a vampires like vampires are real, by the way,
(47:32):
and Blade's coming. We don't know when, I don't know how,
but at some point Blades coming to kill the vampires.
And just stay tuned. I think this would be a
good a good way to introduce them in the in
the world of the mc U without hamphising it, so
to speak. Because I know one of the characters in
the show what's his name and the show his name
(47:52):
is Jay Locke. He's a familiar familiar.
Speaker 1 (47:56):
Well Joe Lock.
Speaker 2 (47:57):
Joe familiar is also what termed for vampires, basically familiars
with people that want to be turned into vampires by vampire.
They gotta basically serve them until they do it. I'm
hoping that we will hope that Okay, maybe we'll see
some more other familiars.
Speaker 1 (48:11):
Well, Kevin, let me tell you something that might be
actually happening with Joe Locke. So the character actor is
sorry Joe Locke is the actor My Bad, so you're correct.
My Bad is the familiar who is right now. His
name on the cast list is Team. They're notoriously hiding
(48:34):
his name for some damn reason. Do you think rumor
this is some form of one of Scarlett, which is
kids in the form of teen grown up, or do
you think this is some new character they're all kind
of attaching to.
Speaker 2 (48:54):
Well, we saw one of these kids just disappear. I
won't say this is gonna It's gonna be something else, Okay,
I feel like it's wait, this is kind of like
how we thought the Fisto was in one vision because
it was like all we think is fisto. It's way
too easy. I feel like, and it's gonna be something else.
Like maybe Jay is like, I'm a Fisto. I'm sorry,
I'm a fisto like.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
Disciple or.
Speaker 2 (49:18):
What the Silver Surfer is He's Galactus. Yeah, Pariat, that's
what it is exactly, So maybe that's something like that
he sents there to think that. I thought it is
her beat the system. Now it's actually just being a
watch by Fisto. I'm sending there to watch, so I
want to say no, but I mean it totally could be.
Speaker 1 (49:38):
All right now speaking of my Fisto, Kevin, any more
Mephisto going on with this show, like because you remember
at one point iron Heart was always away a couple
of months, probably in January, the rumor we know that
Anthony Ramos is going to play the Hood, and everyone's
like Sasha Barrick, coh, it's definitely gonna play the Fisto
in that show. Do you think this is where like, oh, yeah,
(50:00):
Memphisto again, We're gonna finally do it.
Speaker 2 (50:04):
If we give the Fisto in this show, it'll be
like how we got off.
Speaker 1 (50:06):
Plages in like we finally got him and then canceled.
Damn it, I'm here, I'm here, I'm gone. I'm no
voice actor from my role yet exactly.
Speaker 2 (50:18):
So if we do, it'll be like a blinking you
miss a cameo. And maybe that's the set up for
Phase will be nine against the next after Secret Wars,
will will be the big band. But yeah, I don't
I don't think he'll be like the main the main
final fight in the episode that'll be with the Witches
versus Mephisto. I don't think that's gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (50:37):
And then kind of my final thing is I have
at least Audrey Plaza. Do you think she's playing a
character of note or do you think it's an original character?
Speaker 2 (50:46):
So let's google search her name. The next show is
real Vidal.
Speaker 1 (50:50):
Doesn't exist in the comics, but I will say, based
on my history playing Midnight Suns, I guess that does
have a sister, So me thinking maybe it's a sister.
Speaker 2 (51:02):
And honestly, I feel like, well, the way Aubrey is
Aubrey Plaus and all her roles basically the sassiness of
her versus assasiness of Katherin Han. I hope he's our sister.
That'll be hilarious. Wants me to watch That would be
a great basically, So somebody who can dish it out
(51:23):
and give it type of thing. I would love to
see the interaction for them just being like, well we
were twelve blah blah blah blah. That would be fun.
So yeah, I kind of hope she's her sister. That
would be kind of cool.
Speaker 1 (51:35):
And then we know the episodes are thirty five to
forty five minutes, which great. Cool, it's what it is,
what it is, We're getting two episodes up front, So
that's great. But Kevin, at the end of this you
kind of hinted that where does Agatha pop up next?
Speaker 2 (51:52):
I want to say, either Fantastic four or Blade.
Speaker 1 (51:56):
Blade makes sense because if you know the rumor is
that Midnight Suns is somewhere in the line somewhere when
his Blade movie happens. Uh, that makes sense a connector
with Everybody.
Speaker 2 (52:06):
Or Doctor Strange three when that happened, because they have
plans for trilogy. Who knows when it's coming. But maybe
that's another one that she can show up in as well.
So yeah, I mean, because I could see Doctor Strange
getting a team together to fight the coming encourage in
Doctor Strange three, because he already has I can't remember
her name, Charlie's stare on time. It's going to help
(52:29):
her out to fight, So maybe that's when he gets it.
Because Doctor I think Doctor String's team is called the Defenders.
I think that's his team Doctor Strange, Defenders, Defenders, the
Defenders in the Marvel series, I mean, definitely something else,
but Defenders in the comic books is one of Doctor
Strange's teams, one of the Defenders, So I can see
(52:50):
maybe him getting the team, and one of the preme
members of that team is you can't because Wanta is gone.
Is that may be kind of cool? It could be
kind of cool.
Speaker 1 (53:00):
Any other questions theories, Kevin's you have as we wrap it.
Speaker 2 (53:03):
Up alto before a fun series? I don't want.
Speaker 1 (53:07):
Yeah, I think it will be. It will be scary
at times, but it'll be fun. It'll reflective it's it
was scary at first, but it was fun then it
was there was there was a little bit upside down.
Speaker 2 (53:16):
You know.
Speaker 1 (53:17):
I think it's a good time for this show to
come out, and I think, you know, we are kind
of you know, Deadpool Wolverine was the last Marvel thing
we had where that was the blockbuster thing, and this
is gonna be a little bit on the smaller, not indy,
but smaller vibes of things. I think it's how you
kind of need to do Marvel going forward. I know
we're due for three movies next year, but like, I think,
(53:41):
once this happens, people were like, all right, this was
a good year for Marvel. Now what you got for
me for next year? Then boom boom boo boom boom
boom boom, so much Marvel.
Speaker 2 (53:50):
You know else will be cool to show he won't,
but it will be really really cool if ghost Rider
shows up the next too.
Speaker 1 (53:57):
I mean, but let us know what your theories or
predictions are of Agatha Along at infinite score pods on
Instagram or x go and give it to you. But
that doesn't For today's episode, we uh, you know, we
talked about some Transformers, some robots in the skies. We
talked about disguising the old money in the theme of
theme parks. There you go, And we also talked about
(54:20):
witches bewitching.
Speaker 2 (54:22):
You know, which is be witching? I don't know how
to do which sign?
Speaker 1 (54:25):
I know this is like you know, I'll just do that.
I know that one. That's all I know so far.
There you go. But like we said, you can always
interact with us at infinite underscore pods on the Instagram
or x go and give it to you or you'd
be part of the conversation, which will be great, especially
for Wednesday's episode when we do break down the first
two episodes of Agatha All Along, just what your sort
of That's the fun part is after those first two
(54:47):
episodes of like all right, here's our basis, Now where
can we go next for our theories, and then we
we that's where we truly count them, and then like
all right, we're we completely wrong where we're completely right
by the time the finale happens.
Speaker 2 (55:00):
Also, so next week I said to that last week.
So the next episode we do will be uh Agata episode.
The episode of that will be a Penguin.
Speaker 1 (55:07):
And then it'll be that pattern for the next like
six weeks.
Speaker 2 (55:10):
Essentially, it would be a fun six weeks. It's funny.
I want to watch Penguin, but I'm also not ready
for the hPer. It feels so different. I'm just like
it's gonna be all heavy, intense.
Speaker 1 (55:21):
I can't can't not watch. You have to watch the
entire thing.
Speaker 2 (55:24):
It got kind of look like this one of these
like okay, se.
Speaker 1 (55:27):
I'll get you, I get you. The thing I missed
there paid off at the last episode.
Speaker 2 (55:31):
Most likely they did say that Batman is name it.
I don't believe them.
Speaker 1 (55:34):
I see it though clay Face might man. But apparently,
you know, reviews are also interesting about that. I mean,
look at you. I gen know if it's getting that if.
Speaker 2 (55:44):
It's for Matt reeves Hire a media reviewer, because you
can have people to just say, hey you, Jeff, go
see a movie.
Speaker 1 (55:50):
Did you like it? Do you like movies? I don't
know if I like? It's fine, I guess, But that's
a rant on I GM. We'll talk about that on
next Monday when we go actually watch the Penguin for
the first time. But we hope you have a great week.
It is a full spooky vibe, spooky vibe spooky season ahead,
So go get your spookiest decoration and start decorating your
house make yourself feel better. In the middle of September.
Speaker 2 (56:12):
Yeah, he's not doing that too. Actually, I have an
I need to start. We're all behind.
Speaker 1 (56:17):
Maybe we're gonna wait October first. That's when we'll spookify
the podcast again.
Speaker 2 (56:21):
Good times. I know. November first, we're done. It's Christmas time, so.
Speaker 1 (56:26):
And we switched to Christmas overnight, like not overnight, No,
it's a holidays.
Speaker 2 (56:31):
He's done. It's Christmas time.
Speaker 1 (56:32):
What's Thanksgiving? I don't even know what that is Thanksgiving?
But anyway, my name is Hoodie and and you have
officially listened to this Agatha all along prediction filled episode of.
Speaker 2 (56:48):
What cav Crisis on Infinite On Thanksgiving is a Christmas holiday,
