Every person has a story. From TRAUMA to TRIUMPH we want to dive in and understand how people overcome the chaos. We will provide resources to bring people out of the dark with the hope that every story will resonate with someone to prevent further tragedy. Who are your hosts? Myself and 29 year veteran of law enforcement, military and Author D.T. Hudson. Are we qualified? We have a story too. Are we doctors? no. Are we experts at everything? no. But we have been through some pretty tough B.S. and that makes us just like you. We will provide resources on how to navigate out of the dark.
This emotional episode is the father of our last guest. We felt it important to get the perspective of a father who loved his son through his addiction. Through persistence, toughness, love and faith, this father truly met his son where he was at, walked in his shoes, and stood by him until they both found the most important thing, love of a father and son.
The name of our guest on this episode is irrelevant. This is a faceless problem. It could be you, us, or a family member. Please listen closely to this story, a first hand human account, of how drugs led this man from gangs, to use, to recovery. It's raw, it's real, and it's exactly the heart beat of who we are and our goal of brining the truth directly to all of you.
Our next guest is Ashley, whose life story is one of resilience, transformation, and hope. In the midst of her daughter’s battle with brain cancer, Ashley endured the heartbreaking loss of her husband to suicide — facing two unimaginable challenges at once and still finding the strength to keep moving forward.

Today we had the opportunity to sit down with Avery White. Avery is a 21 year old that has endured something that needs to be spoken about. After attempted suicide, Avery talks about her journey from trauma to triumph. This was honestly one of the most insightful podcasts we have done. Avery has found herself and is destined for greatness in this life.
This week we get the opportunity to speak with Mrs. North Dakota Kjiesta Moch. This amazing woman has lived in several countries, is a mother, a mentor, mental health advocate, and entrepreneur. She speaks about the challenges she has faced, identified, and overcome by taking her trauma into triumph.
This week we speak with Mr. Troy White from the Beyond Barriers Program. Listen how Troy's program is helping everyone from CEO's to those incarcerated. Needless to say Abby and I learned a great deal about mental health, recidivism, causation, and healing.
This is an inspiring story of a woman that has overcome addiction and some of life's most difficult obstacle only to come out and stay on top. From addiction, through recovery, becoming a mother and now nurse, please give some time to Tory Queensley!
In this episode Abigail Dark and D.T. Hudson speak with an amazing woman, Mariah Prussia. Former MMA Fighter, mental health advocate, role model, and non-profit president. Teaching our youth how to be independent, training women in self defense, and we speak about health in general. Take a listen to her journey and understand what it takes to succeed through a warrior mindset.
