Beyond Comfort is all about pushing the bounds of our social anxiety to see just how far we can get when we quiet that often overbearing voice that tells us we can’t. Co-hosts and best friends Elle and Michelle are no experts at combating their anxiety, but they’re gonna at least try. Join them as they talk through their anxious thoughts, go to events, chat with new friends, and ultimately try to work through their anxieties.
