This podcast is part of a project I call Hardcore Happiness. “Hardcore,” because it takes discipline and effort—and, frequently, sacrifice—to become resilient to life’s challenges, and to live with purpose, satisfaction and well-being. To finally get what you really want. All my efforts around the Hardcore Happiness project are based on two things that I know to be true, because I have seen them happen over and over again: The first one is that with the right tools and support, I know you can lead your best life. The second one is that your best life is probably way better than anything you can imagine right now. If you only have one existence on this planet, you might as well make it the best that you can. And I’m here to help with that.
Are you really a miracle, in a scientific, mathematical sense? If so, what should you do about it?
When the going gets tough—OR when things are really good—it is important to remember what you have accomplished; what it took to get where you are. To remember who you are.
Fear is not your enemy—it's the doorway to everything you truly want.
In this episode of the Hardcore Happiness podcast, Jeff W Welsh explores why fear shows up when you step toward purpose, how to stop waiting to "feel ready," and why the most meaningful parts of life require courage before confidence.
