The podcast about Cádiz Football Club in English.
It's the last podcast of 2025 and Cádiz delivered a lovely present for all by beating Castellon and putting our recent winless spell at home to bed. Although Matt couldn't join me live, he sent in some audio of his thoughts about a resurgent Dawda Camara and as always brings us some history and background to next year's first opponents Deportivo La Coruña. Happy Christmas everyone and don't forget to get in touch at...
A fantastic win on the road in Zaragoza moves us back to within a point of the playoff places and feeling positive again as another Moussa Diakite long range strike put the cherry on the cake. We look back at all the action and talking points including our woeful penalty record and look forward to the last game of 2025 against a resurgent Castellon on Sunday night. Don't forget to get in touch at:
A disappointing result in the end but a really great game of football means there is a lot to talk about this episode! We discuss Cádiz's 4-4-2 revolution, players playing in their preferred positions and of course we couldn't not talk about 2 goal of the season contenders! We also look forward to Saturdays trip to Zaragoza and Matt gives us some of his customary miscellaneous information.

There is light at the end of the tunnel! Cádiz put their bad run to an end with 3 points against Córdoba. We were both there and give our thoughts on the performance and the slightly unexpected tactics and line-up from Gaizka Garitano. Picking a man of the match was a lot easier this week and we also try and predict what is going to happen in both the mid week cup game in Murcia and the Sunday's visit from (joint) t...
Things go from bad to worse as Cádiz fail to win for the 6th consecutive game despite leading after 12 minutes. Significant cracks seem to be appearing and we try and work out what they are and why! Is Garitano's job in danger? Matt gives us some info on Cordoba, our opponents next Sunday, and we also round up the latest transfer news and Mirandilla's continuing strong start to the season.

Cádiz's poor run continued in Almeria as we went down 3-0 to our Andulcian rivals despite looking like the better team for most of the first half. Why can't we score goals? What is our best line up? Is Garitano's job in danger? We have a go at answering those questions and more as well as praying for goals in the next game at home to Cultural Leonesa.
Dont forgot to get in touch at:
Mark got the opportunity to sit down with Ben Harburg, one of the owners of Cádiz C.F and now the new owner of Al Kholood football club in Saudi Arabia. We spoke about how he got involved with Cádiz, how the club has changed since he came in and his take on everything going on at the club currently. We also delved into what taking over at Al Kholood has been like and what might be applicable to Cádiz from this new adventure is Saud...
Join us for the first of this week's podcasts where we get in to all that happened in the Real Valladolid game, a disallowed goal, another Victor Aznar world class save and almost more yellow cards than fouls! As always we pick our man of the match and try to predict the outcome of a tricky away game in Almeria next week.

Two games to review this week, starting of with U.C.A.M Murcia in the Copa del Rey and then crossing international borders into Andorra for the league game. Is it Garitano or is it the team lacking attacking quality/ambition? We try and work it out. There's also lots of news to round up including the listing of Nomadar on the Nasdaq exchange in New York and the sad news of Colin Addison's passing.
As always get in touch with us her...
Normal service is resumed as we review the hard won (lucky!) point in Granada. A fairly good defensive performance was not matched by a toothless attack. Form or function? We try and work why! As always we look ahead to the week's games, the Copa del Rey 1st round against UCAM Murcia and next weekend's trip Andorra.
