We All Matter with Lisa is a podcast about presence, awareness, and what can happen when I begin to see the thoughts, stories and patterns of the mind for what they are — rather than who I am. I share my own experiences with things like overthinking, codependency, grief, ego, emotional patterns and the search for something that will finally make everything feel okay — alongside the teachings and practices that have helped me find another way of experiencing life. There are longer conversations, short presence practices, meditations and occasional episodes with my daughter Sophie. At the end of episodes I share TrueStones — words from teachers and writers who have pointed towards presence and awareness in their own way. Take what resonates and leave the rest. 🦋
Day 7 — The Pattern Isn’t Me
Sometimes a pattern has been with me for so long that it can feel like part of who I am.
In this Presence Pause, I share what I've come to see about the difference between having a pattern and being that pattern — and the space that awareness can create when I begin to see it.
The pattern may still be there. The thoughts and reactions may still arise. But they don't have to define who I a...
30 Days of Presence — Day 6: Watching Thought
What if every thought that enters my head doesn't need to become a place I live?
Today I'm exploring the difference between having a thought and getting completely carried away by it — and the moment I realise I've been lost in my mind.
A five-minute Presence Pause with a little space to simply be, and a TrueStone from Eckhart Tolle. 🌿
30 Days of Presence — Day 5: The Space Between Thoughts
What if peace doesn't require a quiet mind?
In today's Presence Pause, I explore the space between thoughts — not trying to stop thinking or make anything happen, just noticing what is already there beneath all that mental noise.
Less than five minutes. Nothing to achieve. Just an invitation to notice. 🌿
30 Days of Presence — Day 4: Waiting
How much of life is spent waiting for the next moment to arrive?
Today’s Presence Pause looks at waiting — the queue, the red light, the lift — and what changes when I stop treating this moment as something to get through.
The life I’m waiting for is already happening.
You’re exhausted… but it’s more than being tired. In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, we explore what happens when life slowly becomes survival mode — when your days become focused on avoiding overwhelm, avoiding conflict, avoiding failure, and just trying to get through. Lisa talks about: emotional exhaustion overthinking people pleasing high-functioning anxiety the body “telling the truth&rd...
