人年轻时当然可以什么信息都接收,那是无妨的。但年纪大了,心情的维护就要开始注意了。最好就是,心情保持得像大海远处的一道水平线,让它尽量平和地延展过去,无风,也无浪。偶尔有点微微浪纹,在可以接受的情况下,那也就够了。 ~吴伟才

你看那些聪明的人,该说话的时候,一两句话就能把事情说清楚,不该说话的时候,永远是竖着耳朵听别人表达。
