Well it matters because of what happened yesterday. So Reid
wanted to go walk around La Mesa, the village walk.

I was in the village for an appointment, and then
he was actually in the village at the same time
for an appointment with his Orthodontis that.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
The village that got done?
Speaker 4 (06:45):
We do and his appointment got done, and he my
appointment was still going on, and I said, we had
planned if it's still going on.
Speaker 3 (06:52):
He likes to go to the good Will in the village.
Speaker 4 (06:54):
He's a big thrift store guy, I know. So he
was like, he said, he could I go walk around?
And so that's what he was going to go do. Well,
it turns out this girl, there's a girl and she
lives sort of near there, like very close to the
village walking distance, and so he had.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
Coordinated with her that they like. After text her and says, hey,
I'm walking around.
Speaker 7 (07:14):
Did he tell you that he did?
Speaker 3 (07:17):
Before she came?
Speaker 4 (07:18):
He texted me and I had my phone in my
appointment and I saw the text and said, okay.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
He said, can I go walk around with this girl?
Speaker 4 (07:23):
And I've heard about this girl before, but I've never
met her, and I don't know you, and I hadn't
even heard of her like in him talking that much.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
So I don't know kind of where this came from,
but I knew it.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
I knew her, okay. So he asked me if he
could go walk around with this girl. I said yeah,
that's fine, And so they start walking around and they're
getting ready to go on the walk to.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
Go get a beer at curbside or something.
Speaker 7 (07:44):
They're not going to.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
I don't think we're going to do that.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
Rider They might get the slice, but not the beer
anything not the beer. And he asked me and I
said yes, And my appointment actually got done very shortly
after the text was set, so I actually was going
out to my car and.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
I guess I know what Emily wants to go do
what's going on?
Speaker 6 (08:10):
What's going on at Well, I didn't need to do
that because they were very close by, like across the street,
and I told Reid to come over and talk to
me for a second.
Speaker 3 (08:21):
What I really wanted to do is I wanted to
meet the girl.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Thank you for admitting that we knew that was the truth,
and I wasn't sure you were going to say.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
I wanted to meet the girl. And so they walk
over and as she's approaching, I'm noticing something and I'm
noticing she's not looking like nice, sweet movie girl, oh
that Red went out with.

Really, she's.

A little bit older. I know she's not, She's in
the same grade as him, but she looks very mature,
has on a ton of makeup.

We're talking dark lips, baggy jeans, and a crop talk,
very short, the whole tummy.

When Red walks up to you, does he say does
he say to his girl, his new chick, Hey, babe,

I had this happened the other day where I dropped
my daughter off at a high school football game, and

I'm like, skank town right, Like the way they're dressed skanked.

Bobo girls.

Look at these skanks, right? Girls? Who needs more cigaret?

Yeah, And so as I drop her off and I'm
driving home and I'm like, I'm judging Emily, I'm doing
I'm like making assumptions. I'm like kind of getting weirdly
angry for some reason. And then all of a sudden,
a memory flashed into my head of my freshman year
and there was a Hawaiian themed dance at school and

me and all my girlfriends took it as an opportunity
to dress like we were residents of skank Town, something
like literally bikini tops and then tiny wraps with bikini bottom,
so we basically were wearing bikinis to uh school dance, right.
Speaker 7 (11:54):
And it sounds more like that lives whole avenue.
Speaker 6 (12:00):
Yeah, and my and my mom did call out my
level of shakiness. Well she didn't say skanked out, but
she was like, that's not appropriate to wear for someone
your age and to a school function. And then a
minute later all my girlfriends showed up wearing the exact
same thing I was wearing. And then my mom kind

of was like, kind of having the realization I'm having
now of like I'm old, it is, this is kind
of the way it is.

Well, you're a mom.

Now you're the mom in this situation. To fourteen year
old Emily.

No, no, no, she with a bunch of guys, they're
beating the ship out of a portrol.

And at Catholic school, hiking up her mini skirts, she
has to make it even higher.

I did get in trouble for that. Yeah, and fourteen
