Today I talk about emotional spring cleaning, which is something that I think everybody needs to do right about now because I think a lot of of us are overburdened and we need to clear out the crap that we just don’t need to hold onto in our heads and in our thinking.

Yeah I damn near caved and I was able to stop it from happening with the assistance of my soul.

Ideas perch oh yeah, sometimes they sit on the edge of my desk other times they sit on the top of my second monitor sometimes I’m on the top of my lamo shade and they just look at me asking metaphorically speaking of course if I’m ready to start.

Soul talk I’ve brought it back for 3 1/2 years on Fridays. I talked about soul talk all the time and I just felt that right now. A lot of us need to be in touch with our souls.

He bled on me oh yeah, at dinner a perfect stranger bled on me it got a little awkward.

If only - how many times have you caught yourself saying that if only this if only that we all have a lot of if only and they do change our lives decisions based on if only well, I’ll never know.

Today I talk about why I wrote the book the unforgiven walk alone and I’m just starting to admit my feelings and to tell the why because the Y is ugly and it has two words two words that explain exactly why I wrote the book

My fire I explain it the best way I know how. 45 years 45 years of fire it’s not going to go away. I learned how to live with it.

Are you healed now? A reader asked me this question several days ago someone I know who by the way happens to like my books. Sorry I had to plug that a little but she asked me that question and today I discuss the answer.

Today I talk about the inner circle. It’s a real group. It’s a real group of people who subscribe to what I call my secret writings things that may not make it into my book held things that will make it into the book if I get votes to do so from those in the inner circle, and this is where I might even get a little bit, naughty.

Ahead of the storm I’m recording ahead of the storm I live in South Carolina in the upstate and we are going to get hit. They’re saying a half inch to 1 inch of solid ice. Nobody’s going anywhere I downloaded a bunch of movies and TV shows through prime and Netflix and I’m staying put.

I wanted to expand un acceptance and sovereignty and do a two-part audio essay on this topic and this is the last part if you missed the first episode just dial it back you’ll find it. I’m always available somewhere.

Acceptance is a sovereign act. I want you to think about that. I woke up thinking about acceptance today and I wanted to talk about that and help everybody realize everybody’s listening real life. We’re going for sovereignty this year.
