Forgotten Mixtapes is a monthly Dj mix where I will share new and old mixes from the past twenty years of my DJing career. Just music no talking. You will hear a wide range of musical genres and styles. Underground Hip-Hop, Funk, Reggae, Dancehall, Drum and Bass, Jungle, House and Bass Music just to name a few. I think that a good DJ mix should take you on a journey. It has a beginning, hills, valleys, twists, turns, and an end. Come follow me on that journey into the Forgotten Mixtapes. You know what it is! A few of the Recs on here are some of the first records I ever owned 23 years ago. Its funny to me that are parents listen to Rolling Stones and Marvin Gay for their oldies. Where I will listen to Ragga Jungle anthems for my oldies.
Every time I play these records I feel a deep feeling of joy, nastalgia, and Metal as Fuck!

Well it finally happened, my old school DJ Partner ( and Ride or Die) was in town. So we banged this dope mash up Electronic mix. We tagged team every two records. It was a blast! It's a mix of Garage, House, Beaks and more 120 BPM Bassy Music.
Well just turned 39. I had to get a new Mix up! It's good to take the time to do the things you love on your birthday. One day a year is all mine! This mix makes me super happy. Hope it can put a smile on your face too. Funky, Hip-Hop Lounge Vibes coming at you!

Kick back, relax and get in the zone with these jazzy beats. The tracks for this mix took some digging but I am most pleased with the outcome. Jungle in the mid to late 90's had more jazz samples and influence. In this mix I tried to capture that nostalgic feeling that I had back then hearing jungle for the first time.
