This week we discuss the dip in mood we can experience on Friday, but the subsequent boost we feel on mondays when in recovery. We also talk about Sam's hatred of a certain dish and the F.A quarter finals kick off between two icons of the game. enjoy.

We speak about how talking has been a key part of his recovery and how power lifting and music have given him purpose after experiencing and seeing some very traumatic events.
