John Horton and Kyle Pierson bring our old IN THE SPOTLIGHT web show into the modern era with this fun, humorous podcast that hopes to educate as well as entertain. If we achieve at least one of those goals, our work here is done!

Not every film that John Horton and Kyle Pierson enjoy can necessarily be considered “good” films. There are those films that suffer from either a weak story, weak direction, weak acting, or weak effects … that … for some reason … we still want to watch repeatedly. Here are just some of our choices of good “bad” films. If you are interested in seeing any of the films we list, you can eit...

The original trilogy has stood the test of time as to why people go to movie thea...

While many sequels exist that probably shouldn't, there are those rare times when a film deserved a sequel but never got one. John Horton and Kyle Pierson have compiled a list of movies that either ended with cliffhangers or were shortchanged from having additional adventures.
Also, the character that Kyle was trying to recall from THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN was Tom Sawyer, not Billy the Kid.
Fabricated Crime's Erin Marie blesses ATTACK OF THE SPOTLIGHT with a one-hour interview highlighting her upcoming grindhouse nunsploitation film, SISTER BERETTA, starring Jessa Jupiter Flux, Lloyd Kaufman as "The Pope," and Debbie Rochon as "Mother Superior." If you like your movies with fast cars and faster women, check out the crowdfunding campaign before July 5, 2026: https://www.indiegogo.com/en/projects/fabricated-crime/sister...
