I may lose some listeners on this one.    I speak my mind which can be a scary place.   I get it.   But it’s as raw as I can get and I let it flow.    If you can hang in there till the very end I try my best to share a little hope and above all, love.     I definitely needed to check the explicit material box on this one.    Ear buds suggested.

This is from a video I posted last Fall giving a few of my suggestions and experiences around Omaha restaurants etc.   But first a long winding exposition on growing up Catholic and living between two worlds along with my favorite podcasts, books, shows and more.  Allow me into your ear for a nice little sit down, just me and you.  (Bear with a few long pauses while I reboot my brain.  I was planning on editing this but as it turns...

Tom sits down with cardiologist, Dr Scott Carollo with a surprisingly frank and actionable chat about heart health.  We also chat a little about our common love of music.  I will have him back soon to delve further into these topics and more.  This is one episode I can say without being a smart @ss, that you should listen because your life may depend on it.
