Lewis received his first degree in Sport and Exercise Science in 2012 and has provided athlete support to both commonwealth and olympic athletes. His PhD research in 2016 was in the area of ‘Neuromuscular Markers of High Performance Sport Preparation’ and his sporting interests lie in swimming and field hockey.  His current research focuses on cognitive function and motor control in aging populations.

Jean Philippe is Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Ottawa and Senior Scientist with the ‘Healthy Active Living and Obesity Research Group’ at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute. Michelle first became interested in the impact of nutrition science when she was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease.  She went on to study nutrition, lecture in nutrition science and achieved a Doctorate in Professional Studies with Middlesex University. Michelle’s interest lies in the development of an evidence base for personalised nutrition.

Having started his career in computer science working for banks and financial organisations, he is now the Principal & Director of the Centre for Nutrition and Lifestyle Management in the UK and co-founder of a personalised nutrition company called Euzen.
