ReCity Chronicles: The Podcast

ReCity Chronicles: The Podcast

ReCity Chronicles is a story-driven audio series hosted by KJ Hill, Founder & Executive Director of ReCity Network, capturing the people, moments, and milestones that have shaped a decade of community building in Downtown Durham. ReCity was built on a simple belief: we can accomplish more together than we can on our own. When people are valued and included, supported and encouraged, and have the resources and space they need, people thrive. And when people thrive, they build the kind of social impact work that helps an entire community thrive. 2026 marks ten years since ReCity opened its doors at 112 Broadway Street in Durham, North Carolina—ten years of showing up; ten years of relationships; ten years of creating room for ideas to grow and people to thrive. In each episode, we reflect on the journey: the lessons, the milestones, and the changemakers, social entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders who’ve made ReCity a home. Through stories rooted in co-working, events, and programming, ReCity Chronicles explores how connection turns into collaboration—and how collaboration turns into impact. Subscribe and join us as we celebrate the past ten years and step into what’s next.
