While the main focus of the podcast is to provide solutions around athletic performance and overall health and wellness, we will also discuss key factors related to general human performance and personal success in life. The goal is to provide listeners with practical solutions that they can easily integrate and implement into their daily lives, forming habits that change outcomes for the better. Derek Hansen is an international sports performance consultant and educator. He has worked for over 30 years as a sprint coach and has been consulting with professional teams (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, MLB, Bundesliga), national team organizations (Olympics and World Championships) and collegiate athletic programs (NCAA) for over 25 years. Derek specializes in speed development, strategic performance planning, return-to-play protocols and electrical stimulation technologies.
