Life can be wild. It can throw the most unexpected plot twists your way, and it’s how you navigate them that shapes what comes next. I’m Briony. A newly single 38 year old mum of three little ones, navigating 50/50 parenting, a late ADHD diagnosis, and the absolute chaos of dating again… which I’m quickly realising is basically a full-blown social experiment. While rebuilding my newly found (and honestly, pretty fabulous) life, I’m constantly being asked about the wild stories I seem to attract. So what better way to share them than in a podcast. This is for all the stories — the messy ones, the funny ones, the unbelievable ones, the how did I get here? ones.
